Jessica (2/5): I was completely disappointed and feel like I overpaid for the poor quality of my stay. - The location and safety of the property Let me start off with the price! Last summer we spent 3 nights at under $200. This room this time was $124 for ONE night, but I accepted it; we stayed there last summer and the room was great, service was nice, and beds were super comfortable. This stay? The AC barely worked. The shower had no soap or towels. There was NOT a coffee pot or microwave in our room and when I asked the desk clerk the next morning if she could fix me some coffee (before my 4hr drive back home) because the public canister was empty, she refused to make more. Then also couldn’t provide me cups and cream/sugar for me to make instant coffee. I expected so much more for the price I paid. And everything from service to the room was just completely disappointing.

I had an ADA accessible room, and the walk-in shower flooded the bathroom floor. I requested an early check-in for 1pm, but my room wasn't ready until after 3pm.

I saw 2. the pimp waiting outside when she back in the car I could see him counting money then he backed out in a blue car and left on May 12-14th 2026, was supposed to stay until the 15th but I had an emergency so i had to leave on the 14 and they wouldn't give me credit for the 15th and said if was leaving early i should have let them know the night before, like I knew that would happen, really. I did call the police about the prostitutes, and I will be fighting for my credit. So, in other words, go somewhere else.

Most inconvenient for loading luggage etc. waiting for dolly to move things meant another long trip back and forth to lobby where it is locked behind front desk. Mobile14724328770 (2/5): GO ANYWHERE ELSE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in my life. I was bullied into staying in an insufficient and extremely uncomfortable room. The front desk woman told me she had to talk to her manager. Her manager told me he couldn’t give us another room in a completely empty hotel and could not give us a refund so we could leave and stay In one that was acceptable. The bed was horrible and made extremely loud noises and looked like a child put the frame together. Then when we came back to the desk to try and talk to Him again, he literally hid from us and wouldn’t come out. They also put a padlock on the pool for the entire duration of our stay with an explanation of “inclement weather” when it stopped raining at 10am. This is THE WORST PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. I WANT A REFUND. NOW.

All that money for two rooms for two nights and Dogs barking all night so no sleep for two n - The only thing that was good about this property was its location. Beach across the street and walking distance to the Coliseum and mall. Our rooms we unfortunately set on the floor with all the dog owners and smokers and the tenant directly across from us (I paid for two rooms for two nights) had a small dog that literally barked all night long. It was impossible to sleep. There was also no coffee in the rooms, you had to walk downstairs to get some and it was only an option for a few hours a day.

Marilyn (3/5): Saving a few dollars was not worth it. - The coffee was decent, and dogs stay free which was why we booked there. The pictures on Booking showed amenities that weren’t in our room. No coffee maker, no ironing board or iron, no shampoo or soap, no batteries in the tv remote. It was very bare bones with 2 flimsy towels, and staff wouldn’t deliver anything. The bed was creaky, lumpy, uncomfortable. The floor was dirty, and the whole third floor smelled like dog. We left a day early. They are still sending the Covid message before arrival to explain why there is no service.

Cleotha (7/5): I only like the fact that it’s close to everything. - That it was close to the beach Night staff sent security to my room saying that I was loud. I was in my room in the bed , the tv wasn’t on nor did I have anything else on.

Richard T (10/5): This was the location I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. - What I received for the price can't be beat. This is not supposed to be a deluxe accommodation, and I didn't want one. Location stands out-- across from the Gulf and in the heart of beachfront Biloxi. Everything worked and the room was clean. No disturbances kept me awake. I like a more old fashioned looking hotel, but most of these are gone. Most of the new motels are sterile looking, as was this one-- the typical gray and white everything, pretty depressing.

Brooke (3/5): - Location. They switched my room from one queen bed 22 full-size beds. The mattress was so thin you could feel the board under it, the room smelled like humid wet carpet.

Donna (7/5): Good enough but could be so much better - The property had plenty of parking and a well maintained but small-ish pool although there is the beach just across the street. The grounds were kept tidy and the carpet was clean and new=ish, Also a huge plus was the no extra charge for having our tiny dog stay with us. Better sound proofing of windows and goods are needed, The three story building has one long hallways per floor which were like an echo chamber. I’m glad I brought my own sound machine to cover the near constant noise from the hallway all day and well into the night. I’d suggest the hotel think about providing one for each room to ensure a restful stay.

Ashley (1/5): THE room was horrible, bugs crawling, the tub was filthy along with the towels. - Nothing, the rooms were filthy, the tub was dirty and there were roaches in the bathroom EVERYTHING, the room was filthy, the refrigerator was dirty, the towels they provided was DIRTY, I ended up throwing one of those towels in the garbage, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL, I've stayed at this location a lot but this time was MY LAST TIME. I will spend my money somewhere else.

Linda (4/5): I won't be staying at a motel 6 again. - Location was good. No extra pillows, no extra blankets, no coffee after 8:am . Bugs/tiny worms frozen in ice. Dogs in rooms on each side of me. They barked at each other all night the last night we were there. Kids running up and down hall all night

Seleina (1/5): Stressful, disappointing and unacceptable at 1230 in the morning!!!! - The location is the ONLY thing that was acceptable (convenient to the beach and the colosseum). The hallway smelled like marijuana. The room was disgustingly smelly and dirty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept vacuumed or mopped (laminate & tile floor) and it looked like there was mold growing in between the planks of laminate. The room smelled like wet dog, pet urine and meth. The window curtains were dirty and greasy looking on the back side. There was no hand or bath soap, and one towel (for 3 people).

Shelby (3/5): - Comfortable beds Rude front desk staff. Burn marks on the tub. No blanket on one bed, only thin sheets. Staff refused to give extra blankets and pillows. We were flat out told no when we asked for extras. Stove but nothing to cook in/with.
