Lots of garbage, and I do mean alot... trash cans overflowing. I was worried about walking my dog cause I was scared on what he would walk on around the property and the front office staff were not super friendly.

The TV, their conversation, their snoring, the shower. It was uncomfortable. The people were not particularly loud. The walls were very thin, and having the door between us made it worse.

- Shirley (8/5): Minimal price, minimal amenities. - We were able to book 2 beds. The room was clean and modern. We were unable to get a handicap with 2 beds, nor 2 beds on the first floor. The heater didn't work right. We were unable to lower the temperature, so we had to turn it off... in February. It was chilly in the morning. There is no refrigerator in the room, and there was no ice available nearby.

There was pee dribbles dried on the toilet seat and crap smeared in the toilet. Hair all over the place. There was not even a clock in the room, no pictures on the wall, nothing but just a tv. The sidewalk around the place had dog poop and human feces on it, absolutely disgusting. The largest homeless camp is right next door to the motel- found out the state gives homeless people vouchers to stay there. It's a very seedy area and facility..

If you're going to have a limit for amenities you should at least hang a sign or something. The employee hoped out of the front desk office to yell at me like I was trying to get away with something that I was already told not to do. All I responded to her was "okay" and closed my lid to start leaving. And she just went on about how if every room did that they wouldn't have ice. I had also seen several other people doing it within the times I went up to get coffee/use the microwave ext, so I actually got the idea from seeing someone else do it. And I thought I would "utilize my amenities" and save $5 from buying ice.

The smoke alarm would randomly chirp out of nowhere without any temperature shift, no stream from coffee or shower , just all hours and at randomly it would just stop
- Mollie (7/5): I enjoyed my stay for the week and would come again. - I appreciated the price, the comfortable bed & the walk-in shower. I liked the t.v., the walking area and the writing desk. My clothes were kept nicely hung. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean and tidy upon arrival. The parking lot was well lit with plenty of parking spaces. It felt safe even at night. A staff member went out of their way to warn me of a low hanging branch, and another staff member made an effort to return a credit card that I dropped outside. Check out was quick and easy. The heat made a loud noise and the temperature was inconsistent, often quite chilly especially at night. My son bought me blankets for warmth. The bathroom sink backed up, often during the night even after a maintenance person drained it once. No one checked on my room the whole week I was there. I emptied some of my garbage cans and used the ice bucket to dispose of coffee grounds from my french press. However, these were manageable inconveniences.

- Nick (2/5): Find somewhere else - Easy check in Bathroom was filthy - hair and fingernails and who knows what else from previous people over a long period; they were caked on. Super bright in the room even with curtains closed. No door seal, lots of light and cold coming through the door. Loud because of location.
- Jeff (1/5): First and last time - The door locked and place to sleep Service not professional Bathroom linen very minimal and Bathroom itself terrible. Room door can see light around door and did not feel secure Bed hard and room very dated
