- Chapman (3/5): need to pay more attention to details while cleaning the rooms - the price was nice and the fact that they let me use a different booking app to be able to rent it again a second night without having to actually check out was nice the room in general was not very clean when we got there after the huge hassel it was for me to be able to check in..i was told on the phone around 2 am that after 5 am i would be able to check in, so when i got dropped off by a cab at 7 or so, you can imagine my disappointment when i was told that they werent sure why she would say that because they had nothing available for me until when ever their one housekeeper was able to accomplish getting my room ready. so i said ok fine and wanted to at least pay for it and get that part out of the way, mind you i was paying $88 and some change, so i didnt think making less than 12 dollars change for me when i handed her a $100 on a mid-weekday morning was going to be such an issue however i was wrong and was told i needed to have exact change or she couldnt accept my payment, and even suggested me leaving my bags in their lobby so i could walk down the road to make change for the hundred after learning that i was dropped off by a cab due to the lady i first spoke with having said i could get a room after 5 am. regardless, the room itself had hair in the tub, some odd substace in the cracks of the nightstands, and the tv never actually worked the whole time we were there

- Sharon (5/5): It was as expected. - The affordability and the room was comfortable enough. We don't spend much time in a room when traveling, Pets stay free is always a plus. The outside of the property really needs to be kept up. I realize no smoking in rooms. We do not smoke, however there were cigarette buts all over outside the rooms. Need to have containers where people can but out their cigarettes. I know it is the guest responsibility to pick up after their pets but some didn't and there was feces in the parking lot and in the shrubs near the rooms. Need to clean the floors better in the room. After walking barefoot when I got in the shower there was a lot of dirt that came off my feet. Kept socks on after that.

During our stay, the 2 maids that we asked for clean towels and asked to fix the TV were helpful and nice, one even gave us some fishing tips for the area.👍 The room was FILTHY when we arrived for our reservation. We checked in late at night, so our room should have been ready for us. However, when we told the office clerk, he didn't offer a clean room or any kind of assistance, he just said he would inform the staff in the morning. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. There was a large orange tupperware container with possible stew or soup that was left in the mini-fridge. There was dirt, hair, and a few pop bottle caps all over the floors. There was smears of something on many of the counters and surfaces. The microwave was so rust damaged and filthy, it was unsafe for food. The fans and heaters were very dirty and we had sinus problems when they were on. So unfortunately, I had to clean the room myself. As I handed the orange bowl from the fridge and the dirty towels from the bathroom to the office clerk and asked to use some cleaning supplies, instead offering any help, the office clerk was only worried about getting the broom and cleaning spray bottle back after I was done with them. SO frustrating! We've been home for 2 days and the sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes have stopped after we left that motel room, so that's some good news.

- Allmendinger (1/5): Worst place ever to stay - Nothing The beds were dirty, not a lot of parking, it smelled like sewage, the rooms were basic to the max. Not even a hair dryer in the room. The bedding was just as thin as a bed sheet. The phone didn't work, and for that kind of money. Ya, $90 is not much these days, I know, but damn you can do a little better. No mini fridge, nothing. This is why I always tell anyone that says anything about staying at one of those places that it's a no for me ans they should not waste their time or money.

- John (10/5): I recommend Motel 6 for someone on a budget that wants a decent place to sleep. - 2 queen beds, handicap shower in large bathroom. No closet. Hot tub was one of the best I've ever enjoyed. Plenty of towels aviailable. Plenty of parking. No closet, tv worked but not the best.

