Short walk along the beach to a few lively bars. Would recommend. Restaurant food was slow and not worth the wait. Better restaurants within walking distance.

• William (8/5): middle tourist bungalows/rooms we found comfortable for a beach stay on Koh Lanta - We moved from Lanta New Beach Bugalows next door to Blu Andaman to see if there was a noticeible difference. Both were typical middle tourist accommodation with quite adequate facilities. The breakfast at Bugalows" was preferred as, while small it offered a bit of a buffet with change of dishes offered. Blu offered a choice of breakfast sets. Again, quite adequate. Note, our stay was during and effected by the Israeli/USA attacks on Iran. This our stay did not experience a normal tourist level. As noted, we preferred the buffet type breakfast. Also noted, and not the hotel responsibility, New Beach is mostly broken school and coral, not the packed sand on Long Beach, for example.

• Claire (8/5): Really nice - The pool area was nice, the cabins were big enough and very clean. Lovely tropical grounds. It's not a lounging beach, but the sea is lovely to swim in, and there are beds and gazebos looking over the beach.

• Kay (3/5): Billig, unterirdische Standards, dreckig, nicht empfehenswert - Die Lage am Meer war super. Es gab kein Moskitonetz im Bad bei den Lüftungsschlitzen, somit flogen die Mücken rein und raus. Auch die Türschlitze der Eingangstür waren recht gross, somit konnten auch so Moskitos eindringen. Im Bad hab es weder Handseife (nur Shampoo und Body Wash) noch ein Handtuch (es gab nur ein Duschtuch). Vor allen das Bad war dreckig, es gab viele Ablagerungen, die Einrichtung wirkte heruntergekommen. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war schwach, der Wasserhahn tropfte und der Abfluss hatte keinen Stöpsel. Wifi wahr sehr langsam, Verbindung unterbricht oft, kein funktionierendes WiFi am Pool, wenn es zu viele Gäste gibt. Wahrend meines Aufenthaltes hatte ich 2 mal Kakerlaken im Zimmer gefunden (sonst noch nie in Thailand). Das Hotelpersonal antwortete nicht auf meine Nachrichten in der Booking.com App. Als ich mich beim Personal beschwerte und ein anderes Zimmer wollte, so kaufte ich ein Upgrade zum Bungalow (400 Baht pro Nacht), was schon etwas besser war, sauberer und technisch einwandfreier.

We had to go to the reception almost every day and ask for water, toiletpaper, coffee and soap. When they cleaned the room (which they didn't do every day, even though we put the sign on the door) they didn't always changed the sheets or towels. We stayed for 10 nights.

Accueil exécrable : personnel désagréable, pas du tout professionnel, et totalement incapable de communiquer, même en anglais ou avec Google Translate. On a vraiment l’impression de déranger. La chambre est sale, point. Traces de café, surfaces non nettoyées et même des bêtes mortes sur le plan de travail… c’est juste répugnant. La douche fonctionne mal, ce qui montre clairement un manque total d’entretien. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes plaints et avons demandé à changer de chambre. On nous a assuré que la chambre serait nettoyée le lendemain matin ou qu’on nous en attribuerait une autre. Résultat : rien n’a été fait, ou alors toujours aussi sale. Aucune amélioration, aucune considération pour les clients. Concernant la location de scooter : énorme arnaque. La réception était fermée au moment de rendre le véhicule, donc impossible de le restituer. Résultat : on nous force à payer une journée supplémentaire le lendemain matin alors qu’on l’a utilisé à peine une journée et une nuit. Aucune discussion possible, aucune compréhension, aucun effort. Franchement, cet établissement cumule tout ce qu’on peut éviter : saleté, mauvaise foi et service inexistant. À fuir absolument.

• Benjamin (10/5): - Wir hatten das Bungalow 01 direkt am Pool. Sehr großes Bungalow. Toilette und Dusche waren in 2 seperaten Räumen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und super zum entspannen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Nicht hart wie man es sonst aus Thailand kennt. Viele scharfe Fliesen im Pool. Aber wenn man aufpasst, passiert einem nichts.

Ležadiel je málo a napriek klasickým stacionárnym slnečníkom je tieň vzácny, ak neberieme do úvahy sedenie v hotelovom bare...

