• PARK (8/5): 괜찮았어요 - 엘레베이터가 없는데 3층이라 케리어끌고가기 힘들었지만 그래도 공항픽업도 되고 나름 깨끗해서 좋았네요
• Verified traveler (8/5): 免費送機很方便，散步可到丹絨亞路海灘看夕陽 - 飯店設施較基本，若隔天搭早班機飯店有免費送機服務很方便。飯店離丹絨亞路海灘散步約20分不算遠。臨近也有商店和餐廳算是隔天搭機前的好選擇。

• HsiuJen (6/5): - 沒有熱水，空調也不夠冷。但是對於須要只停留一晚趕第二天早班機，由於有提供接送機廠還是算不錯的。
• FANG (8/5): 有接机服务，离开机场近，便捷酒店 - 酒店没有电梯，住二楼以上都需要自行搬箱子上楼，提前联系有机送机服务，司机不错。酒店就是便捷酒店还算干净。住了一晚就离开了，其实就是过渡只睡了4个小时就要赶去机场转机，作为中转站还是不错的。
• Seung Eun (2/5): 최악 - 최악. 에어컨도 안되고 뜨거운 물도 안되고, 3층이라 캐리어를 들고 올라가야했음. 다행히 잠을 안 자고 2-3시간 머무를려고 예약했지만 자고자 했으면 당장 환불 요구 했을 듯. 90년대 모텔식같고 냄새도 너무 케케묵은 냄새가 남. 싼데는 다 이유가 있음.
• Ivy (8/5): 離機場和丹絨亞路海灘很近 - 是隔天亞航早班機的好選擇，當天是搭4:30的接駁車到機場。 附近有一個中型超市，價格便宜但品項不多，還是建議在市區超市美麗華.實威等把土產買齊喔！
• Jaice Soo (6/5): Nice Hotel Close to The Tanjung Aru Beach - Good location, excellence staff and airport transfer with the very affordable price. Management did take note my prior request for adjoining room at ground floor as we have 2 elderly. Hotel lobby looks new and beautiful but the rooms a bit darker, wallpaper had peeling off, grayish pillow case and stained W.C. Would not mind to stay again in future if all these limitation had been improve.

• David (4/5): Poor service - Prior arrival I had emailed the hotel to confirm my airport transfer but none came at the airport. When I called the hotel to ask, was told to wait 15mins. When still no transfer arrive after 15mins I called again but was told to call their driver myself. In the end I had to make my own way there. There is no lift in the hotel. Room was poorly lighted.
• Seemon (8/5): Nice and clean hotel. - Nice and clean hotel, very near the airport. The best thing the hotel is provide van to and from hotel, although the hotel only have one van which have to wait if the van is full. So my groups have to split into two and let them wait at airport for the second round trip to hotel.

• James (8/5): Perfect place for a overnight layover - Needed a hotel for a quick overnight stay before the flight in the morning. This hotel was decent and provided a free airport shuttle. For the value, it is pretty good.

• CHING MAN (4/5): 近機場 - 住呢間原因酒店的原因是近機場 因為我們第二天一早要到機場 。除了有穿梭巴士機場接送，這酒店都冇咩優點。酒店舊，沒電梯，冷氣很弱，服務員整晚在聊電話。

• Huei Chen (6/5): 機場接送方便 - 有免費機場接送這是比較吸引人地方 因為距離機場有段距離 搭計程車很貴 房間普普 附近吃滿方便的 有家肯德基在附近員工都是瘖啞人士可以去捧場 比台灣好吃
• Verified traveler (8/5): 공항과 가까운 저렴한 호텔 찾으신다면 - 밤에 도착하여 하루 잠만 자려고 골든힐에서 묵었는데 생각했던거보단 양호했네요. 가격이 너무 싸서 정말 기대를 하나도 안해서 그런지 가격대비 무난했습니다. 서비스라고 할건 없었지만 직원들은 친절한편이었고 하루 묵기엔 괜찮았던거 같습니다. 다만 와이파이는 터지긴하지만 매우매우 느려요.

• ChengYu (8/5): - 除了沒有電梯, 還有1f的窗子太高又太小, 因班機在半夜起飛, 以這個價格其實還不錯, 房間格局還OK,而且附近有不錯吃的飯店(一品香,京沪, 當地當來小吃店), 且離海邊近, 快走10分就可以到

