• Harris (1/5): - No.towel... no water pressure. Staff was rude. Lady at desk told me they had no towels that night for showers. We had to purchase towels. The drawers were all broken the TV did NOT work. Its was bad.

• Tonya (1/5): The worse place to ever stay - Nothing The facility was very old and dirty. The walls had patches that were sticking out the walls, the bathroom shower was dirty, old and creepy. The floors and baseboards of the room were dirty, looked like they don’t get wiped down. The rooms were dark and stunk. There were people sleeping in the car in the parking lot. The morning attendant was rude, nasty she’s argued with us. She told me if she had a dollar for all the time people complained, she would be rich.

• George C. (2/5): - Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Bed sheets and pillows smelled like cigarettes. Towels were not laundered properly and some had dirt stains. Poor plumbing in shower. Bug bites.Noise and loud conversations from other occupants nearby. Could not sleep, left early.

• AYIHENG (1/5): The worst motel experience. - location and price. Found a big bed bug running on the bed at night (luckily I was not asleep that time)，and then had to change room. Unfortunately，found a smaller bed bug on the bed in the new room. Had to throw away most of my stuff. Both rooms were not clean enough. It seems like no one ever cleans motels. Lessons learnt: "1. Always check reviews both on Booking.com and Google Map before booking a room. 2. Book a hotel and NEVER book a motel."

• tiffany (1/5): Horrible staff horrible stay - Initially upon check-in, I thought that this experience was going to be OK because we were only there for one night for an event in that city. we paid 135 with a $25 incidental charge when we got to our first room room 242 the door did not have a handle in the inside so we were locked in the room which is a fire hazarduntil the front desk. Let us in out then front desk gave us another room 220 when we got to 220 the toilet was stopped up the front desk did not want to fix the issue and did not want to give me a partial refund for this issue the front desk lady was very disrespectful And not accommodating to me the customer she wanted to argue instead of trying to figure out a way to fix the problem
• Tyler (2/5): - Absolutely the worst hotel and room we have ever stayed at. BUGS. Toilet dirty, sheets had hair and crumbs in them. Room was not cleaned at all. PLEASE READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS before booking. Do not stay at this hotel even for just a place to sleep. You are legit better off sleeping on the side walk than in this hotel.

No toilet paper on the roll. Remote was broken but still functional. The bed gave me heebeegeebee's, but i eventually slept for 3-4hrs before deciding to stay awake. No complimentary breakfast either

• Ronnie (2/5): - When I got my room, it was to be a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes. I purchased an air freshener to help with the smell. No towels, no toilet paper, no tissue paper, only two pillows for two adults. I went to the front desk to request the items. I was told to return at 6pm management control the items in question. I returned at 6pm, I requested that management bring two more pillows, for two adults. And towels and tissue paper. The shower head was leaking, splashing water outside the shower stall, crazy!!!! People were outside the front door of the room next door smoking sitting on a chair, provided by the hotel and a commercial ash tray to dispose of ashes and cigarette butts. This was to be a non-smoking area. Supposedly My room was a non-smoking room. Terrible smell, welcome experience, unsatisfying !!!!! Plus the next day my room was not serviced, I had to return to the front desk and have management check with her house keeping and replacing my used towels and empty tissue box. I would rate this hotel a zero 00000 !!!!!

I had a terrifying night there. There was absolutely no sign of cleanliness in the room, the bathroom, the bed, or even the curtains, which had holes due to their age and poor condition. Even the outdoor walkways, the parking lot, and the surrounding areas were filthy, with no sense of cleanliness or aesthetic appeal. The worst part was the disgusting odor that filled both the room and the entire place—I couldn’t sleep because of that smell. The lighting inside the room was very gloomy, and the furniture was old and worn out. Inside the room, things were not arranged in any organized or tidy way; everything felt randomly thrown together. The elevator was extremely scary. I honestly don’t know if there are any inspection or regulatory bodies overseeing hotel standards in this state. This motel feels more suitable for hosting Halloween horror events than for actual guests. everything was bad. There was nothing I liked about this place. I felt like I wasn’t in a motel located in a nice area, but rather in an abandoned one, far from any kind of oversight or regulation. They gave me the key to one of the rooms, but the level of filth and the horrible smell were overwhelming. The floor was covered with dirt and hair. I requested to change to another room, but honestly, there was no difference—the cleanliness was just as bad, and the foul odor was still there. It seems like they’re just collecting money without spending anything on improving the place—not even on basic cleanliness, getting rid of the bad smell, or replacing the bedding and curtains.
