• Prasad (6/5): The stay was pleasant for what you paid. Great value - Convenient and easy to access from highway, staff was incredibly friendly and extra helpful The bed was broken and the lights were hard to turn on

• Matta (10/5): Wonderful quick stay - It was perfect for a couple of nights stay. Located close to many restaurants and attractions. Laundry available. Coffee not available in the rooms.
• Kristina (1/5): Filthy - I liked the price the price was good. But no one should ever go to a hotel that is that filthy and dirty I felt unclean unsanitary yeah it was gross. I have stayed here before and not had a problem that's why I kept coming back but I'm sorry I will not stay there again. Friendly staff but I just could not believe how filthy it was. I walked in the door noticed that there is no blankets on the bed just sheets and two pillows. The chairs at the table had disgusting fingerprints from other people that had stayed there. They were cobwebs all around the corners of the room and vent. And keep going in the bathroom there was mold on the shower curtain and it was dirty. I have never stayed in a hotel room that was as filthy and disgusting as this one
• Coates (1/5): DONT STAY HERE - I was given the only room without air conditioning and they desk person only answer to help with this was to allow me to allow her to change the cl There a/c filter with me and my daughter who has asthma in the room that’s disgusting when it shouldn’t even be clogged she refused to switch us room it was so hot and stuffy we couldn’t breath or sleep there pee dots all over walls smear on mirrrors dirty stinks this place is very not maintained and definitely not sanitary she stated yeah we need to deep clean really wooow never again will I ever er stay here Gross hot nasty the ceiling falling in also

• Guss (1/5): Very foul mouthed General Manager - The location to. Shopping and grocery stores. The General Manager was very foul mouthed and is at your door pounding on it. Also, forces the door open while your trying to get dressed. I will. never stay at this Motel 6 location again. In addition, I will be contacting Corporate office and file formal complaints about the General Manager and her very foul mouth as well as her overall attitude.

• Hellen (4/5): Skip this place. Rate was low, but you get what you pay for. - Staff was very friendly. Great location right off the freeway. Door didn't close all the way. Smell of smoke and weed from outside seeped into the room. Loud noise of traffic all day and night. Bed was very uncomfortable.

• Lisa (2/5): I did not get what I paid for - It was quiet They gave me a full size bed, I paid for a queen. The cable wasn’t working. There was soap stuck to a shower curtain that was frayed on the bottom. When they gave me a new shower curtain, there weren’t enough hooks to hang it correctly. When I asked for a different room, they claimed there were none, but I saw a lot of rooms that were clearly vacant.

• Windy (1/5): Shame on motel 6! Dont leave the light on for me cause i won't be back. - Nasty that all I can say. It was so dirty we didnt even want to shower. I cleaned before I ever even brought my things in. As I was checking for bed bugs I saw that nasty mattress that was like sleeping on a box springs. I had 2 people and only 1 towel. It smelled like dirty dog and musty man in there. When do you mop cause it looked like it had never been mopped. Our socks are so black on bottom. Let not even mention the questionable people put all hours of the night building things or what sounded to be moving furniture. Ive always stayed with motel 6 but I have never had the experience like the last 2. Do better Everything

• Francis (1/5): Worst - Nothing I didn't like how I rented a room. For me and my wife while our house was fixed so we can have heat I rented the room for 2 people me and my wife. I work nights so I wasn't there at night a week was up I went to rent another room booked it payed for it everything went to check in and was told they couldn't rent to me cause I rented a room for someone else? How could I rent the room for someone else when it was myself and my wife then on top if it I got no refund basically stole my money will never recommend them again.

• Sams (1/5): - Motel 6 in Medford, OR does not serve breakfast. Collectively, between Medford North location and South location, I stayed several weeks. I overslept one morning at the South location and was woken by 4 Medford police officers. I was alarmed. I'm a senior and due from medical issues, when I sleep, and arise from sleeping my hearing is impaired for several hours. The police told me that motel staff was trying to wake me but I heard nothing. Not until the police woke me at 12:30 am. did I become aware I had overslept. I left at that time. I relocated to the North location and attempted to check back into the South location and was denied. I was embarrassed. I didn't purposely overstay the time before, I just didn't hear anyone knocking and I had apologized. I don't think I deserve to be denied. My hour overstay was accidental.

• Lake (1/5): Not good - Nothing I purchased the room on booking com. The three nights where paid for before I arrived. When I arrived the lady said they don't rent to locals. On booking.com they said that but only for emergencies fire etc. My house has been infested with biting bugs and I'm allergic to there bites. I was looking for some relief. The lady said they don't rent to locals. I said this is an emergency... She just looked at me and said sorry. I called and tried to cancel the 3 nights and put the money back on card but I haven't received any email or notification of a change. I really would just like the money put back on card because I don't feel this is my fault. Sorry just doesn't fit well with an emergency. Thank you for reading

We were travelling with a puppy and it was an issue for us. Very simple room, pretty outdated and old ish bedsheets. Only OK for 1 night max but i'll not stay there next time.

• Cheyenne (3/5): - The staff was professional and very friendly. It was affordable but keep reading, you’ll know why.. Bathroom sink didn’t drain upon late arrival, tv was old enough to have twelve large orbs burnt into the screen so watching anything was nearly impossible, the mattress was practically a giant ditch there was a large hole in the center. I bring my own bedding but when I pulled back the provided sheet there was several long black hairs in the sheets (hence why I bring my own) the queen mattress only had a full sized protector on it. The walls are also so thin you can hear every tv on surrounding you, and when people are going to the bathroom.

• Lisa (2/5): Don't recommend this one - It does not seem like I picked up anything from staying here. The two young men working were polite. People appear in the middle of the night visiting rooms. Homeless or hookers? Got terrible sleep because gal next door was up talking loud and banging things around until 2am. She also let her dog whine and yelp. I had to pound on the door connecting our rooms to get her to quiet down. So rude!
