- Vitaliia (9/5): - I would like to highlight the children’s animation program! We traveled with two children aged 4 and 6. The kids’ club on the hotel grounds is excellent! An interesting and varied program, themed activities, a LEGO club, drawing, clay modeling — everything was great! Since we stayed in April and the sea was still cold, a special bonus was the heated children’s water park and the indoor pool. In addition, I would like to commend the service: all our requests were fulfilled very quickly, such as bathrobes, smaller pillows, and a baby cot.

Территория ухоженная, постоянно ходят сотрудники отеля и прибираются, всё очень аккуратно. Мы брали стандартный номер (2411), очень понравился - большой балкон, так как это последний этаж, комфортная кровать, мини-бар и очень классный душ. На любые замечания отель реагировал оперативно, большое спасибо! Поесть можно много где. Мы преимущественно ели в главном ресторане "Aspendos" и Burger House возле пляжа. Могу сказать, что в главном ресторане самая вкусная еда, каждый найдет что-то для себя. Плюсом ещё было то, что ассортимент ресторана меняется каждый день. Развлечений куча: тут и spa с бесплатной баней - турцекий хамам, обычная классическая финская/русская (но за остальные spa-услуги придется доплачивать отдельно); и теннисы-бадминтоны-футболы и т.д.; анимации и всякие конкурсы. Отель делает все, чтобы разнообразить пребывание в нем и развлечь своих гостей. Конечно, есть и минусы: - громкий шум до 12 ночи, видимо, из соседнего отеля. Людям с чутким сном будет трудно заснуть до конца мероприятий. - открытые бассейны в ноябре ледяные (но это не большой минус в силу того, что есть крытый с подогревом и море, более теплое, чем бассейны). - мини гольф выглядит не очень опрятно, его стоит подремонтировать и улучшить.

- Benyam (10/5): An exceptional stay filled with comfort, great service, and memorable moments—truly the best - From the moment we arrived, our stay at Belek Beach Resort Hotel was truly exceptional. The bellboys and reception welcomed us with warmth and handled our check-in smoothly. The guest relations team continued to follow up on our comfort every single day. We genuinely felt treated like royalty. The service across the resort was outstanding. Wherever we went, from restaurants to the pool area, the staff were polite, always smiling, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The supervisors were visibly present, constantly checking that everything ran smoothly. The rooms were modern, spacious, and spotless, with comfortable beds. Housekeeping kept everything clean and fresh daily. The food was great. Each meal offered a generous variety of well-prepared dishes, from Turkish classics to international favorites. There was always something fresh on the grill, a wide selection of fruits, and desserts. Entertainment was fantastic—there were shows every evening that were fun for both kids and adults. While all the staff were genuinely wonderful, we’d like to give special thanks to Ergulu at the Elite Restaurant, who was attentive to our needs and always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. - Gheorghe (10/5): Exceptional - Super Hotel, ,very responsible staff, all problems that arise are solved immediately, the beach is great, it has space for everyone, very very tasty food, especially at the fish à la cart restaurant, you don't have to wait in the qeue after the meal, everything is super organized, I recommend it with confidence. The hotel in particular is organized for families, there is a very modern children's playground where the babysitter takes care of the children all day, there is a pool with water slides separated from the adults especially for children. Super show for children and adults. Green and very well-kept garden. You will not regret it if you choose this hotel!!!

The restaurants in the hotel were great! You can never go hungry in this hotel. I know in some all inclusive hotels food can be a hit or miss but the food here was great! They have chefs from all around the world! The free Starbucks was great! What I really loved about this hotel is the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. I will definitely come back!

