• Verified traveler (8/5): - Esta bien ya que no es caro para estar en el centro de Roma con el metro al lado pero en la ducha se salia el agua por todos lados,el sillon de polipiel estaba desintegrandose y t dejaba los pantalones lleno de puntitos blancos,lo bueno es que venian todos los dias a limpiar y cambiaban sabanas y toallas.

• Danielle (6/5): Cheap apartment, you get what you pay for. - After arriving at the check-in hotel (which is 2 metro stops away from the apartment) we had an easy check-in. We found the apartment building easily but could regularly smell cigarettes. The apartment itself (we were in appt 6) did not smell of cigarettes but was a little grotty here and there. The floor hadn't seen a mop in quite some time and we took to wearing shoes when in. The sofa bed was in dire need of replacing and I wouldn't have liked to sleep on it; the cover was peeling and the headrests wouldn't stay up. The kitchen area was clean with a working fridge and induction hob, there were plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery to use. 3 bar stools were situated at the dining table. There was working aircon in the living area and bedroom and the bed was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large, sink and toilet clean and working. The shower however, needed completely replacing: the shower head leaked water from the side and was very calcified, the sliding doors had come off their rollers and didn't close properly - water would leak out from there and from the bottom corner of the cubicle. The water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water. The kitchen window did not lock and there was no safe available for storage of valuables. The centre of Rome is easily reached via the metro. This appt is cheap and needs some updating but it will surfice for a few days cheap living if you are on a budget, just don't hold your expectations too high.

• Maros (8/5): - On the arrival i recieved massage that my booking its not valid and they booked my appointment to someone else but after conversation with member off stuff they sort out for me different appartment double with even better location but only minus wias there wasnt terase how i booked with first one.Location was great stuff was helpfull.

• NIKITA (6/5): - В целом нормальный аппартамент-отель, но есть недоработки со встроенной техникой, а обратиться на ресепшн можно только в другом отеле и только в рабочее время и по мобильному итальянскому телефону. В соседнем доме идёт перестройка, так что днем окна лучше не открывать.
• Stefy (6/5): Appartamento carino ma . .. - Noi avevamo un appartamento con terrazzo ma non si vedeva nulla perché avevamo un palazzo in costruzione proprio sul terrazzo ,ti mancava L aria ,cioè non si vedeva nulla ma solo cemento. La cucina carina ma sprovvista esempio mancava la macchinetta del caffè . Phon rotto mi sono pizzicata i capelli due volte . Armadio vecchio . Praticamente in casa non entrava la luce del sole. Uno dei due condizionatori non funzionante e nonostante l’avvenuta comucizaione non c’è stato nessun intervento. Un televisore senza telecomando. Nell’edificio ci sono lavori di ristrutturazioni quindi rumori tutto il giorno. Altri dettagli da rivedere. Peccato... con un po’ di attenzione in più potrebbe essere carino.

Purtroppo i rumori assordanti dei lavori che stanno facendo sia sopra l’appartamento sia vicino al palazzo hanno reso il soggiorno insopportabile. In generale potrebbero fare di più ..
• Verified traveler (8/5): Grande appartamento in ottima zona - Check-in veloce, ma troppo lontano dalla struttura. Personale assente presso l'edificio degli appartamenti (ma personalmente lo preferisco al personale invadente). Ogni giorno trovavamo la casa pulita con il cambio della biancheria.Casa fornita quasi di tutto, ma avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata (molta umidità alle pareti e al pavimento) e di essere resa più calda (luci fredde e poco arredamento rispetto alla grandezza della casa, che è davvero enorme), ma si tratta solo di dettagli, per il resto ottimo, soprattutto per la zona, il wi-fi e il rapporto qualità prezzo.

• john (6/5): Very noisy refurbishment work on property - We arrived to find no reception at the apartment, an email had apparently been sent but not read by us telling us that keys have to be collected from another address. A cleaner at the property however was able to let us in. The noise from the building works starts early in the morning and is 7 days a week! Best avoided till its complete. Good sized apartment with comfy bed, decent bathroom,kitchen and lounge area with tv (no English channels) fridge ok but could not get hot plate to work. Building very close to metro station so great for getting to centre of Rome
• Virginie (4/5): A éviter absolument !!! trop de problèmes - beaucoup trop bruyant avec un chantier juste à côté. A partir de 6h30 on entend les camions de chantier et les marteaux piqueurs! Impossible de se reposer. Gros problème à l'arrivée. Quand on est entré dans l'appartement il y avait des bagages et affaires d'autres personnes. Erreur de leur part ils nous ont donné les clefs d'un appartement déjà attribué ce qui est très grave car on aurait pu faire n'importe quoi avec les affaires personnelles des autres personnes. Autres problèmes abattant de toilettes cassé, tabourets cuisine cassés, aucun matériel de nettoyage alors que c'est mentionné sur la description. Sol pas nettoyé pendant notre séjour

