- Orr (1/5): AWFUL, HORRIBLE, STRESSFUL!!!!!! - Bad.....I experienced Roaches and Bed bugs in two different rooms..... HORRIBLE STAY!!!! No Breakfast service......Ok coffee.... That's It!!!!!!
- Ibarra (4/5): - Comfy beds good location Owner had his picks and chooses the housekeeping is horrible I stayed almost 2 weeks in one room didn't get cleaned except 1 time they have workers kids staying there riding around on bikes almost hitting cats the employees ask for cigarettes every day you only have maybe 2 that are nice. They want let you have company after you pay your money it's really horrible there they put people on don't rent list for bs I will never stay there again cause they label you and don't even know you bit they employees sale and do drugs more then the guess.
- donald (4/5): Bed sleep good, BUT I'd like to have had towels for our 2nd nite stay and NO remote the whole stay! - What Breakfast? Key would not unlock door, had to go get it reprogramed everytime we came back to room. No TV remote, asked at desk the morning after first nite, said they'd have one in the room. Come in got our used shower towels and left no ones to replace the ones they took. Left No remote Again! So We'll not be going back there!!

- Garrett (5/5): Definitely served the purpose of an inexpensive stay for the morgan wallen concert in Tuscaloosa - Location and Front desk lady was amazing Very uncomfortable beds. Was told pool would be open during our stay and then when we checked in we were told it was closed. I wish there was some sort of a breakfast.

- Benjamin (1/5): I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the worst. - Nothing Roaches in the floor as soon as we walked in. Booming music all night. Wierdos hanging around outside. We took our dogs out and the security guard made us take them to a different corner that looked exactly the same like it mattered in this nasty place. The pool is green and crap everywhere. SICKENING! We booked for three nights and left after one. I would rather sleep in my car.

- Carolyn (3/5): Very disappointed and dissatisfied - The staff was awsome Well for starters the air/heat wasn't working so I had to get them down there to fix it. Then we rented a room with the roll in shower and they didn't have a shower chair anywhere. I called the staff and I was to told to use the wooden desk chair that was in the room. It was very flimsy and was very slick. The water was broken the only thing we had was scalding hot water and I had to jigle it to get it to cool down a little bit so we could use it.

Mind you before I gave my credit card information to the manager I asked, do you have roaches! His replied was no! I told him I have a phobia against roaches! I should have my money back in full! He lied saying there wasn't roaches and I could not lay down to go to sleep because I couldn't get another room being that they had a convention or something going on that I wasn't aware of! This place is disgusting and I'm going to call DHEC first thing in the morning and report it! They need to be closed down immediately! I started to call my lawyer! If I would have stayed in Alabama one more day I would have called the news station to exploit these people!!

It took 24 hours to wvwn get the tv to work. I will never stay at a motel 6 again. I wouls love the money back that we spent.

I didn't like the fact that they had a outside light on all night long and the light reflects through the window. I was sleeping by it with a curtains shirt. You can still see some of the light and there was just people walking around outside like talking and it was this little noisy which I know that's out of their control

I wish I had taken Protection!!! - Nothing There was no refrigerator, no microwave, no breakfast they advertised that they had breakfast and a Swimming Pool, The first room they put us in The handle kept falling off of the door! And the Second one the door wouldn’t shut the deadbolt wouldn’t shut!! And me and two Grandchildren stayed overnight, and all You could Smell was Weed I actually got a contact high!! It’s Very much False advertising and the Swimming Pool was green like algae!!

- Cassie (8/5): Honest Staff and Nice Motel - It was ok for the one night I stayed. If I had a longer trip planned, I would have gotten something different. Small room and small bathroom with a shower only-no bathtub. It was nice and clean when I looked inside. You can hear people talking and walking outside the room so the walls aren’t sound proof. They said they charged me twice for the $50 reserve fee, so they credited that back to my account. I’m glad the staff was honest about that. All in all, it is a nice motel if you don’t need too much.

- virgina (10/5): A Perfect Place - Ashley checked me in. She is very friendly & helpful. I would go see her for a few minutes before she finished work. We talked about Bessemer & what a wonderful town it is. She said it was a safe town and a great place to raise a family. People would come to the desk & no matter what they needed, she was efficient & took care of everyone who needed something. Mr P was there in the morning to greet everyone with a nice hot cup of coffee. He was very friendly & helpful with directions. I planned to stay one nite, but the people, the room, the pool was so enjoyable that l stayed an extra nite. The place has no negative people hanging around & they have security for all who might want to know the quality of safety. A suburb place for a family with young children, the elderly with convenient handicap parking & everyone in-between. The beds are a dream to sleep on & maid service is very efficient. I will always return to this place when l go to B'ham. It's got downhome flavor!!

The outside of the hotel looks kinda rundown if you get a queen bed or a single bed room, you have to go upstairs. Which makes no sense because you would think disabled would be downstairs so they should have one bed rooms downstairs there’s no elevator so there’s no way for handicap to get upstairs.
