- ZSOLT (10/5): - Imagine a beautiful room that comes with breakfast, internet and access to a water park with dolphins and a seal! It was incredible and the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great! Not the best coffee but still high rates overall!
- Mary-Anne (8/5): - I had to book here last minute as the original place I had booked did not have my reservation -it was canceled.
This hotel was great for what I needed it for -as a place to sleep-nice sized room with a balcony that overlooked a pool.Brand new firm mattress provided a comfortable night of much needed rest.Thank you so much for the hospitality.
- Patricia (8/5): Convenient location to Nuevo - It was just an overnighted close to a place I had an appointment early the next day
- garth (8/5): - Close to the airport
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to the airport
- Gabriela (6/5): - No bar/restaurant opened past 7pm. Rooms are average. Staff was friendly. More for a family with children. Slides not opened until 10am closed early at 7pm.
- Mohammad Ali (10/5): - The best part about the property is its water park. It’s a family friendly resort.
- Duane (10/5): - Quick and easy

- Fattah (2/5): - Not well maintained
- Allison (4/5): - The beds were hard, the shower was cold, and it wasn't in a good location.
- Carmen (2/5): - Facility old and dirty in poor conditions. The Dolphin experience was very poor and the food booth were horrible.
- Dan (8/5): Great Staff - Very nice hotel for access and quiet.
Very friendly staff.
Beds were a bit to firm for our backs.
Great water slide area if sand flies were better controlled.
Breakfast was good if you especially liked Mexican food daily.
- John (2/5): - Not a good place to stay
- Julio (10/5): - A good place to have fun
- Annie (8/5): Quick Stay - It was pretty good bed is not so comfy but just for a night especially to enjoy the water park was worth the value paid. Breakfast options small but still good being included. Wasnt too happy with brown water coming out of the bathroom sink everytime you turn it on but nonetheless would visit again.
- Juliana Naranjo (10/5): - Great waterpark. Delicious breakfast. The room is spacious and clean.
- Aremy A (8/5): - Very clean place and the outdoor area it is beautiful. But beds are to hard.
- SAUL (2/5): - I did not like the property, and the rooms
- Bacilio (8/5): - Near to airport
- Freddy (10/5): - Dolphin Experience
- Sanford (10/5): - My stay was amazing. The breakfast was great.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Fine for inexpensive stop close to PVR airport. - This was just a one-night stop after flying in. My room was spartan but clean. The bellhop was great. The restaurant was basic but decent. Left by 6am.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Basics and clean. - The hotel is basic. Clean. Shower felt great.
No lamps. No wash cloths. No extra towels.
Very little English so polish your Spanish, or use your translate app.
Weirdly quiet.
- Victorio (10/5): - I really like it
- Rachel (8/5): - We had a great time and the water slides are awesome! Good value near the airport
- Shirley (8/5): - Great value for money. Enjoyed the pool. Staff was very helpful
- MOHAMMAD DAUD (10/5): - I personally had a bad experience with the night stuff Sara when we arrived there.
Poor customer service at the first incounter but the day staff where very helpful
- ARISTEIDA (10/5): - Very old TV, not iron, no coffe maker
- Damian (2/5): - I want a FULL REFUND! I checked into the hotel last night, Nov. 15 and this morning when I woke up, multiple parts of my body were covered in bed bug bites (I have pictures). I need someone to contact me from Expedia to see how I proceed to get a full refund. When I left the hotel this morning at 8, there was only one receptionist, who I showed the bites on my body to, but she couldn't do anything for me! She told me the Manager gets there at 9am, but, I couldn't wait that long.
- Golfran (4/5): - The stuff it’s not friendly poooor service
- Gabriela (8/5): - Hidden fees upon arrival.
- Lynn (4/5): Alright but!!!! - Gus was a great host. Went to store to pick up beer. Wasnt happy at all with shower-washroom-no phone for guest services-no coffee machine and double bed when we asked for queen and said there was nothing available
- Cathy (6/5): - This hotel is supposedly close to the airport but it did seem to take quite a while and quite a cost to get there by a taxi. The bed was uncomfortable the pillows were lumpy. There is a large spider web in the bathroom and a bug on the ceiling in the bathroom. When checking in they were trying to charge us 30 pesos a night more than what expedia said our rate should be. After a bit of time I finally got them to look at my confirmation and agree that I should pay with Expedia said it was going to be. The so-called breakfast we passed on as we would like something more substantial for breakfast. It is inexpensive but I'm not sure if I'd want to stay there again
- Sharon (10/5): - The kids had a great time at the water park and animal shows.
