- Kathy (3/5): I won’t ever stay there again. - It was clean The rooms are separated from the Highway by a strip of grass and chain link fence. I am a light sleeper and I didn’t get two hours of sleep because of the highway noise. Trucks were still going even at 3:00 AM.

- David (3/5): I've never before stayed in a room with this many issues. - The room was one of the better prices available in town. The staff was reasonably responsive in addressing our complaints. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. The staff fixed it. The shower faucet would rotate improperly, as if the plumbing was broken. We couldn't get hot water. The staff let us use another available room to shower. The refrigerator went from 50 degrees to freezing, then wouldn't turn up to a proper temperature regardless of the setting. The television signal was glitchy so that the video stream and the audio stream would regularly mess up and momentarily lose sound during dialogue. The only issues I brought to the attention of the staff were the plumbing problems.

- Teresa (6/5): Clean and convenient for passing through. - The hostess at the front desk was helpful and efficient, the room was clean. Check out was easy, there is even an AI person in the lobby to chat on your way out the door. There was no shampoo, that was a surprise. Also, there was a loud altercation among guests in the parking lot outside our room that ended up with police banging on our door. Scary and no fault of the hotel, but still colored our memories of the hotel.
- Shana (10/5): - I'm disabled I love how the beds are lower easy to get on. I also lived that the staff listen to our request and made it easier on me and my caregiver. I will only stay at motel 6 when I'm in Pendleton and prior visits I NVR requested so I did this last time and it was perfect. The gentleman that checked us in was busy but seemed confused and it was a lil irritating. The gentleman that is usually there is always easy and nice. The cleaning ladies are always very nice. I did not like how the check in gentleman was saying he couldn't find our reservation and did but was giving my adult daughter a hard time. I am unable to walk so we always had my daughter go in I don't know the gentleman name he had accent but the white gentleman that has been there almost every last time was very nice welcoming this last time we did not get that. Another thing our key was not working and we took it to front desk they said it was a key to a whole another room. Also would be nicer with tissue box in room

- ShadosDreams (9/5): pleasant stay - This was my second time staying here, I plan on staying here again. the room was clean and when I went and asked for more pillows the front desk was accommodating and friendly. There are lots of clean green spaces for the dog to walk around.

It’s difficult to shower with only one hand because the other is having to hold the shower head in position. The water in your commodes sits way too high in the bowl; either that, or the bowl is simply not tall enough. For the water level.
