- Louise (10/5): - Hotel reception was easy and quick, the staff on at the time were very helpful and polite. We checked in easily (doing it online makes it so much quicker) Our apartment was beautifully clean and included everything we needed, our balcony overlooked the pool and gave us some lovely afternoon and evening sunshine all the way until sunset. Our TV didnt work but we phoned reception from our room and within 5 minutes the problem was rectified and there was english channels available too, which was really nice. The facilities on site were very good, with 2 adult pools on different levels and a smaller children pool with a toilet next to each pool made it easier than going all the way back to our hotel room. The pools were both clean and refreshing on a hot day with lots of sunbeds available. The hotel is located on a steep hill, but with a taxi rank a 1 minute walk away, getting back from a day out is very easy. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon.

When they were were still there we spoke to reception was told no housekeeping at night time.. next day at 4pm a housekeeper entered our apartment and left a can of bug killing spray.. dinner is offered as booking option yet it’s not served here it’s up 2 more hills to the Mirage.. stayed 8 times prior to this visit.. will not be back!!!

There was no apartment above me, in fact the complex is designed this way. Wished that I was able to participate in the outdoor yoga classes. Wanted to check out the library though time was too short. There was a helpful, cheerful bar tender from Calandria & I loved how she ensured my cava glass was filled to the brim! I liked the spacious interior of my apartment, cosy beds, plenty cutlery & hot water. There could have been more crockery & it would have been useful if condiments like salt & pepper were supplied.

Tv didnt work i mean literally didnt work, not even 1 channel. Iron stained my white shirt with rusty water. Booked a sea veiw but had the side of another building to look at. 2nd day i received a letter on the door step which said neighbours Apartment was broken into while asleep. I quote from the letter "You think you are safe but you are not" As a lone female with a child this scared me a lot. 3rd day had no water due to burst waterpipe. Couldnt wait to check out..
- Louise (10/5): Fantastic Mum and daughter birthday weekend! - My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. It was a very easy and smooth check in. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and very helpful. We felt safe. The accommodation was basic but great and it had everything we needed, it was clean too. The shower and hairdryer was powerful. There was the option to pay for air con but we felt it wasn’t needed as it wasn’t summer months, however a fan would have been nice. We loved our apartment (A212) location facing the pool and near to the bar/breakfast area. The breakfast was ok, lots of choice. Unfortunately for the snack bar food they only offered one gluten free pizza, which wasn’t available. Cocktails were good tho. After checkout we could store our luggage and spend the day around the pool, we could also use their facilities to shower before we went home. Hotel location was good with lots of bars/restaurants/shops and taxi near by. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend and go back again. Thank you!

- Paul (10/5): Superb Hotel - A fabulous 2nd visit for us at the Beverley Hills. There is only one downside, it is a hill climb from the bars and restaurants, albeit not far. The 2 pools are clean and plenty of sun beds. Staff were so accommodating and slick on reception. Would definately stay again.
- Gillian (8/5): - The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. Two bathrooms, one en-suite and plenty of hot water. Nice furniture with plenty of storage space in bedrooms and kitchen but beds were a bit firmer than we would have liked. Air con very effective and not too noisy. View over pool area and onwards to the sea was pleasant. Kitchen appliances good but poorly equipped for a self catering stay. However, reception were good in requesting the additional (essential ) items we requested and they did arrive promptly after a brief mix up with the room number. Nice pool areas, if a little small, tennis and squash courts, pool tables and games room. The indoor gym looked good but too hot to use it as air con didn't seem to be on. The exercise/ outdoor games instructor was enthusiastic. Good small supermarket within 50 metres and taxi rank within 50 metres. Several restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and only 15 minutes walk to beach and other restaurants, 30 minutes to port for boat trips.

Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work
- Julia (10/5): - Fantastic as always, the calm Oasis of white Spanish low rise apartments are beautiful with amazing hillside views of the sea. The staff are exceptional and friendly, especially Daniel on reception and nothing is too much trouble. I visit twice a year and would not stay anywhere else. They are constantly maintaining and upgrading the resort and the pools are perfect. Close to great restaurants and supermarkets and opposite the taxi rank. As nice walk down to the beach and busy resort centre takes just 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Beverley Hills Suites.
- Allan (8/5): Excellent but ..... - Been going to Tenerife for years but this was our first visit to Beverly Hills Suites and to Los Christianos. The apartments are clean and well maintained with 2 lovely pool areas. Some of the loungers however are so saggy they need to be replaced. The location is quiet with some very nice restaurants, bars and decent supermarkets nearby. For us, it is located a bit too far back in the resort from the seafront where we had hoped to spend more time. The uphill trek from the beach and steps within the complex could be challenging for some.

