Guest Reviews
- Harriett (7/5): We just needed a place to sleep and it was a good quiet place at a reasonable price for that - Clean Dated furniture, chipped
- Maranda (2/5): We were turned away. - We did not stay as there was no availability. I hope my card was not charged. They let us stand at the entrance for about 20 minutes before they told us that they were already booked.
- Allen (7/5): -
- Tharpe (5/5): Fair - The location. The room was not clean at all. I had to reclean the Bathroom and sheets did not look change 😐 floors where dirt mopped the floor as well.
- Norton (7/5): -
- Devante (8/5): -
- Cassi (7/5): -
- Tonya (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing Everything
- Robert (4/5): Could us a little more cleaning - The rooms were dirty. No one cleaned up once a day while we were there could smell neighbors cigarettes smoke comen through are bathroom vent.
- Tosh (8/5): -
- Rajiah (6/5): -
- Karyn (5/5): Don’t suggest - Absolutely nothing Room has zero towels in it bedding was full of cigarette burn holes
- Walker (1/5): - Nothing at all First its not a safe area for a single woman to stay random people walking around outside the rooms gave off bad vibes. Go into the room it smells and there are roaches crawling on the walls the bathroom was awful piss all around the toilet there was hair in the tub. Took pics went to the office to cancel my stay he wouldn't give my money back and just shrugs his shoulders 😤 😒.... I will never stay at a Econo lodge EVER AGAIN lost a 2 night stay had too stay in my van for 2 nights so frustrating
- Kaminski (5/5): Ok, but with a few issues - The location is great, it is right across from the mall and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. That was a big plus since this was our annual Christmas shopping trip. The owner is super nice and was very accommodating, he also apologized for the issues that we did have. No complaints there. On the surface the room appeared clean, the bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. Although the surfaces looked clean, there is a roach problem. My husband killed one coming from under the refrigerator and I killed three babies crawing on the nightstand. There were also several dead ones in the light fixture above the bathtub. So, it appears that they may be trying to work on that problem. There was also an issue with hot water, we had none, then it came back briefly, then off again. My husband was able to take a quick shower while the water was hot but I wasn't willing to risk running out with my hair soaped up. This is our third stay here but I'm not sure we will stay again next year. I will watch reviews to see if things improve.
- William (8/5): -
- Jessica (10/5): - Amazing the staff is awesome
- Eddie (6/5): - It was a little disappointing that they did not provide a hairdryer or coffee maker that other establishments do, but the overall cost was less expensive so it is understood. Why
- dcdj (5/5): - Staff the bed 3rd lock on door was broke.
- Kathryn (4/5): Stay on the second floor bring own amenities - Lazy. Leaning 1st room had roaches everywhere and caved in curling.
- Buchanan (8/5): -
- Elizabeth (8/5): - I like the property and the people that work there but I wasn't happy when I would be sleeping during the day because of sickness and I wasn't at work and every time someone would come the dog would do nothing but would bark and that was a nuisance so I decided to go on somewhere else through your company but otherwise not they were very kind and nice and I definitely would stay there again but I would request a room next to a person who doesn't have dogs.
- Richard (8/5): Friendly - The service was very friendly.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Should have done better research before booking - There were no food options. The description leads you to believe that there is a pool and other amenities that simply are not available. The property is not well kept, there was a smell to the room and it wasn't very handicapped accessible, the stand they have to hang your clothes in also hold the TV and it was in the way I about knocked it over several times, the bed were hard and uncomfortable, the air conditioning barely worked. Overall I will never stay at this hotel again
- Nichole (10/5): - Very nice staff! 👍
- Nichole (10/5): - I like that it's quiet here it's clean my rooms are very nice and the staff is wearing nice as well. I would recommend this place to anybody and look on expedia.com because they have great rates and we could stay nightly.
- Nichole (10/5): - Beds are comfortable TV great. 2 huge beds and enough space to put everything. Cleanliness also.
- Charles (2/5): - My room had roaches and I reported it and asked for another room they told me that they were booked. They lied because my sister & niece had problems with their rooms and they got new rooms. I will never ever booked there or recommend it....
- Eyglis (9/5): -
- Teresa (2/5): - woke up to crickets in bed and room. Pool was shown but they no longer open pool. Parking lot needs repair. Staff very unfriendly. would never go back there and you should reconsider offering it.
- Gossett (5/5): -
- Anthony (6/5): - Crickets in room on the floor, and pool was closed
- Stephanie (2/5): - Overall a bad experience
- Niemi (3/5): Poor -
- Dcdj (5/5): Passable - Staff Area
- Kyle-lee (1/5): Couldn't pay me to stay again. -
- Mary (4/5): - Lobby smelled. Room was dirty. Floor not swept. Big gap under the door. Tub was stained/dirty. And towels were dingy. Paid $93 but looked at price after booking and it was $54. Not happy at all!!
- Joseph (4/5): Disappointing - Location I left 2 days early and couldn’t get any of my money back
- Leo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard P (6/5): Route home. - Room was just “OK”. Older but clean. Surprised by no coffee maker?. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast served, but not advertised. For a similar nightly cost other motels in the area would be a better choice. Next time
- CAROLYN (4/5): Nice location, in need of an update and cleaning. - This hotel in a very unsafe neighborhood. We were warned by the Hardee's waitress. We had no problems but were glad of the forewarning. Place is in need of an update but not as clean as it could be. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for our stay.
- Diane (5/5): Passable -
- Linda (6/5): Pleasant - Good The outside was dirty. Trashy
- Charla (2/5): Bugs - There were bedbugs in one of the beds and it was extremely noisy. Dump trucks picked up containers and slammed them down all hours of the night. Grossest place I have ever stayed.