We had to go purchase blankets because there were no clean ones they could offer us per the staff. When trying to take a shower no hot water. The toilet wouldnt flush.When I went to speak with the manager she wouldn't come out from the back room to speak with me, instead she yelled at me from a room I couldn't see her in. When I explained we would even take a different room if we could have hot water, she said they couldn't guarantee hot water for showers. I explained we would leave and they could refund me the first night we had stayed she again just continued to yell at me from a back room. Very unprofessional. I had to contact booling.com and explain the pictures online look nothing like the actual hotel room at all and the staff was super rude when any concerns were brought up. I overlooked a lot after a long drive and after being yelled at and told basically it is what it is I requested a full refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

- Mike (1/5): It sucked - Nothing Room that they gave me had not been cleaned. The next room they gave me, upstairs was dirty and not cleaned well. Filthy stairway. Curtains did not shield out lights that were on all night outside the door. Tried to get refund before I stayed so I could go to another Motel and the girl at the front desk (who barely spoke English) told me booked through 3rd party and could not do that. I have stayed there before and have not had this BS before. Never again at this or any Motel 6 again.

Pea could have been cleaned off of toilet seat along with actually sweeping all floors as they had not been done. I knew it was on the cheaper end so that means it won't be as nice, but having stayed there years ago on a regular basis, I thought it would be ok. The room had a musty odor. The floor, walls, and doors were dirty. Debris behind the bathroom door and TV. The TV was going out. There were permanent lines down it. The bathtub drained very slowly. When I checked out, the front desk lady didn't seem at all interested in what I had to say.
- athenajohnsonlpn (2/5): Stay Somewhere Else - Let me start with, I knew this was a value motel. Not too expect things like shampoo, a microwave, or a fridge. Having stayed there many times years ago, I knew it would be simple but clean. I was very wrong. Good: Check in was fast and easy. They don't charge for pets! They were able to accommodate my request for the ground floor. The bed was clean. Good location. Bad: There was a musty odor that hit you when you opened the door. Left it open for 10-15 min before spaying the curtain and bed with the bathroom deodorizer I brought. The floor, walls, doors, and dresser were filthy. Garbage behind the TV and dresser. Very slow draining bathtub. Hair on the rack that held the towels. The TV was going out. There were permanent lines running down it and it was darker on one side. Expected a little noise, but it was extremely noisy. Lots of door slamming. When I tried to mention the dirty floors to the front desk upon check out but she wasn't interested in what I had to say. Definitely will not stay there ever again. Definitely recommend paying $20-30 more to stay somewhere else.

The lady was not at the front. Everyone was smoking and we could not get i to our room. It was upstairs my mom is handycap so she struggled up the stairs with her oxygen just to find our keys did not work. We went back down the stairs and I turned our keys in and left my mom had to use her inhailer due to all the cigerat smoke. Then when we made it to another hotel she had to use her nebulizer machine. Even the staff lady was smoking. My son was scared from the whole experience. He is 11 and panicked the rest of our trip about never staying in a motel 6. He said they are disgusting and scary. We did not get refunded even though we did not stay because we booked through booking.com. never again. I still have the footage from my dash cam 🤮. Then to have you guys knowing I did not stay keep asking me how my stay was is very disturbing. It makes me feel like maybe she never checked me out. - Coltin (2/5): Awful, dirty, gross - There was literally nothing about the room or experience that was enjoyable. Wifi didn't reach the room, when I asked to change rooms because I needed WIFI as I was traveling for work, they moved me to a smaller, that was under the stairs and had a conjoining door withthe other room. I could hear the people next door watching tv all night, the room smelled awful, and the wifi was no better after changing rooms, so the next day I asked if could change rooms again to something less noisy if the wifi wasn't going to work anywhere and I was told "We can't get anyone in to clean your room today so we wouldn't be able to sell it tonight so you have to stay in that room tonight." WHile walking backto my room, I saw 3 different people cleaning rooms, so obviously they could have had someone clean my room and just didn't want the hassle so they lied to me.

- Jesse (3/5): I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A MOTEL6 HELL - Needed to be close to dmv I was told by staff that the max stay is 14 days. I Was told I couldn't stay after I had paid for another 12 days. The max stay on the web site says 28 days. Manager Made me park my tow vehicle for which was vandalized on the street after lieing about space when there was other people taking up two spaces with there trailers & toys there was still plenty of parking. Manager had homeless vagrants tweekers above me stopping all night long on purpose.