• Vanessa (6/5): Super appartement mais très bruyant - L'appartement loué était super, belle grandeur suffisante pour au moins 4 personnes. Superbe terrasse. Bien équipé. Très facile d'accès du métro. Le personnel d'accueil était très gentil, mais attention, il faut aller chercher les clés à un autre location, à la réception d'un hôtel à trois stations de métro de l'appartement. Vérifiez les adresses, c'est facile à trouver. Le service en chambre était aussi super, nous ne nous attendions pas à faire remplacer nos serviettes ni le petit ménage durant notre séjour de 3 nuits mais ça été fait et apprécié. Le seul bémol est le bruit. L'édifice en pierre transporte tous les sons, on entendait même la porte d'entrée de notre appartement. Les voisins, la circulation dans les corridors, et surtout la construction dans la rue connexe au bâtiment. Nous pensions rester pour une nuit supplémentaire mais nous avons changé nos plans après notre séjour qui n'a pas été très reposant, dû aux bruits qui nous ont empêchés de dormir.

Großes Appartement, Küchenzeile mit Backofen, Küchenausstattung spartanisch, wegen defekten Wasserboilers zweimaliger Umzug nötig, daher wenig abendliche Entspannung. Guter Service, der sich bemühte uns den Aufenthalt dennoch so entspannt wie möglich zu gestalten. Bezahlung vor Ansicht des Appartements in voller Höhe gefordert, unter der Versicherung, dass alles in Ordnung sei.
• Teemu (6/5): - Room was quite good, but construction site in neighbour wake up us every morning 7.00. Soudproofing was not good. You can heard quite well what hapend in neighbour.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Eine Idee von Rom - Maison Re di Roma liegt großartig - die Metro A in Schrittweite, ein nettes Cafe gleich schräg gegenüber - das braucht man auch: wir hatten etwas Appartement-artiges erwartet, doch das kann und will diese Wohnung nicht leisten: überschaubares Geschirr, zum Glück. Also vergesst eure Ambitionen, in dieser Stadt selber zu kochen! Dafür alle Vorteile eines Hotelzimmers: Unmengen Handtücher, die jeden Tag getauscht werden. Und noch einmal: in dieser Stadt ist diese Nähe zur Metro Gold wert! Alles in Allem liefert diese Wohnung erfreulichen Komfort und vor allem eine Idee von Rom und von Nachbarschaft! Toll!
• Emanuel (8/5): Vacanze romane con famiglia - Ottima soluzione per trascorrere tre o più giorni a Roma per una famiglia composta da quattro persone. Il personale alla reception è stato molto disponibile e gentile nel curare le nostre esigenze. Appartamento pulito, vicino alla metro e ad un supermercato.
• Robert (2/5): Wir waren nicht begeistert - Das Hotelzimmer war nicht dieses was in der Beschreibung war. Es waren keine Parkplätze vorhanden.In der Beschreibung war es ein Einzelbett statt dessen war es ein kaputtes Klappbett. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht da. Wir haben für die Reinigung doppelt gezahlt.
• Daniel Esteban (8/5): Departamento en zona residencial normal de Roma - Por un problema que tuvimos llegamos dsp de las 22 hs, cuando el chek in es hasta las 22, y no tenia wifi ni manera de comunicarme con el hotel. Por suerte me estaban esperando (se iban a quedar hasta las 23 por mi, dsp de esa hora si ya se iban). Fue un buen gesto que me hayan esperado una hora mas. Dsp fuimos al departamento, es muy grande, comodo y tiene aire acondicionado. Pero tenia un poco de olor a cigarrillo. Y la zona no me parecio muy linda (al menos cuando llegue tan tarde de noche). Pero al otro día que conoci mejor Roma me di cuenta que era una zona recidencial normal. En cuanto al estacionamiento, el hotel no tiene y en la calle es relmente una odisea estacionarlo, esta lleno de autos por todos lados. Tardamos mas de 40 minutos tratando de buscar un lugar (porque tampoco vimos un parking privado) y cuando lo dejamos no lo quisimos mover mas en los dias que estuvimos porque volver a estacionarlo iba a ser imposible!
• Carlos (6/5): Good price but with areas of improvement - I arrived to Rome from Florence by car (rental) which make easier the logistics to run hotel checking process. First you need to go to a different building (3 metro stop distance) to do checklist and then go to the apartment, where there is not someone to assist you. If you don't have a car, that means you need to do all this movement carry-on your luggage using taxi or Public transportation which could be really challenging. The building where the apartment are located is quite hide, in not a nice area, but it is closed to a Metro station (200-300 meters). The apartment was OK, clean and with the indispensable furniture, everything works correctly.
• Kamel (8/5): Bon séjour en famille - Excellent rapport qualité/prix, voyage en famille 5 personne,hôtel sympa, c'est comme à la maison au fait, c'est la 1ère fois qu'on prend un appart, habituellement c'est des hôtels où nos enfants sont dans une chambre à part, on avaient un œil sur nos enfants c'est déférents d'un hôtel. • Karin (10/5): Prima appartement voor een gezin! - Prettig verblijf in rustige buurt aan de rand van het centrum. Goed bereikbaar met de metro. 5 minuten lopen vanaf het treinstation, dus je reist makkelijk naar het vliegveld.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Roma - Nice apartment, clean and confortable. The check in was in different location that was bad. Location is far from restaurant but very close from Metro.
• Gillian (8/5): Nice apartment close to Metro - Stayed here for short city break with my fiancé. Found it very handy for the metro and also the regional trains. Apartment was big and kept very clean. There was a nice balcony but no view. Only real issue we had was the kitchen wasn't well prepared. No access to washing liquid or bottle openers. We bought these while there and have left.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was great and the neighborhood was nice. The metro was very close. Unfortunetly there is major construction on the building next door that starts at 7:00 am on weekdays. I would hightly recommend this location for weekends or when the construction is complete.
• manuel (6/5): We wont go back to this plase - Checking in verry confusing. The instruccions are not clear and that made us go to a wong destnation , lusing time an taxi money, we told the people in charge because it hapens also to other renters, to whom we had to help.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Good hotel close to a lot of monuments. - Really friendly staff that were very helpful. The location was close to a metro station in which easy access to all of the local monuments and attractions could be reached. The only downside was that the toilet seat was broken and the TV was not working.
• moxie (8/5): Spacious apartment in a residential neighborhood - Upside: spacious and clean. Convenient location to metro. 20 min walk to some attractions. Downside: I struggled to find check in office (really tiny and obscure); couldn't find telephone contact prior to arrival. Location is quite some distance from apartment. charged 19 per day for cleaning and janitor only showed up once during my four nights stay: offered to take out trash but no cleaning whatsoever. neighborhood does not appear the best however it doesn't seem to have safety issues.

