Very old AC and cooling does not meet outside temperature. Temperature regulation does not work, so it's default settings 3. It's a very old property and a lot of things are broken and uplifting is due 4.The small room fridge does not work

- Abhishek (5/5): Worst moment of my life to visit the hotel - ITC they just using their name for the business breakfast got finished by 09.20am. Especially tea also... 1. Bathroom is yuck 2. Room floor was slippery after using shower(hot) 3. Food was tasteless 4. Towel was smelling.

- Loren (10/5): The Hotel was Awesome. - Very comfortable room. Excellent staff. Good food. Quick room service. Check in very swift.
- Sridhar (5/5): It was ok; but made us wonder if it was enough to just go because it was an ITC brand hotel - It is a near hotel at a good location. Being an ITC brand was the attraction. The restaurants were boring. There wasn’t much choice. The one with bar was dark and dingy. So we preferred to go out and eat. The price was too high for that level of hotel.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Long way for little improvment - It requred a lot of efforts for small improvements such as WIFI and a refregirator. It took me three telephone calls/visits to have them fixed. For the case of the refregirator, it took half a day to solve this. This is very irritating and frustrating. I prefer a hotel where one call solves the problem immediately.

- sk (8/5): Outstanding breakfast buffet - I Stayed at room 506 on 23rd and 24th Jan 2018. I have the following to say The beds were very comfortable The room was clean Room lighting was poor There were just 2 chairs. Not enough. Set top box tv system was faulty at times. The quality of bathroom towels was poor. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
- Ramesh (8/5): good but slow and over priced - The food and rooms are good. The room service is the slowest i have seen. On the whole the hotel and rooms have the feel of used material - not refurbished and renewed.
