Guest Reviews
- Evangeline (6/5): - I liked that it is so close to the beach area and overall it was quiet and not crowded.
I did not like that the room was not prepared for occupancy. There were no toiletries and basic things. The air conditioner was not working, it got fixed after a few days, tv, telephone were not in working order, fridge was not cooling nicely.
The chamber ladies were warm, helpful and friendly.
- MrWeary (2/5): Avoid at all cost. Disgraceful hotel. - If the is a Five Star hotel, then I’m the love child of Winston Churchill and Whoopi Goldberg. It’s barely Three Star.
Filthy shabby rooms, prison slop for food, the drinks (either hot or cold) are awful. Rude ignorant staff (don’t expect them to understand any English) and management who are utterly useless and don’t give a damn.
This is quite simply a disgraceful excuse for a hotel. Whoever gave it a Five Star rating had clearly spent the night before snorting a suitcase full of coke.
- J1362YZpaulm (2/5): Dirty hotel - The dirtiest, unhealthiest hotel I have ever been in.
Our bathroom was like walking into a scrapyard
The staff do not care and are so ignorant.
If you are British you will have trouble with food.
Sickness is rife.
Where did this place get a 5 star rating from, it struggles to get 1 star.
The sea and sun was the ONLY good thing and that was free.
Whichever holiday company is selling this hotel should be ashamed of taking people's money, and get their searchers to review it before many more people have the nightmare we suffered.
But do the holiday companies really care?
- 697sergheip (2/5): Terrifying experience, don’t lose money, time and you’re healthy. - The most dirty and must terrible experience on our life, staff didn’t speak English , didn’t help only try to charge extra for each option, lied when arrive on location like we has only booked for 2 people room but we has a proof (printed) where is noted we are pay for large family room extra from Love Holidays UK( don’t trust in them) fly and transfer was brilliant but about the hotel is catastrophe Love Holidays didn’t check hotel and I don’t know why the didn’t do it . We are find in first room in toilet and room poo , braking bathroom , dirty shower, iron on the floor, wet and mushroom on the wall, most terrifying experience. Please don’t wasting you’re time and don’t lose you’re money!!!!When we asking to change room the ask extra charge for us, the same they refuse to call manager or make a refund , when finally they agree to change a room we are not end with surprise , room was have a guest the best bigger bug which we are seen in our life.
- davidsM2292BB (2/5): Scam hotel. Terrible food and drink. Avoid. - You will be scammed at this hotel. Got 2 rooms that were on lower ground floor and they were reeking of urine and faeces. Had to pay 100 euros for 2 new rooms (50 euro each).
Learned from others there that they went through thr exact same issue, having to fork out 50 euro for new room. TOTAL SCAM OPERATION.
The food is always undercooked. My wife is vegetarian and one night tried their potato soup. She discovered salami in it. She then tried the vegetable soup and found chicken in it. Had diarrhoea on several occasions.
The drinks are diluted and taste off. There is very poor communication with the bar staff and they often give the wrong drink.
I have been to Turkey many times and this is the worst hotel.
Avoid.
- Laura (2/5): -
I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, we were given a room that looked nothing like the pictures online. The room was neither clean nor new, with a broken wardrobe door and mold in the bathroom corners. The glasses next to the sink were dirty, and there was no toilet paper provided.
To make matters worse, we had to request a change of bedding because there were hairs on the pillows and sheets, indicating they hadn’t been changed. The food was equally disappointing. If you have food intolerances or allergies, be prepared to go hungry as there were very few options available. The food that was available was unappetizing and tasteless.
The staff in the restaurant were unhelpful and did not speak any English. They often rolled their eyes and made it clear they were displeased when asked for assistance. The bar was a mess in the mornings, with dirty cups, glasses, and spilled liquids everywhere.
This is not what you expect from a 5-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
- valentincvc (2/5): Not recommend - I do not recommend going to this hotel. The first bad thing was the room, as I opened the door and entered the room, a strong smell of mold hit me, and the ceiling was full of mold. The balcony wasn't cleaned on my entire stay. In the bathroom, the toilet lid was stained with yellow color, you know from what.