Dès notre arrivée à Blue Andaman, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la gentillesse du personnel, nous avons loué des scooters via l'hôtel, tout était parfait. Notre bungalow était lumineux, vue mer et piscine, confortable, propre avec une jolie terrasse. Un 7 eleven à 2 pas très très pratique. Vraiment une localisation super, je regrette de ne pas avoir réservé directement chez eux. Toute petite salle de sport mais à laquelle nous ne nous attendions pas donc bonne surprise, nous l'avons utilisée. La piscine était assez grande et propre, même si une petite rénovation de certains carreaux serait bien. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester les massages. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant donc nous n'avons pas d'avis sur celui-ci. Rien

Kljub vsemu, se osebje zelo trudi. Na vsakih par dni je oseka morja prenizka za kopanje. Lahko bi bilo vec lezalnikov ob bazenu in plazi, saj so zmerom zasedeni

Sehr alt und der Boden sind Holzlatten mit löchern drin - es können die ganze zeit irgendwelche tierchen rein. ac gibt es auch nicht lediglich einen leichten ventilator. Als wir nach einem anderen Zimmer fragten hätten wir 80 € pro nacht mehr zahlen müssen - was garnicht wert war. Der Pool hatte "sharp tiles" also auch da aufpassen. Den Strand könnt ihr auch nicht immer nutzen. Manchmal gibt es ebbe und alles ist voll mit Steinen. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts aber vermutlich gut zu wissen Im endeffekt haben wir für einen wesentlich günstigeren preis im popular lanta geschlafen - sehr saubere häusschen, süße kätzchen und top personal.

Resort has an incredible restaurant and an amazing bar. Amazing access to the beach. You won’t be disappointed with this place. Absolutely loved my stay here. Watch out for the framing to the bathroom. Scalped my head a couple times forgetting how short it is.

• Andrew (4/5): Absolutely not worth it; there are better places nearby. - The staff at the office were very nice and helpful. There is a 7-11 and several restaurants in close walking distance. The massages by the beach were nice. Almost everything else. Food was not good, restaurant staff were not very friendly. There were only 16 lounge chairs for the whole place, which has a lot more than 16 people staying there. Our room was small and the air conditioner blew right on your head. It was too hot with it off, too cold with it on. The room was full of mosquitoes and the geckos chirping kept us awake at night. My wife and I both got bit up from something (bedbugs?). We booked four nights, but left after two. There are no refunds, but I would rather lose some money than stay another night.

• Rauan (2/5): Werden wir nie wieder buchen und nicht empfehlen. - Ich hatte uns als Familie 4 Personen angegeben und mir wurde ein Dreibettzimmer angeboten. Es hieß ein Kind sei kostenlos, weil es unter 6 war. Es hieß auch dass das Frühstück im Endpreis inbegriffen war. Vor Ort sagte man uns aber dass wir für dieses Kind Frühstück bezahlen mussten. Als wir dort am ersten Abend essen wollten wurde mir ein Teller serviert indem Ameisen rumgelaufen sind. Die Kokosnuss zum Trinken die ich dann noch bestellt war ganz warm. Am Empfang bei der Ankunft hat uns niemand über irgendetwas aufgeklärt. Als ich Abend dann dort angerufen habe um zu fragen wann das Frühstück ist, wusste es der Mitarbeiter nicht. Er sagte er ruft mich zurück aber es kam nichts. Außerdem kam auch niemand um das Zimmer zu reinigen. Wir dachten dann dass die Zimmer nur gereinigt werden wenn man wieder abreist. Am letzten Tag haben wir ein kleines Schild entdeckt wo draufsteht: bitte Zimmer reinigen. Ich weiß aber nicht ob dann jemand zum reinigen gekommen wäre wenn wir es hingehängt hätten. Es kam nämlich immer nur jemand ganz in der früh hoch zu uns um uns Wasser und Klopapier zu bringen. In der Zeit haben wir noch geschlafen. Auch die Zimmer waren irgendwie eine Enttäuschung, da die Bilder schon etwas besser ausgesehen haben. Alles war alt und abgenutzt. Alles in allem finde ich das Preis Leistungsverhältnis so grottenschlecht da wir wirklich um die 100 Euro pro Nacht zahlen mussten.

Location de scooter sur place et agence de voyages. 7-eleven au bout de la rue. Le resto d'en face est très bon et pas cher. Piscine plus petite qu'il n'y parait sur les photos mais ça rafraichit.

Great location fir seeing everything on the island, staff couldn't do enough for us too & everywhere was immaculately cleaned every day. Really affordable stay & would definitely return when in lanta.

