Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Wunderschöner Hotelgarten mit altem Baumbestand Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam... alles so, wie man es sich als Gast wünscht. Im Vergleich zum Rest des Hotels ist der Frühstücksraum sehr nüchtern gestaltet und hat eher den Charme einer Kantine. Ansonsten gibt es keinesfalls irgendeinen Kritikpunkt.

Ambience is very zen and relaxing; stuff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. No comments. I got all I needed from this stay.

Cody (6/5): It has been better before - We have visited here three times in a row, always booking the junior suite and getting a lovely room in the main building. We checked in and got took to our room which was in the annex, they lady showed us our room and left. The room was bigger than normal but I couldn’t help but notice that all the windows looked out on to properties and flats, the local takeaway and lots of residential garages. I messaged the hotel to explain my disappointment. After a while, we had already unpacked, they rang the room and told us they had already upgraded our room but that we could move to the main building. I declined as we had already unpacked and wanted to relax. I was surprised this room was classed as an upgrade as the bathroom was not a his and hers, the view was awful and noisy. I could hear traffic and the public foot path below the window was being used constantly. We had to stay with the curtains closed for most of our stay. On check out the money was taken swiftly. We have enjoyed our previous years here but wouldn’t return again which is a shame as this has always been a place we looked forward to staying at.

The free breakfast was all I needed though some may consider the buffet a little limited. All in all, one not to miss, particularly if you can find a good deal on the room rate.

We also enjoyed the fine dining experience! If there’s anything I’d recommend is to change is the lighting in the room. It is very cosy but not properly designed. Literally impossible to read in bed as the lamp at the bedside gives no light… and there isn’t a central light in the living or sleeping area.

Luxurywithtravel (10/5): Great escape for 2 days - Fantastic suites with extreme comfortable beds. The hotel team is very professional and friendly. Have to mention the quality of food and wines in the hotel.
Stefan (6/5): Pleasant - I did a reservation for a deluxe suite with balkony and bath tube… but i didnt get this room, but i paid for it!!!! they didnt even gave me. discojnt or anything else… check out before you book that the rooms are available wich they offer! breakfast, small, no porridge no bananas, espacially for this high price you can really get better hotels honestly…
Ralff (10/5): Amazing suite - classic renovations and excellent service - We had a large suite in the schloss building. Just amazing. Rooms are quiet. The older windows have been preserved with newer sound-proofed triple panes added. The details in the rooms showing the exposed beams with original builder number carvings as well as the renovation show the care and quality of saving the key elements and adding totally modern updates. Service from dining to front desk to everyone you encounter is world class. Breakfeast in the new wing is plentiful. Dinner is the restaurant is straight forward Austrian with an excellent and moderately priced wine list. Outside there is a large terrace with seating areas. Parking is free with covered parking. Simply a wonderful stay.

Raz (10/5): This hotel is mostly for "stay here and relax". - The staff are very nice, welcoming and professionals. The were upgraded our room after we said its our honeymoon. All rooms are very big, clean and comfy. Breakfast was great, the dinner in their restaurant (paid as extra) was amazing. There are not much facilities here, gym/pool is very missing. Also the location is a bit far from interesting things.