This hotel has a big problem at the restaurant, it is small and because of this it is always formed crowded food. Stay for 20 minutes to fill a plate with meat, garnish and a salad...
They also don't have what you want to drink at the bar. For example at the bar at the restaurant did not have pepsi max at all on any day out of 8, on the last day at dinner they did not have beer, and the coffee machine did not work, not even at the beach bar, so if you want to drink coffee on the beach you can't. In many other days in a row they did not have the ingredients for mojito and did not bring them so I had to drink something else. What did I pay Ultra All Inclusive for? To drink water?
- amnesia033 (2/5): Keep away from this hotel - TLDR
This is NOT a 5-star hotel! This is not even a 1-star hotel! Do not be fooled by the affordable price for a "5-star" vacation in an otherwise expensive Belek region! Keep away! You have been warned!
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had! We were initially given a room on the west side of the hotel, and the smell was unbearable due to the septic tanks located right outside. As soon as we entered, we were hit with a disgusting odor of sewage and mold. The air conditioning was covered in mold and hadn’t been serviced in ages. After our first complaint, the staff promised to clean the room thoroughly, but no one ever came. Following our second complaint, and after some help from a local contact, we were moved to a room on the east side. While the smell issue was resolved, other problems persisted. The east side rooms face a neighboring hotel with a summer kitchen that starts operating around 3 a.m., causing loud noises and conversations, sometimes even arguments.
The hotel restaurant is filthy and serves the same bland food every day. If you aren’t among the first to get there, you’ll likely miss out on most of the food.
The sunbeds are constantly “reserved” by people who either don’t show up until the afternoon or never show up at all, and the staff does nothing to address this. I even spoke with the owner, a man named Hussein, and his “right-hand” person, who both promised to fix the issue within minutes—yet, unsurprisingly, nothing was done.
Any complaints made at the reception are passed on to “guest relations,” managed by a Russian woman who, frankly, does absolutely nothing.
I believe that a picture says a thousand words - so judge yourself!
- Sharanya (8/5): - The good thing about the property is food it have different options for food and the bad thing is it doesn’t have the music like disco , nor any other entertainment programs which is quiet sad
- Hakan (2/5): - There are no safes in the room, the room is the first floor and there are no locks on the door so we don’t feel safe. We purchased this as all inclusive and have been told the pay for a safe and then I was told there were no available safes. We door of the closets are broken.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Poor quality - Not inaf staff and too many managers hardly any meal choices and definitely not 5 stars never again
- Yasar (2/5): - This is NOT a 5* resort!!!
I am not sure who I should be aiming my anger at, the resort or EXpedia???
- Yasar (2/5): - Whilst I applaud the quality of the food and the greatest efforts of the staff. This cannot be a 5* resort. My room was terrible. The shower leaked into a semi pool on the bathroom floor which was very dangerous. The cupboards did not close the fridge did not work despite being replaced. First one didn’t work either. I have taken photos which I will share with Expedia.
- Abdelaziz (10/5): i’d recommend Seagate throne - The place was amazing, great location, great staff very friendly. I would definitely go back. Although I’d recommend renovating your rooms kind of old.
- Hasina (10/5): The Bestest Experience Of Resort, Beaches, Food... - The best experience of being in a resort. The We booked for three nights then we end up keep extending for 10 more nights. It is totally worth it. The warmth welcome and the great service.
We loved all the activities especially Yoga, evening programs.
It is really safe during this pandemic, loved the photography (Don't miss that). Everyone was super lovely 😊 , we made friends with Nasrin, the active girl inthe compound. Ali the DJ played our favorite song. The front desk was friendly and professional.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Never ever again! - The only two good things about this hotel was Natalie, a caring staff member and the hotel hairdresser who is an accomplished coiffure. I left early, could no longer bear to stay. Was sexually harassed in the bar by a Russian tourist and the reception staff never called security. The food was inedible. The room was in urgent need of refurbishment. Do not book a taxi through the hotel. A self employed agent with overthreaded waxed eyebrows will call his friend who will try charge you 30 euros for a 7 km journey and you will be dropped off at the back of some dodgy street and whisked through the back of a leather warehouse. I complained and felt very sorry for some staff. The hotel is very isolated and no taxi service close by. It’s 18 Euro one way from Belek city to the hotel.