- Beata (10/5): - Lovely place to stay, very quiet area, walking distance to the nearest beach 25 minut, but if you like walk it's not a problem. You can always drive a car because around beaches it's a lot of space to park for free. Lot of shops and bars around. We had very nice apartment with separate bedrooms, own kitchen and balcony with the see view, plenty of wardrobes inside, iron , microwave, hairdryer, whatever you need. The only thing that could bevimproved is the accessibility to fresh towels. They are cleaning room very nicely every 3 days , so if you run out of clean towels until that time you are in trouble;) overall super place , definitely comfortable, clean and with a lot of parking space in front. I would definitely recommend!

Customer service was great and the lady on front desk gave us a special offer for the breakfast which we took up. The breakfast was good. This hotel is great place to stay and is very relaxed. Also only 5 to 10 min walk to the beach. We have booked again. Only one thing really to be improved is to replace spring beds with memory foam as if you not used to them it does hurt your back a bit. But I think it's just a thing with this country where they order spring beds maybe.

Did get transferred to another apartment, hotel manager was excellent but overall Excel Hotels were not interested We did get upgrade but even then apartments need a good upgrade

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Didn't stay in Beverly Hills Suites as the hotel group have closed this place during pandemic and kept Beverly Heights and Hollywood Mirage open. I was relocated to Hollywood Mirage which was more or less a free upgrade. Only downside was the constant racket of the cell doors of each apartment being slammed closed. Some idiots in life are not capable of working door handles correctly and this resulted in noise levels being increased in the corridor. Will take EAR PLUGS next time !!!!
- Dorothy (6/5): Tearful Arrival … - Taxi dropped us off at Beverley Hills ….but it was CLOSED . Walking up the hill, following a very long journey to The Hollywood Mirage was for me horrendous . I arrived in tears and exhausted! ( 72 years old with Psoriatic and Rheumatoid Arthritis) I was also disoriented for a couple of days as I was not given any local maps / information about the complex etc apart from location of my room . This was the worst of starts to a few days holiday following 2 years of not travelling . I’m upset writing this .

- Jeremy (8/5): Misleading! - We booked to stay at Beverly Hills because of all the sports facilities it offered (particularly tennis) but ended up at Beverly Hills Hights which has no sports facilities at all. This was not communicated to us beforehand so came as a big disappointment! It appears that the Beverly Hills is actually closed although it was still being advertised on this site and others which was very misleading. The Hights is a nice place and staff, especially Edgar we’re very helpful but it was particularly upsetting to see the open air tennis court we should have been using locked up and empty for the duration of our stay!

- Linda (8/5): Nice quiet resort with good facilities. - We stayed for 3 nights in a one bed duplex apartment. The facilities at Beverley Hills are impressive with a couple of pools, squash courts, bowling lanes and a gym. The apartment was a little tired but had everything we needed. When we stayed there was live entertainment every evening. There’s a nice bar area and the restaurant serves a really good breakfast buffet, can’t comment on dinner as we didn’t try that. It is quite an uphill climb from the beach front, the sea view rooms take advantage of the high position. Plenty of restaurants fairly close by and a couple of supermarkets too. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

- Paul (2/5): Guarantee yourself a poor nights sleep! - A really great value hotel apart from one major flaw ! Air conditioning. I rarely complain but air con that is switched off centrally by the hotel every night at 1am is frankly ridiculous. Every nights sleep is disturbed by everyone waking up too hot, having to open windows, and waking up grumpy. Discussed with the management who gave me 'our air con system' cannot cope story. Simply bizarre that the air con is switched on centrally at 11am when everyone in November season is out enjoying the sun ! (pointless !) and very un eco friendly ! Then you go to sleep with all the windows shut enjoying the nice cool air con - and BAM, 1.30 am the whole family is awake sweating ! what a pain. Staff and service are brilliant - but when you have 7 nights poor night sleep - and no wish to change the system - then sorry Beverly Hills its 1 star. Great to get home and have a good sleep!

The apartment style rooms with kitchenette, table and lounge area are were good. The buffet breakfast was fine, and fueled us up for our days out riding in the hills. There were a lot of steps, but the complex is built in to the side of a hill. It was also quite inward looking, focusing many of the apartments with an outlook on to one of the two pools. They were very clean.Overall a good experience.

- erin (8/5): n a great stay in los christianos - Excellent holiday, apartment and complex had everything we needed, air con was very temperamental and leaked at one point but staff make sure any damp clothing was laundered Up a steep hill so not for everyone, curtesy bus into town every hour
- Verified traveler (6/5): - PROs, Staff were very accommodating , happy and attentive, competitively priced accommodation including the bar and food, entertainment was excellent, CONs, toilet had vomit on the inside seat cover from passed residents ,this was cleaned by the maid, but they never cleaned / washed the floors, Would stay again.

The kitchen had lots to use if we had chosen to cook. The showers were hot and powerful. Plentiful supply of tissue and towels Comfortable bed Easy to park