The place was clean and well kept. only downside is that they don't have reception in the same place, so for checking in and baggage storage we had to go some 2 kms far, which was an inconvenience with kids and luggage.

Nothing to do in the neighborhood so it's all about sleeping and getting in and out the center which is 10 min away by metro. Priced reasonable and friendly staff.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great apartment... not so great neighborhood - Apartment was as advertised - we were very happy with the living room, kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedroom was nice. The patio had no views to speak of but it was also nice. The apartment was convenient to the metro and there was a little bakery around the corner, but it is not in the nicer part of Rome (lots of graffiti, few restaurants, etc.). We were satisfied with the stay - the apartment was certainly better than where we stayed in previous trips to Rome. But if you want something close to the hot spots, this isn't it.
• Leticia. (6/5): Roman Style Life Set. - This is a flat, with kitchen. That is all me and my husband desired after travelling for a long time. We needed to cook our food.The neighbourhood has 3 supermarkets, a daily street market, tube station very close and the place is sunny and not noisy. Clean, practical, first floor. We spent a week. If I won the place would make it a gourmand flat.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and new - Great stay, place very clean and roomy, nice to have a kitchen with a grocery store close by. Nice tile floors, beds comfortable, ac worked great. Convection stove top, so pan must be on to heat up, fully equipped kitchen. Angela very nice and helpful. Little delay on check in. There are no signs on the outside of the building, you just have to go by the small # on the building, then find a buzzer that says Maison and ring it then they will buzz you in. (Just be very careful all of pick pockets on the subway and be ready for lots of graffiti, all over Rome)