• Barbara (8/5): Tolle Tage und Abende am Meer mit Cocktails verbracht. Es war rundum chillig - Die Lage direkt am Meer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort nur zum chillen genutzt, aber genau so war es gut. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren traumhaft Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen lesbar, ist das Resort ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten aber aufgrund der Bewertungen mit schlimmerem gerechnet und waren positiv überrascht . Für vier Nächte war alles in Ordnung
• Kurt (8/5): Die Anlage ist Top und sehr zu empfehlen. - Im Blue Andaman Resort hat es an nichts gefehlt . Wo man es auch gut 1-2 Wochen aushalten kann . Allein die Freiluftdiskothek spielte nur Bum- Bum Musik und trieb uns anderen Restaurant Anbietern in die Arme.
• holmberg (6/5): - Tveksamt om poolen klorerades som den borde. Vi upplevde att flera i vårt sällskap fick problem med magen efter vår vistelse och vi misstänker poolen.
• Monika (3/5): Teist korda ma seal ei peatuks - Peatusime toas, mitte bangalos. Asukoht ranna ääres, jalutuskäik hommikusöögile läbi roheluse rannaäärsesse söögikohta. Massaaž oli hea, kuid kallivōitu. Tuba oli suur, oli kirjutuslaud ja tualettlaud. Madrats oli mōnus. 7-Eleven saja meetri kaugusel. Pesu sai kohapeal lasta pesta ja normaalse hinnaga. Elavamad tänavad asuvad mõnesaja meetri kaugusel. Näha oli, et aeg seisis seal asutuses. Padjad olid mügarlikud. Duššiotsik ei lasknud üldse vett läbi, palusin ära vahetada. Uus otsik pritsis kogu vannitoa märjaks, sest igast otsiku praost tuli vett. Dušši alla minnes pidin nagi tühjaks tegema (mida oli vannitoas ainult üks). Madratsikattel oli vereplekk. Õnneks küll mitte kuivanud, vaid proovitud pesta, aga ikkagi õudne. Välistule sai kustutada nii, et lamp tuli välja keerata, sest lüliti ei toiminud. Söögikoha teenindus andis tõsiselt soovitada. Aastate jooksul oleme peatunud kümnetes resortites, aga see oli kõige ebameeldivam kogemus.

Personal muss dazulernen - Das Frühstück war passabel, leider gab es keinen guten Kaffee wie z.b. im Emerald Resort Das Personal konnte nicht gut English, sie haben z.B. wegen dem Kaffee nicht verstanden, was wir wollten. Sie waren nicht aufmerksam, wenn wir etwas bestellen wollten ...

• Terhi (9/5): Terhi - Sopii erinomaisesti esim. pariskunnille. Vaikka vähän paikat kaipaisi kohennusta, on puitteet kaikin puolin hyvät ja siistiä. Rauhallinen, kaunis ympäristö. Sopivan kokoinen uima-allas ja helppo käydä myös meressä uimassa. Vuoroveden vaihtelusta johtuen paras aika käydä uimassa aamupäivällä/päivällä. Tai sitten voi kävellä rantaa pitkin pidemmälle. Hotellin ravintola ok, rannalta/kadulta löytyy paljon ravintoloita. Kauppa ihan kulmilla. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Saatiin onneksi pari lisäyötä, kun viihdyttiin niin hyvin. Upeat auringonlasku näkymät. Skootterin saa edullisesti vuokrattua, jos haluaa käydä tutustumassa muualle saareen. Vedenpaine oli ajoittain heikko. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, mutta hurina saattaa herkkäunusta häiritä. Tosin ei paljon yöllä sitä tarvinnut, kun viilensi huoneen ennen nukkumaanmenoa.
• Madde (8/5): - Blir väldigt oflexibelt med menybeställning när man stannar i 8 dagar. Personalen i restaurangen kunde varit mer serviceinriktad och tillmötesgående. Väldigt lay back.

• Timo (3/5): Mussten nach Ankunft Zimmer wechseln, da noch Essen vom Vorgänger im richtig versifften Kühlschrank waren. Das Zimmer ha - 7eleven direkt ums Eck, Massage im Hotel war gut, massagepersonal freundlich, Sonnenuntergänge sehr schön Gar nicht sauber, sehr herunter gewohnt, Strand nicht besonders mit Kindern geeignet, da viele Steine im Wasser sind, Sand eher Rauh , wenig Schatten am Strand, fällt verhältnismäßig steil ab, sodass es bei Flut schnell tief wird, Pool nicht sauber, Wasser etwas trüb und ein Film auf der wasseroberfläche, generell waren die Böden ebenfalls sehr klebrig und schmierig, Personal im Restaurant sehr zurück haltend, das Personal pflegte seine Fingernägel an der Theke, Tische und Bänke wackelig, Frühstück mit Coupon, von dem ma sich eines aussuchen konnte, nicht besonders sättigend
• Cordula (8/5): - Nette Bungalows in schön bepflanzter Anlage in direkter Nähe zum Meer. Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Laundry Service. Und Rollerverleih direkt an der Rezeption. Täglich wird der Bungalow gereinigt und es gibt frische Handtücher. Wundervolle Massagen direkt am Strand. Die Anlage ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Einiges müsste renoviert werden, sowohl außen als auch innen. Eigentlich schade, da die Anlage Potential hätte. Hat definitiv schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Der Pool ist sehr ungepflegt und auch gefährlich. Unsere Tochter hat sich 2 mal ziemlich verletzt an kaputten Fliesen und Steinen im Wasser... IM dazu gehörigen Restaurant sind die Mitarbeiter meist unfreundlich und demotiviert, ein freundliches Lächeln sieht man selten...
• Eva (5/5): - Väldigt spartansk, gillar du mer "lyx" så är detta fel ställe. Närgånget, småkryp på rummet, mögel i duschen. Kan funka för nån enstaka natt, men det är oxå allt. Poolen var smuttsig hela tiden. Frukosten var ok men inte mer än så. Är du kräsen så boka inte detta boendet. Inte värt pengarna alls.