We had a swim up room at main building, it was beyond our expectations. I liked the main building more than the adults building. It was more close to the sea and there were more nature, green, garden around. The adults building was just in the middle of the village, no nice views. But there was a separate pool and restaurant and the interior was really nice. Every day the room was cleaned, minibar full, champagne, fruits, cakes in the room on arrival. On the area there were a lot of staff, cleaning and taking care of people. Every evening there was a party at the field with tables and candles. The cocktails were really great. There were a lot of activities all day along. The beach was a little bit dirty and they were building there. The spa was full all the time, it was really small. I took Turkish hamam procedure and the room was full of people and children screaming and playing so it was a little bit uncomfortable. The massage rooms area were quiet. I think you should reorganize or do renovation there. Maybe some larger area outside and nice interior, maybe a bubblebath outside.

- Kara (8/5): Very good - It was really easy to find any sport to do. There are fields to play football, tennis, basketball…. Daytime activities are very good. It is also well prepared for children. If you go with kids, you don't have to worry because they have a lot to make your kids happy. Next to the main restaurant there is a small restaurant with an access for children to use. Rooms are really clean, beds are very comfortable. very nice seaside and swimming pools. A very safe place to stay. The weakest part of this hotel is its main restaurant. The design of the restaurant does not match the hotel quality. very dark and very poorly designed restaurant where you feel like dining in a mid level restaurant. There is a very high quality restaurant but you should reserve and its with extra payment. Food quality and variety in the main restaurant was below expectation. There is a burger bar that also serves non-quality burgers. Next to the theater stage, there is a buffet where they cook traditional Turkish bread and sandwiches we liked it the most. Nighttime entertainment could also be improved.

- Olaf (6/5): Schöner Urlaub in schönem Hotel - Unser Urlaub in dem Belek Beach Resort war sehr schön, aber 5 Sterne hat das Hotel in keinem Fall verdient. Das heißt aber nicht, dass es schlecht ist. Das Hotel ist für den Preis in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm, auch wenn es nur eine Steckdose zum Handy laden hat. Das Personal ist grundsätzlich sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Essen ist gut, aber nicht überragend. Insbesondere beim Frühstück fehlte uns etwas vernünftige Wurst und Schinken. Nicht zu vergessen... Nutella. Ansonsten empfanden wir als sehr angenehm, dass man eigentlich zu jeder Tageszeit etwas essen kann, wenn man will. Die Außen-Anlage insgesamt ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das sieht im Lobby- & Barbereich (innen) schon etwas anders aus. Die Möbel sind nicht ganz neu aber sauber. Die Sitzmöbel haben alle einen alten modrigen unsauberen Geruch an sich. Da wäre eine Komplettreinigung mal nötig. Sehr gemütlich gemacht sind die Bar-Außenbereiche. Die Getränke an der Bar sind ok. Mehr nicht. Die Animationen am Tag und abends sind vielfältig und witzig. Der Chefanimateur Ertan & seine Mannschaft sind sehr bemüht. Die Gäste sind zum großen Teil Russen und Deutsche mit Kindern. Alles in allem sehr schöne Anlage mit einigen kleinen Schwächen, keine 5 türkischen Sterne, aber gut.

- Bryan (10/5): Fantastic all-inclusive hotel - My girlfriend and I had a lovely week at the Belek Beach Resort Hotel. The buffet was huge and we never tired of the food. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside the main restaurant. There are also bars and restaurants all of the resort so you're never hungry or thirsty. They have Efes and Tuborg on tab which are both good beers. Spirts are local spirits but I had no complaints with the quality at all. The bar staff are quite generous with their pours too which is handy. Their nightly shows were very well done and we had plenty of laughs out of them. The animation team do the shows but also activities during the day such as zumba, darts, petanque, beach volley ball etc.The beach is in good condition and they have plenty of reclinders under the shade. The beach drops down quite quicky but they have a rope and bouys so you can hang on to them if you want to swim out a little. There are two piers which you can walk out to. Their gardens are beautiful and they have a nice strip of land running beside the resorts which they use for activities. There were a lot of children at the resort but if you want quiet time the place is huge so there are plenty of places to get away if you want to. The resort is over 10 years old I think, but it's in great condition. The staff are all very friendly and professional too. All in all I would highly recommend this place for an all inclusive holiday.