The staff was very friendly.
- terry (8/5): - Clean and classic ... close to airport and easy in and out.
- Phillip (10/5): - Went to Splash Inn because I was bringing small children. It was great for kids from 12 to 2. The restaurant had less than desirable food for dinner but breakfast was good with fresh fruit, hot foods, and decent coffee. We went to dinner outside of the facility because pizza and hamburgers were not appealing to us. There are a few great restaurants very close. The rooms were basic and clean but what would you expect for the low price. We ended up bringing an extra adult and the staff was very good about accommodating this. Just a phone call and we paid a little extra for the breakfast and water park. It is a good place for little kids. Our 2 year old grandson was actually afraid of the beach so the water park was much needed for a good time for all.
- Manuel Ricardo (8/5): - the hotel is ok, but i think the service could improve a bit better
- Krisztina (4/5): - It was a nice hotel, in the garden area. The other side was noisy, next to the highway. I asked for garden view, got it, but had no balcony. If we opened the window, everyone could see us in the room. No privacy! Rooms were large, but no microwave, which would have been helpful. No iron. Had to ask every day for an extra towel, since 2 adults and one child were originally booked for. The waterpark was next to us, so that was the only nice thing about this hotel. Park was clean and enjoyable for my 11 year old daughter. We had free breakfast every day, except when the hotel got busy towards our stay. A huge line formed around 9 am, we don't want to stand in line for hours. So we skipped breakfast.
I asked if we could exchange it for dinner, and they're said no, it's only breakfast is free. We will probably not return to this hotel.
- Cesar (8/5): - Solo estuve una noche no hubo tiempo suficiente para hacer una crítica más a fondo
- Sheldon (4/5): - Stayed 1 night charged for 2 as didnt feel comfortable there.
They would not refund 2nd night paid in advance
- Ruth (10/5): - The hotel is very clean. It is a family oriented hotel with a large pool with a waterslide
- Aurea (4/5): - It was near the road.
- Leisa (6/5): - Room was adequate. Nothing fancy and no amenities. Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest. Was told I could exchange money when I checked in but then was told checking out that I couldn’t. Would not really recommend this place.
- Antonio (4/5): Water park closed!! Fatal Hotel under renovation. - We took this hotel for the water park. But the water park is closed due to a
Fatal accident at the water slides.
So not very pleasant stay.
They should advise of this before booking. Plus hotel is under huge renovation .
Never again.
- Dyna (2/5): - The hotel itself is not clean, my sheets had stains on them. Very unsanitary. The outside area where the water park is, was very outdated dirty and unsafe. A child with special needs passed away a on the day we stayed there because the stairs leading up to the water slides broke off. Very scary and sad.
- Jose (10/5): - The customer service was excellent.
- mike (2/5): Never again. - Absolutely awful experience. The staff couldnt have cared less about the job. The beds had black stains on them, we had to change pur first room. The size of the room was good but the first one smelled of mold. The water park makes you pay a 200 peso deposit to use a life jacket or inner tube, apparently your status at the hotel is meaningless. the girls at the desk rolled their eyes at us when we had some complaints, especially regarding the food. The breakfast is really bad. 82 dollars for the room the park and breakfast. The girl serving us had an ice cream scoop and gave us ONE tiny scoop of eggs, beans and chiliquilas. They looked at me like a mad man when I tried to get a second MICRO scoop of eggs. They had cereal, cookies , and a variety of other small items presented on the 'buffet' table, which they expect you to PAY for. This was incredibly insulting for the price. When I spoke to the manager, she stared at me blankly and said nothing. I asked to speak to the hotel manager but apparently there isnt one. Also no hot water... well just no water period for the morning. When it did come out, it was YELLOW and smelled strange, so no showers for us. We couldnt even wash our hands. The place had small bugs like ants? My wife had bites on her back and legs in the morning. A truly awful experience at a high price.
- Maria (10/5): - This is a really nice place to stay at, breakfast was so good and the water park is amazing, dolphin show was the best. My family really enjoyed staying here we will definitely come again.
- Charlie (6/5): - Stayed there before but this time I had a noisy room with a terrible view over looking some construction. I asked for a change but the girl at the front desk said the other rooms were occupied which was untrue on the positive side I was helped out a lot by the front desk and the manager in getting my test printed out
- Kathy (10/5): - Very economical pricing and the room was huge, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only complaint is the hot water in the shower took several minutes before coming through.