- Dixie (4/5): - Not enough electrical outlets. Floors needed mopping, but rest was clean & beds well made.
- Jana (4/5): Do not recommend - The location was pretty good and the front desk guy was very pleasant and accommodating. For the price, the room was kind of crummy. Outdated, thin, ugly "comforter", 3 pillows so one of us had to put a soft suitcase under their pillow. The pillows looked kind of dirty (not a clean, crisp white). I thought they smelled "funny." There was an insect in our room that we were unsuccessful in getting rid of. The walls are paper thin, and we could hear our neighbors showering, etc. There are no outlets by the seating/desk area. It's hard to regulate the air. Everything just seemed to be worn and old. The little bottle of lotion was used already and not full. The sink was worn. Even from the outside, it looked rundown. It needs to be renovated... outside and inside. Watch out for the potholes in the parking lot too. We didn't stay for the "breakfast" but it appeared to be bananas and oranges on a bowl (?)...the juice machine was out of order. I wish we had gone for a nicer place. Very disappointed.
- Mary (2/5): - The place looked like a dump
- Sandra (9/5): Superb -

- William (8/5): - Great front desk clerk
- William (10/5): - Management very personable
- Christine (6/5): Not the cleanest, but it was a room - Not the greatest room of our trip. It was literally a place to lay our heads and we were grateful to have a place to stay that night since it was right after Helene blew through our home state and we were returning home from a trip to see the rest of our family.
- Tosh (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (8/5): - Excellent price, great staff, good clean room
- Dallas (1/5): Staff was excellent but don’t enjoy cock roaches crawling everywhere in room wasn’t any breakfast at 6:30 looks like bre - Location Cock roaches
- William (10/5): - Super personable manager when checking in.
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kimberly (3/5): Poor Customer Service - The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. I booked through Booking.com. The front desk personnel requested I cancel the booking so he could give me 5$ off. He was difficult to deal with and unprofessional.
The grounds were filthy. Trash everywhere.
- Vega (1/5): Worst hotel ever - location The air conditioner was hanging out of the wall , I had to push it back in to get the heat to work. The phone did not work. The curtains were not enough to cover the windows. There were huge burn holes in the blankets , The floors were dirty, I put a towel on the bathroom floor when I took a shower and it turned black
- Micheal (7/5): It was fairly comfortable - Need to repair drive on entrance.
- Nancy (8/5): - The room was clean and good size. The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and small fridge but no coffee maker. It was okay for a no frills and inexpensive night stay.
- Stephens (10/5): Exceptional -

- Joyce (3/5): If I could have found another place to stay with an opening would have left! - Location was good. Room was not clean, saw a few roaches crawling around. Bathroom was nasty, wouldn’t even use the shower had a dirt ring around the tub. At check out mentioned the roaches all I got was a shrug of the shoulders. Do not stay there!!!
- Larry (7/5): Good - Floor on the pool.was too rough
- Peter (7/5): Good - Everything ok 👌 !
- Kelli (2/5): - TV did not work burnt holes everywhere and it stunk never going back
- Johnson (3/5): Rooms should be $35 - We had somewhere to sleep. It could have been cleaned better and when I mentioned the molded shower curtain to the manager he blew it off and stopped talking to me, so customer service was almost nonexistent.
- Jodell (1/5): Miserable… left and went somewhere else - Couldn’t understand anyone there. No English
- Daisy (2/5): - Bed was so uncomfortable couldnt get any sleep the shower was either ice cold or scalding hot there was no coffee pot in the room
- Jacob (1/5): Bad -
- Elliott (1/5): Disgusting - Location is only postive room was old, dirty and bathroom was disgusting Nothing no one wants to stay in a room with dirt caked to floors stains on bed and a bathroom covered with hair and stained walls.
- Alice (3/5): Never Again! - Nothing Ice machine broken, pool broken, internet didn’t work, faucet dripped constantly, beds were lumpy and squeaked badly, not a single shelf to put anything in the bathroom, toilet extremely noisy
- Todd (4/5): not again - it was close to where i needed to be the floor were not clean and there were marks in the tubi
- Steve (1/5): Bad -
- King (2/5): Never staying there again - We could at least park the motorcycle under the awning Beds very uncomfortable, shower was not clean, no sweetener or creamer for coffee with little 8 oz cups, no continental breakfast, and one guest woke up with a tick on him!!!
- Grooms (8/5): Very good -
- Martha (9/5): Superb - The room was good The location is not working
- Jennifer (1/5): Checked in and out within the same 40 minutes - The price, and the surrounding buildings. No breakfast, Bathrooms not clean, BedBugs, Floors filthy, Front Door huge crack on bottom for outside air/bugs to get in
- Cameron (10/5): i loved it - i like how easy it is to check in i wished they had a few more amenities
- Macc (6/5): Pleasant -
- Barbara (7/5): One night Econo lodge - Beds were comfy., clean and ease of check in Cost was decent until check in...tax was high and charged $2 to use a card.. 61.00 listed paid 74.00. Coffee had just powdered creamer. Nothing special.
- Scott (1/5): A trash heap with rude, knowledgeable staff. - There was trash all around the property. The staff didn’t know how to handle my service dog and were trying to charge me the pet fee. The desk attendant got verbally combative with me when I directed them to the applicable parts of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Corey (10/5): - Convenient location for shopping and it was very quiet
- Marla (1/5): Worst ever!!!! - Nothing Coffee gone by 8:00, abanded shopping carts by entrance, toilet kept flushing every 15 minutes, all night, banging from above, metal crashing early am, neither of us weee able to sleep. Didn’t stay the 2nd night. Terrible experience!!!! Room rate had been reduced by half when we checked in but wouldn’t give me that price
