• Patrick (9/5): - The staff is very friendly and accommodating! They allowed us to relax by the pool after we checked out, while we waited for our taxi! The location is close to some nice restaurants Western breakfast is ok, did not try the Srilankan breakfast.

• Sabine (3/5): Hält nicht, was es verspricht - Kurze Wege zu den Tempelanlagen von Anuradhapura. Lobby und Restaurant sehr fancy eingerichtet. Garten war schön, mit vielen exotischen Vögeln und Eichhörnchen. Pool sauber Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppel- und Familienzimmer: Zimmer sind mit dem absoluten Minimum ausgestattet, Toilettendeckel defekt, Duschvorhang defekt, kein Room Service und eine Kakerlake gab es gratis im Bett. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließ zu wünschen übrig. Anders als in der Buchungsbestätigung angegeben, gab es keinen Safe, Sofa oder Mückennetz oder -stecker (was bei der Anzahl der Mücken hilfreich gewesen wäre). Von den 5 Holzliegen am Pool (ohne Auflagen), waren 2 defekt. Die Gartenmöbel haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und hätten mal gereinigt werden können. Das Essen im Restaurant war Durschnitt, vor allem die Sri Lankischen Gerichte ließen zu wünschen übrig (so das Urteil unserer Sri Lankische Freunde, die mit uns unterwegs waren). Mit anderen Worten: 3 Sterne ausgewiesen, 4-Sterne Preise und die Leistung lag eher bei 2 Sternen
• Sandyta (2/5): - Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised This hotel looked great in the Expedia photos, but upon arrival, it was a completely different story—false advertising at its finest. The property looked nothing like the pictures, and mosquitoes were a major issue throughout our stay. Right away, we encountered problems with the hot water in our room. After multiple calls to the front desk and waiting for maintenance, it took hours to fix, and even then, we only had lukewarm water. The entrance was dirty, the towels were old, and there were no amenities provided. The bed was okay, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Definitely not worth the stay.

• uncleblah (6/5): Quiet and pretty location - From the outside this looks like a modern hotel with good facilities including a pool. The staff are friendly but at a loss to how to realte to their clientele. The breakfast is barely adequate and even the Sri Lankan breakfast is poor. The bedroom is ok though our bathroom constantly smelt bad.
• Thilan (8/5): Good stay, Nice foods - I was bit reluctant at the time of booking as this hotel has a poor review score. Also it doesn't have a nice look from the front. But After entering, I realized that they have a really nice and friendly staff (specially the reception). Dinner and breakfast buffet were great with real Sri Lankan taste. Don't expect a huge buffet, but all curries were very tasty. It's worth the money you pay and they really deserve a better review score. One thing to improve is, the bed was very firm. Otherwise everything else was good
• miketam (2/5): Hugely disappointing - Very over priced, for what we paid would expect a room safe, a frige, a basin plug, a hand towel, a bedside table, tea/coffee and shampoo/shower gel replaced. Waste bin had no liner so contents fell onto the floor. No bolt or chain on the inside of the door. Surprised to find this hotel only two years old, bathroom wall crumbling from water leakage. No window so very dark, smells of camphor. Lots of mosquitoes. No grass left in the grounds. Breakfast basic, only a set meal in the evening so didn't eat there.