I would stay here again. We were there at the beginning of the week and had the pool area all to ourselves.
- Tabatha (6/5): - Stayed for quick morning access to the airport for my flight. Hotel was fine, clean and reasonably priced. Just couldn’t find anything in the area for restaurants to eat, walked around for a while, restaurants showing on maps were no longer operating. Had to eat in the hotel restaurant which is a just a hamburger/fries kind of place. Most suited for families with kids who want to go to the water park and need close airport access. Bring your own snacks, vending machines not working and no convenience store close by on the busy highway.
- Reyes (8/5): - We stayed at the hotel to get the free entrance to the water park. Definitely worth it, we got the dolphin package and it was wonderful , the water park was great , even off season , and had shows of sea lions, sharks, and dolphins. Not much near the hotel though, we walked 15/20 minutes to Pueblo and got delish tacos. The free hotel breakfast was ok.
- Nathan (10/5): Family trip - It was a good trip, and good for the family.
- Linda (8/5): - Clean, friendly, large room.
- Maria (8/5): - Comida exelente ,trato como cliente exelente lugar un poco descuidado y limpieza regular todo lo demas exelente a y agua caliente en la regadera cable muy vien.
- Andrew (10/5): - Free admission to water park
- Julio (8/5): Recommended - Very good experience! Staff was very friendly and location of the hotel is great.
- Michele (10/5): - Excellent very nice people perfect for a launching place
- Miguel (6/5): - Would be nice if I knew we had to check in our luggage at the counter
- Henry (10/5): - Good place for a good price.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - customer service was terrible both in the hotel and steak house rude service nothing was correct on my reservation and pick up shuttle
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room came with a free admission to the splash park which the kids loved!
- Victoria (4/5): - We took the kids for the water park pool and slides and it was all closed and under construction everywhere.... I asked for a refund and the offer to reduce the price from almost 100 dollars to about 40 in exchange for a breakfast talk” tone share sale for sure , I said no and demanded a refund on my card , they agreed but I and the kids were very disappointed and had to find a place to sleep at the last min 😏
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is quiet and clean. There is not many english speaking staff, but the cleanliness is immpeccable. The restaurant is very limited, but the food they have was good.
If you're looking for a party, this is NOT the hotel for you. If you are looking for a place to have a family holiday, and feel welcome, and safe, this is a good choice.
Its on the bus route to PV, or Buceriuas, and is only 26 pesos in either direction.
I would stay there again.
- Joel (8/5): Average condition but rooms bigger - Found the hotel about average. Rooms where a little bigger.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The address was incorrecto. We drove an hours and half more, because of that.
- LuisMunoz (10/5): - Very quiet place and nice views to the theme park areas
- Brian (10/5): - great location, the hotel covers admision to there water park splash which is awesome. good place to go as a family and enjoy the water park, there hotel has all your basic needs cold AC two beds and shower, oh and a fridge. friendly staff. would stay there again for sure!! the best part was that i must of been there on slow season so no lines no traffic just the place to are selves which was great. they have there own pool aside from the water park that you can take your own drinks and food too. the water park great for the kids, my boy is 4 and he loved it. not to mention the water park has shows of dolphins, sharks & sealions what else do you want!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel is located near airport. Hotel has a water park. Ideal for family with kids. Breakfast was good.
- Sandra (10/5): Nice place - I love it
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property is nice and kept clean. The water park is separate from the hotel and fenced off, access to that is available certain hours of the day. The guitar shaped pool is on the hotel grounds and is open until 7pm.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Not a bad hotel only issue is how far it is from touristy locations.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We needed a place to stay our last night in Puerto Vallarta after staying at a beach resort for a week. We weren't expecting luxury and the hotel for what we paid for the night exceeded our expectations. It was pretty clean, convenient to the airport (10 minutes about 150 Pesos), they filled the room with more amenities than our beach resort had. But after being at a resort where they serve foreigners, this was surely built to serve the locals visiting the water slide park. Don't expect the staff to speak any English or find food in the area after the restaurants close early. The best part of the hotel is you get a free admission to the Water Slide Park. They try to get you to pay a lot for zip lining, swimming with the dolphins, etc. but the park is very good with cheap food, drinks, friendly waiters and very entertaining free sealion and dolphin shows.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Would stay again. My family loved the Waterpark. - We really enjoyed out stay and would stay again. With that being said:
1) No one at the hotel speaks english. Spanish only
2) We were the only Americans that stayed at the hotel that we know of
3) The room are spacious. 15 x 30 or so. Tile floors. Beds are manageable, but a little hard. Showers are clean but still, its a 2 star hotel, so 2 star quality. Some might use sandles in the shower
4) The hotel sits on the main road to Puerto. At night periodically you can hear trucks breaks/horns. The hotel rooms are off from the main road but you can still hear traffic. The Hotel is completely gated with barb wire around the back..etc. There is a security guard by the entrances. This might scare some
5) The WaterPark was right next door. My kids liked the sea lion and dolphin show. They also liked touching those animals as well as the sharks they had. Very docile sharks. A photographer takes your pictures and asks 100 pesos per picture (super cheap compared to the other waterpark across the street). The food and drinks were basic but good, dont forget to tip the guys that bring you the food.
