Brak suszarki do wlosów, brak czajnika w pokoju, słabe śniadanie-brak dżemu, płatków śniadaniowych, jogurtu,..., jadalnia mała, ciasna, bez żadnego widoku.Niewykorzystany taras na dachu, który jest zaniedbany.Problem z utrzymaniem temperatury wody pod prysznicem.Rano budził zapach spalonego tłuszczu.
• Cigdem (8/5): - Das Personal war einfach nur super. Alle waren sehr nett und extrem hilfreich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und Badezimmer war renoviert. Die Lage war perfekt 5-8 Minuten von einer Bahnhaltestelle entfernt. Und alle ganz viele Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Das einzige was etwas abschreckend war waren die Treppen nach oben, aber es gab auch ein Aufzug was man benutzen konnte.

• Dragana (10/5): - Hotel je u samom centru, jako blizu svih poznatih dzamija i atrakcija. Osoblje je jako ljubazno, uvijek su dostupni i spremni pomoći. Soba je prostrana i kreveti su udobni. Doručak je malo drugačiji za nas Europljane, nije ono na što smo navikli (nema ništa slatko), ali dobro je i te različitosti probati.

Tee und Kaffee jederzeit verfügbar sehr toll. Die Lage ist super. Zimmer im 2. stock sauber und renoviert sehr angenehm zum schlafen hier ist nichts auszusetzen preis-Leistung stimmig. Zimmer 4 Stock und im 2 untergebracht. Der 4 stock die Zimmern waren sehr Renovierungsbedürftig. Es roch überall sehr feucht.. die wende waren gelbliche und Wasserflecken waren ersichtlich. Unser Boden war super staubig sowie das Bett. Der Kühlschrank war innen gelb.. sehr unappetitlich sogar eine Flasche reinzustellen. Das bad war verschimmelt/ grün-grau in den ecken. Unser Klodeckel war kaputt. Hier gehört einfach alles renoviert und ausgetauscht. Dagegen war das Zimmer im 2. stock sauber und renoviert sehr angenehm zum schlafen hier ist nichts auszusetzen preis-Leistung stimmig.

• Antonia María (4/5): No esperaba que estuviera tan mal , las fotos no se correspondian con la realidad de la habitacion - la ubicacion las cortinas estaban sucias ,los cojines / almohadones azules tenian manchas, el secador de pelo no funcionaba , la nevera no funcionaba, el baño era muy anticuado y con una silicona negra por la base de toda la mampara que daba grima y de todas maneras se salía el agua y tenia una chapa metalica bollada para el desague ,el mueble del baño era un soporte de hierro pintado con oxido , la entrada al hotel eran dos o tres escalones hacia abajo que si tienes algún problema de movilidad es imposible entrar .

• Richard (10/5): Amazing stay - The place was perfect for my needs, the hotel is walking distance to main attractions in Istanbul which means you can visit them several times. I would often buy dinner at one of the many local kebab places and sit in front of the monuments. The staff are incredible, very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay great. The room is very clean and has everything that you could want. I have read a few of the negative reviews and I think many people need to adjust their expectations when travelling. It’s not a luxury London hotel but you are not in London and you are paying a much lower rate.

• Isabel (3/5): No what it looks like :( - The bed was comfortable. The hotel is indeed close to the main attractions, which is convenient. However, it’s important to note that it’s located on a steep hill with stone paths, which can make access quite difficult — especially if you have shopping, children, or mobility concerns. There was also a construction site directly opposite the hotel during our stay, which unfortunately affected the overall atmosphere and views. The photos online appear to be enhanced, as the actual property feels much smaller in reality. Cleanliness was also an issue, particularly in the bedroom and bathroom, which did not meet expectations. In terms of amenities, the room setup was quite minimal. Breakfast was different from what we anticipated — while it may suit some tastes, the options were quite heavy and limited, with no fruit or lighter choices available. Additionally, the breakfast area did not reflect the images shown online and appeared quite dated and not very well maintained. Overall, while the location has its advantages, the experience did not fully match what was presented. More realistic photos or videos would help set clearer expectations for future guests

All fake pictures from booking, nothing of that was in real. TV is not working. Staff was friendly but this is only thing what I can give positive thoughs.

• María Ángeles (8/5): Buena relación calidad-precio. - La ubicación es excelente, en el centro neurálgico dónde se encuentran muchos de los lugares que se visitan en Estambul y la habitación muy amplia para 3, incluso podría haber estado una persona más. Las camas eran cómodas y la limpieza buena. El desayuno es escaso y turco, es decir , con recetas cocinadas turcas, sin tostadas, ni bollería, ni fruta apenas. El café de la máquina se acababa con frecuencia y había que demostrarles que salía "toilet water". No reponían con rapidez lo que se acababa y era más demandado por los huéspedes que no éramos turcos.

Питание ужасное выбора практически нет, первый номер который нам дали на 4 этаже был пошарпанный с плесенью. Потом поменяли на номер на 1 этаже. Ремонт был лучше.
