Christel (10/5): Love the location to Ferry Terminal. Friendly Service - Location to Half Moon Bay Ferry Terminal. We were upgraded to an apartment which was a pleasant surprise. Very friendly service by Mandy and so accommodating to our needs with our 2 little dogs at short notice.
Stephan (4/5): Look bad on the inside but room was ok - Room was clean and modern, but cheapest toilet paper. Had to bring suitcases upstairs. Room door is the sliding door. Outside of room, the place is run down to the point we tought it was abandoned. Found no one to checkin. And then the person didn’t speak any English, only Chinese.

SLKK1989 (7/5): Average Stay - Nice spot close to the marina and shops etc. Very good shower pressure. Bed was slightly too firm for me. Pillows comfortable. Heaters supplied due to no air conditioning. Only 3 towels supplied when there was 4 of us staying. Kitchen supplies a little under-stocked as far as utensils etc. Could only hang one towel on the rail in the bathroom as it was broken and fell off the wall.

The room was never cleaned during our stay , we even found toys under the bed, i guess not vaccumed well after last ocupants , towels were changed every day, but nothing else.

A few small things that would be an easy and relatively cheap fix: 1. Broken curtain hooks resulted in the curtains drooping, and easy and cheap fix. 2. Only "two" of each in the kitchenette (ie: crockery, glasses, cups and cutlery) and no tea towels to dry dishes. 3. We ran out of 🧻 on day 2 of our 3 night stay 😕

The room has been updated and had everything we needed. Came back after being out & about to cleaned bathroom & fresh towels everyday. The only thing we can think of there was no towel rails or hooks in the bathroom

Tom amd Jacquie (4/5): Wouldn't stay again. - Nice setting, with the marina and a great Thai restaurant 2 mins walk. Noisy though, a Saturday night. I had ear plugs and I could just hear it. It wasn't good value at all in our view. Lounge couch was very small and not particularly comfortable.
Eunice (8/5): - We checked in after hours, however staff provided clear communication on how to check in. The purpose of our stay was to take the ferry to Waiheke Island. Location was perfect right at the harbour. Did not get a chance to check out the surroundings. Room was big and clean. Ensuite bathroom seems to have redone which was really good as it looks new, modern and clean. Has the required amenities for a short stay, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, free parking, microwave, ironing, kettle, fridge. Bed was comfortable enough for one night. Nice garden. The portable aircon / heater doesn't seem to work.

Perfect location for catching the ferry into the city and also to Waiheke Island. The sliding doors to the the bedroom was off its track. My husband managed to fix one of the doors.

Sarah (8/5): A relaxing stay in an amazing location with incredible views. - Excellent location and harbour views from living room. Friendly staff who pointed out nearby shopping centre with amazing cafes and restaurants a one minute walk away. Layout of motel room was thoughtful and had everything we needed. Fairly basic accommodation (no dishwasher), but was lovely and relaxing and we hope to come visit again.
