Lobby smelt like a chain smokers hang out, entry door completely smashed, walking to room getting barked at thru windows by dogs, cat jumping in windows, finally got to our room opened the door and the absolute horrible looking,smelling,dirty, no lights, bed were like a rock and small, phone turned yellow, cigarette ashes all over, my kids absolutely freaked out and wouldn't even stay in the room. We left keys on the bed and went and got a hotel room at LA Quinta across the street! I 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND. It seems like more of a place people may live at.

• Summers (1/5): - I didn't like anything about the stay and I left a day early then I reserved the room for I didn't like the fact that the room was a sweat box and the ac wouldn't even cool the room and I couldn't adjust the temp and there was no fridge or microwave in the room and there was no coffee pot and the tv kept turning off and the volume kept going up on its on and the room was dirty. Never will go back to it again

• Dre (1/5): I didn’t feel comfortable the whole weekend. - The pool was nice a children was free was the only bonus with this. The rooms was nasty wholes in the bed covers. Had mold on the ceilings. Lights didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush.

• Paula (1/5): I don't recommend - Nothing It wasnt clean. The beds were old and you could see where they sunk in from wear and tear. It smelled bad and had cigarettes burns on the bedding even though it was non smoking. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. This was the worst hotel I've ever had to stay in. There was also no refrigerator or microwave which was a first for me.

In and outside. smelled like cat urine inside and outside garbage under the beds. There’s just disgusting it look like it had never been clean. The hotel was a place where it looked like it rented monthly net as a hotel. People were staying there with cats and it is a apartment versus a hotel. • Mylina (2/5): - dont waste your money or time with this place. my boyfriend and i left after one night and took the loss of the $65 because it was disgusting in those rooms; do NOT trust the photos you see online. there was mold everywhere in our room, and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. sleeping on a park bench would have been safer and more comfortable; we both felt as if we had to be “on guard” and alert 24/7 because of the area it is in. we left and went to the Hotel Preston which is GORGEOUS, even with the construction going on, amazing staff, good bar and good food- highly recommend booking with Hotel Preston and NOT with this Motel 6.

I went to ask for another room but nobody was at the desk so I waited like 5 minutes and still nobody. The room was horrendous. Unwashed sheets, hair everywhere, and not to mention the bathroom door had a hole it it and the handle was falling off. I ended up having to keep the door open so I didn't get locked in there. I highly advise going somewhere else if you need a place to lay your head.

• Liberty (2/5): - This hotel was DISGUSTING! The first room I was put in, the desk in the room was falling appart, had black mold (?) on it. Then I saw a roach or some large bug on the floor. Not to mention the smell was aweful, it smelled like strong chemicals and dead carcasses. I went back up to the front desk and was given another room. This room smelled just as bad, there was a cup with eaten sunflower seeds in the corner. I went back again and given another room. This one was not much better but the fact that I needed a bottom floor or accesible room but yet there was no parking spot to park my truck even remotely near this room. I contacted Expedia and left so fast!!

I didn't like being put in an upstairs room when I made a reservation for a downstairs room and paid in advance. There was no micro fridge... The TV had lines running thru the screen... Sheets and comforter had cigarette burns all over them. Bathroom door had huge holes in it. Tub/shower had black mold in the creases ...

• Tony (2/5): - Place is old, rundown, and not that clean. Tried to make it work and even looked at 3 different rooms and decided to leave and book another property nearby. One room had roaches, another was full of cigarette smoke and the third fared better, but had a smell to it. Rooms upstairs fared a little better as I was told they get lesser usage, so good to choose those instead if you are to stay here.

• Justin (2/5): - When I got in the room it smelled like nothing but cigarettes and it was a no smoking room, I layed down the covers smelled like urine, the whole place was so dirty, and I also was racially profiled by a next door neighbor. So I checked out before 6pm, and I asked for a refund for the terrible service. The man at the front desk declined my refund. I will never stay here again I felt so unwelcome.

Walked past several empty rooms to go back down to the desk where I got a key to another room. Everything's fine enough until. I started getting bitten. On my face and leg. There's tiny bugs in my wig on my clothes and the big ones under the blanket. Checked out at 3 am. No one has reached back out to me at all. The hotel or customer service to ask not even one question during a supposed investigation?! Having someone choose a room with an issue when there were other options.
• Michael (2/5): Would love to have a better stay experience without being hassled at the end of my stay . - I did like the TV selection for Chanel’s, The beds weren’t comfortable and the cleaning staff rushed us out way before check out they started knocking at the door at 10:40 am and check out is at 11 am so improper and I left things behind because of the rush.