• Lia Kim (6/5): Good location but free shuttle not available - This hotel was closed to airport. We had paid 25RM by taxi. Actually, I requested to book a free shuttle before I arrived. HOWEVER, they weren't there. I also contacedt to hotel, but any bus didn't come.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Near the Airport at Kota Kinabalu - The hotel is convenient to the airport, which makes it a reasonable choice for someone making an overnight connection. It seems to be reimaging itself as a boutique hotel, but still has a way to go. Right now it seems like a cheap hotel with a few touches.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Okay, but just once. - Stayed over night for connecting Air Asia flight. Room serves purpose for sleep and provides free transfers to both airports in KK. However would reconsider other options if needed to stay again in that area.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Don't stay here if you want to sleep - The pillows were dirty and the wifi didn't work in a Deluxe room. We were kept awake until 2am with people shouting and then woken up very early in the morning with the same. On top of that the hotel decides to do maintenance in the morning so we were kept awake with drills and hammers right outside our room. The hotel said they are entitled to do maintenance - fine, but why on earth would they do it during the morning when guests don't check out until 12pm. Terrible nights sleep and definitely not a place for guests to relax,rest and sleep - I thought that was the point of a hotel?!
• ChengHsun (6/5): Shuttle bus is good. - Why I stayed for one night was the early flight boarding time that hotel offered a shuttle bus service in the early morning. My friend gave a tip for the sleepless youth man. Room was so so. No elevator equip. Very very nice price.
• Verified traveler (8/5): CP值高，但是服務人員態度稱不上不親切 - 飯店沒有電梯，房間內設備簡單但整體還算乾淨。免費的機場結駁車，對凌晨的班機很有優勢。但是接駁車似乎只有一台，加上那個司機不知道是突然忘記還是怎樣，我們約4:30的車，4:15下去，他們剛好送ㄧ組客人去機場，櫃臺說等一下回來就會送我們，後來我們一直等到4:40都沒人回來。櫃檯也沒有要幫忙聯絡的意思，直到我們請他幫忙，後來大概4:50才有車子回來~~~在那邊大概遇到三個櫃台小姐，一個男性服務人員。櫃檯人員包括CHECKIN、問附近一個公園怎麼走、等送機，三個服務人員態度都稱不上親切。男性服務人員則是因為洗手機反鎖，請他幫忙，他態度還比其他三個小姐親切許多。
• Verified traveler (8/5): 很適合過夜搭早班機的酒店 - 只待了幾小時過夜搭早班機回家 飯店有免費送機服務 接待人員還蠻親切 價格不貴就別太苛求品質 房間感覺不會太差還算新
• LKY (2/5): Horrible experience - I stayed at this hotel for my last night since it's close to the airport and they provide free shuttle service. For this price, I shouldn't have much complain about but I have to share my horrible experience to warn others! First of all, the shower drainage is clogged so I have to be quick to not flood the bathroom.Second, the towel looks wear off and smells bad. Last of all, they have fleas on the bed! I have over 10 flea bites over me and I must have carried some on me and brought it oversea to my home. Now I have flea problem to deal with as it's very hard to eradicate once they settle in!!!
• Seongmin (6/5): 정전된게 최악 - 공항에서는 가까워서 늦게 도착해서 하루 묵었어요. 냉장고가 없는 점이 아쉬웠고, 제가 묵은 날엔 아침시간에 정전이 되더군요. 프론트의 야간 직원은 영어를 못합디다.
• CHUN CHIN (8/5): cp值高 - 隔天非常早的班機，所以入住這間飯店，離著名沙灘景點走路大概25分鐘，且有免費的機場接送，但是飯店沒有電梯，住宿價位很便宜，整體來說CP值高～～～～
• Paul (8/5): Hassle-free and good value - Great place to stay if you want to crash out asap after arriving at BKI. Situated in a quiet area and walking distance from Tanjung Aru beach. Friendly staff and clean rooms with functioning wifi. Great value with airport transfers. Only wish they had more television channels.
• Verified traveler (6/5): They didn't pick me up - I called them right after booking with them in Expedia.com, I told them my flight arrival date and time and they said it's fine they will pick me up. In the end nobody was there to pick me up, I was wandering at the airport for a while (2am) and then took a taxi to the hotel. They refunded me the taxi fee but I was expecting somebody there to pick me up as they promised on the phone.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Goldenhill not so golden - Crampy hotel with no breakfast. But local eateries are closeby.
• Snowflake (8/5): Great location for the airport - A small hotel within a mile or 2 of the airport. So it was perfect for us to catch an early plane. They also offer airport free pickup OR drop off for a one night stay. We missed breakfast though. Neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet with a few restaurants nearby. Should it be for a longer stay, we would probably want a bigger room - it has got a great (compact) wet room.
• Rachel (6/5): Did what I needed. - We stayed here for one night as a stop over for an early flight. It is very near the airport and they provide a free shuttle bus too. When we arrived, reception didn't have our booking but the lady took my confirmation details and it was sorted in minutes. There is no lift at the hotel but they help you with your cases. The rooms are pretty drab and very basic but clean enough and did the job for a low price. We didn't venture out of the hotel, due to the times of our arrival and departure, but the surrounding area didn't look great and there was a loud bar playing music til about midnight. Personally, we had no problems with this hotel but don't go with high expectations.
• hlc (8/5): Great for the airport - This is a great hotel if you arrive late from the airport and or leaving very early the next day. Free airport transfer and the staff who picked me up was very friendly! Rooms are clean and spacious.
