This was the nastiest place I ever stayed in. There was men pee on the toilet, hair EVERYWHERE in the bathroom including the towels the were NOT washed and needs to be replaced.

We ended up having to swap rooms multiple times due to roach infestation... air conditioner in the room we ended up in, it took 8 hours just to cool the room.. no fridge or microwave in the room we ended up in.

They kept my deposit saying that I checked out late because my disabled dad had to use the bathroom. I only had my disabled dad staying in one of their rooms for a short period of time while we got his appointment ready for him room didn’t have no microwave refrigerator and then the soda machine took My Kids dollar when they tried to get a drink

• Denise (8/5): - This is my third stay in the last couple of months. This last stay the water was hot as the two other rooms did not have hot water. The front desk clerks were awesome. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating.

This time new owners. It’s June pool not fix, nasty, rooms dirty had to move twice. First room smelled like dogs, hair was in room. Second room had hand prints on tv. Mirrors dirty, left the next morning instead of three nights took that lost. It was disappointing just dirty. Had to go get toilet tissue from front desk. It was not a nice experience.

• Emily (2/5): - I instantly regretted my decision to stay here. When my boyfriend and I first walked in the room, there was absolutely no air on. It is June in Lousiana!! The heat index is typically 105•-115•. It was extremely stuffy and it took a while for it to cool down. The AC was blowing cold but it took a long time and it was very small room. Oh and the bathroom felt like a sauna.