- Fahad (4/5): All incluseve is only for food with bad service!! - The hotel concept is only for food "inclusive" otherwise the service and the facility is too bad and old with un-taking care of the guest new requirements which is available in any hotel across the world, a small example they don't have an iron, they don's provide double bed which they merge two single bed together! the resort is too big with un-known experience to deal with guests and rood Turkish people attitude. Furniture is too old need to be refurbished with some renovation, room house keeping for Throne Seagate Hotel and resort are onyl packing up the sheet without changing it or move it, plus the keep the sheet separate on the table!!! In general they have an un-qualifyed staff at all with only a Turkish tongue speaking language
- Moe (2/5): - Viewers and readers, please pay attention this resort cannot be considered as a 5 Star hotel, may be 1 or 2 star most. I am a frequent traveler I had never seen such awful resort for what they offering, meal time was kind of torturing for us and a few times we had to go out of resort for the meals and breakfast. In terms of cleanness dirty & filthy in and out, reception’s staff service sub zero, rooms housekeeping the same if there is no shampoo, soap & etc. if I want to make it short the management trying to cut every corner of expenses including the ceiling lights in the lobby waiting area. Please don’t destroy your vacation by choosing this resort.

- Mustafa Mehmet (4/5): So called 5 star hotel. - Suffiency of facilities, cleanliness of rooms and pools are very far from a 5 star hotel. There was no lifeguard around pools. Clothes of personnel are also dirty.
I have never seen any smilibg personnel. The guy at the reception did nit say any welcome word.
This hotel does not deserve the paid amount.
- Mustafa (10/5): - Clean and comfortable
All inclusive means really all inclusive
- ZAFAR (10/5): IF ITS A BEACH HOTEL YOU WANT,THEN LOOK NO FURTHER - This beach hotel had all the facilities of a 5* hotel. Rooms were modern, and cleaned daily. The spa and indoor pool are an experience not to miss. Outdoors , the pool was large enough so that it was not overcrowded at peak times . We booked all inclusive, and were not let down with the availability of food throughout the day, be it at the restaurant , outdoor snack bar or the lobby bar. Staff were helpful for our needs. overall a n enjoyable holiday.
- Seyed (2/5): Poor service - Very disappointed!!! - We visited this hotel recently (July 2018).
To be honest I don’t know how to express lots the negative points that we were dealing them. I just say, It was very disappointed as it was unbelievable that it was a 5 star hotel.Firstly , staffs were not friendly. Hygiene was very very poor even owe full.
Limit and poor quality of food, cheap drinks.
There was no food for late guest and bars didn’t have hot snake to eat so the snack bar had dried up food and we wouldn’t want to eat it!!!
The air conditioning was terrible, no wifi in room, you could just use 300mb wifi in the reception and we had to pay for the over of the limit, although the signal was terrible that we even couldn’t make a call!!!
how is it a 5 star hotel especially with the dirty and stinking toilet & bathroom that hotel had. The bathtub was leaking, around of bath and walls had lots of muds and sludges on them that we couldn't touch or stayed close of that.
we were given a room in the basement with view into a garden wall and very smelly place, although that room was one the good one room after 5 rooms that they offered us but all were same as made our decision deficult. We couldn’t tolerate to stay in that harrible hotel so caused to leave there the next day.
Nothing was satisfied for us because it had maximu value of a 3 star hotel.
I have provided a video clip by some photos which I took in that hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice.. good facilities for families and kids - Overall very good. All inclusive offer was very good. Kids just loved it.
Hotel staff were receptive and helpful.
However both duty managers were disappointedly discourteous and sometimes lacked training in hospitality.
- Moe (8/5): - Nice hotel, its close to the beach. Nice rooms but they should work on the attitude of the housekeepers, they were very rude when we asked for towels because they already changed them in the morning, although our kids were swimming and needed to take a shower again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very Nice hotel close to the beach good food . - We Like it very much ...Recomending this hotel ...we Will comeback again definetly
- Anthony (8/5): Nice hotel with lots of facilities. - Nice hotel with lots of facilities. Food excellent. Staring to look a little tired though