6) We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, there is a local spot right next door that we really liked. Other than that food is 1/2 mile away. Uber'd everywhere for food. A small convenence store is 250 yards behind the hotel
7) Cash everywhere in Puerto. Nobody takes card, and if they do its Visa only pretty much.
For $50 USD, we thought it was great. Would stay again!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The pictures show something that definitely doesn’t exist
- Wayne (6/5): - When we got there and checked in we got tto the room and there was no water so i went back to the office and they said they. Would send someone no one came i went back 4 timeswe drove all day and wanted a shower to meet friends for supper they just kept lying to us very frustrating
- L (4/5): - Inexpensive, and a great deal with the water park. Very spartan but perfectly comfortable and large room, with good AC and decent beds, and a mini-fridge. Very slow check in process despite hardly anyone waiting in line. The bus from the airport to Nuevo Vallarta drops off right across the street. You can use the water park on check in and check out days, so for us, 1 night was perfect.
- Ricardo R (6/5): Ok, not the greatest!!! - It's was ok. The Services was great. The employees are friendly. But the hotel rooms are not the greatest. Even the taxi drivers told us the hotel is for locals residents or for a quick stop. Far away from the downtown Puerto Vallarta. Hardly no place to eat or to exchange your money. The water park is ok, nothing fancy. I was told you are better off renting an apartment or condominium from a private party.
- Rebeca (8/5): - I liked that the hotel was in a good area and it has an aquatic park, I really enjoyed my stay. The only one thing that I didn’t like was this company who apparently offers tours and try to envolve you with free gifts and at the end turns out in a scam company who want to sell vacacional plans and use 4 hrs or your time trying to force you to buy a membership to stay in their hotels. Guests! Be aware of that I don’t want you to get the same experience I lived with my husband. Other than that the hotel was good.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel with a water park experience - Nice hotel but the water parks availability for the slides and the other attractions are limited
- Kiko (2/5): - The water park and the pool are probably the only up to date amenities. A 1 night stay is enough there. The hotel room smelled like sewer, the beds were hard, the door only had one lock so you felt a bit unsecured while sleeping! We tried to cancel early because of change of plans and had 9 nights remanining. They say their policy (which is where to be found) states that they do zero refunds. Staff members are not rude. But not helpful either!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent for a family. My 3 year old loved the park.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel sencillo - Habitaciones amplias y limpias , la ubicación no es tan buena si quieres ir a la playa .
- Everardo (10/5): King - Good and nice very happy
- Chuckles (2/5): NOT a 3 Star Hotel!! - This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. After checking in for a 5 night stay and then realizing how awful the hotel was, we tried to cancel the last few nights and the hotel wouldn’t let us. The hotel is listed as a 3 Star hotel, when it’s probably a 1.5 Star at most. The beds were so uncomfortable and the rooms had almost no amenities. The hotel is supposed to have free WiFi which works best if you’re in the parking lot instead of inside the room. There were roaches in the room. There were windows in the bathroom that wouldn’t close and there was a stench that would fill the room.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Splash inn vallarta - I really like this hotel very clean and very friendly staff
- Omar (8/5): Great but not as quiet - Great hotel, but in the mornings you can hear everyone running around in the hallways.
- Joseph (8/5): Great property includes water park! - Fun property with many amenities. Great for families with kids. Pool with slide, and a great water park with dolfins included. Great value and close to Vallarta. Have fun here!
- Amilcar (6/5): Bad Wi-Fi, far from everything - If you are going to stay here, you must have a car.
And if you Wi-Fi this is not the place to stay!
