- Chante (7/5): - Good value, clean room, and dog friendly Ice machine not working and some trash in the parking lot
- Diana (10/5): -

- Sanchez (6/5): Na - Na Na
- Erwin J. (5/5): I moved to another location that was newly renovated sbd cheaper. - Location Wifi wasn’t reliable.
- Margaret (3/5): Not happy and a little scared - Location The front door had a gap at the bottom so that was a little scary. The bathroom was NOT cleaned (hairs of others were left in shower and floor).
- Elba (10/5): -
- Angel (2/5): DON'T STAY HERE! - It had an apartment sized refrigerator with a decent size freezer if you are staying long term and a nice shower and counter top but everything else was subpar The cramped space, the bleach smell, the microwave was on a low shelf making it difficult to use, the hot plate looked like it was 20 years old and gross looking. No coffee maker, ( they did bring one to us when requested and told us to bring it back when we checked out but no coffee or filters! The shower rod was rusty and paint was peeling on the door of the bathroom, you could see daylight all around the entry door....I could go on but the bottom line is We would NEVER stay there again!

- Diamond (1/5): I would not recommend this facility to anyone and would absolutely not book here again. - The property was close to major businesses on the island. My room was absolutely not what I booked. The pictures on the website look NOTHING like the actual room I was placed in and had NONE of the amenities I paid for. The room was poorly cleaned and maintained. The door was not sealed properly letting light and hot air through.
- Annette (3/5): Beware of odors in your room - They allow free cruise parking for the duration of the of your cruise. It was a clean room. The room first smelled strongly of either cleaner or disinfectant. After awhile, there was a pervasive odor of marijuana that was either from an adjacent room or from the last hotel guest. We put the a.c. and fan on high, and it helped somewhat, but not enough. We won’t be booking there again - we stayed there a few months ago, and experienced the same odor of cleaner (no pot smell) until the open door dissipated the smell (as we did this time.) No thank you.

- maribella (8/5): -
- Maryagnes (2/5): It was not a pleasant stay - There was no breakfast and the location was close to restaurants The room leaked water and the room was very small
- Leslie (10/5): Efficient - Clean and comfy. Coffee tasted funny.

- Brianna (1/5): Absolutely atrocious. I had to leave at 3:00am because I couldn’t breathe. - Absolutely nothing. The air condition o. My room was filled with mold, the AC barely worked. The phone did not work. I had to go to the office e multiple times. At times, no one being in the office.
- Paulette (5/5): When we first arrived into our room, it smelled like weed. I reported it to the front desk and they gave me some room fr - Like the fast we could leave our car there while on we went on a cruise
- lawahidh (3/5): Short of cleanliness and customer service - No breakfast no WiFi The not good customer service and the lack of cleanness
- Eric (4/5): -
- Glenda (5/5): Not the best property but room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet on our side of the motel. - Location was good, at least it was easy to get to the various destinations we wanted to go to. The clerk at the check-in desk was very nice and efficient. Check-in went smoothly, and she placed us in a location that was the nicest section of the motel. I'm not sure, but I think this must have been an extended-stay property. People were everywhere. It was hard to find a parking place. Many of the "residents" were somewhat questionable. Several were rude and unfriendly, even a bit aggressive. The assistant at the check-in desk was not dressed professionally. It was the first time we've stayed at a Motel 6/Studio 6 that we felt somewhat unsafe. We decided not to go out to eat in the evening, as we were uncomfortable coming back onto the property in the dark.
- Amy (1/5): - Terrible Room and bathroom were nasty!
- Reyes (4/5): - That the table was dirty and had a light bulb just sitting there with pieces of ceiling falling on the table. The cable box was hanging out over the TV.

- SUZANNE (10/5): Good for the value and location - Close to everything especially the Seawall... the manager was great and very accommodating as my flight from Las Vegas NV, got in early, was able to check in early which was great as it gave me time to pick up a few things for the beach. Has a full sized fridge which was great... however, it looks like the cleaners didn't bother to sweep or even wipe the small appliances, there was a lot of trash and dust beside tge fridge and on top of the microwave.
- Steven (1/5): Do Not enter!! - Nothing. Was not the room in the picture online. The roaches and beetles all over the room. The spiders in the restroom. The mold in the restroom. There was no kitchenette. This room was the most disgusting place I have ever seen.
- Joan (6/5): - Alright First room stunk to bad to stay in that room but had no problem changing rooms .in the bathroom the lighting could use some help. To dark to see in the mirror and only 2 tiny bars of soap. No shampoo or conditioner at all
- Dmichael (3/5): Would not recommend - Nothing really Walls r very thin and people walk around all the times of the night
- Williams (8/5): Ok. Great people. - Cool. Hiway No bicycle rack.
- Williams (8/5): -
- Arielle (3/5): -
- Angelica (10/5): -
- Joesey (5/5): - Close the fishing spots A lot of roaches on the bed
- Felicia (4/5): It was fine but the amenities are minimal - The staff was very nice No coffee maker no shampoo and conditioner no hair dryer and you could hear everything there was a gap in front door .
- tim (5/5): Decent for the cost nothing extra, bad location many undesirables hanging around buildings and parki - No breakfast, rooms dark and dank. Bathroom mirror hung for an extremely small person and again dark. Upon check in the lady acted like she didn't want to check us in. Exited parking lot 3 times almost hit in the front end of the car twice, entrance way coming off of the road to narrow.

- Sharon A (6/5): OK for a one night stay if you’re looking for an inexpensive hotel. - Quiet. Beds were very comfortable. OK for a budget hotel. Cleanliness of the floors was questionable. Location was difficult to find, Siri misled us.
- Holt (4/5): -
- Edward (10/5): -
- Dmitry (9/5): I had great sleep there! - The staff was very friendly and pleasant to communicate with. I liked the design and the colors of the bed cover and shower walls. I like the laminate floor - it felt much cleaner than a regular hotel carpet. I like the firmness of a mattress and a great feel of the sheets - I definitely had great sleep there! I appreciated all of that. I needed to remain in Galveston, and extended my stay at this property.
While I did not need it this time, I confirmed with the Manager on Duty that as long you stay a night at the property, they let you keep the vehicle parked if you are going on a cruise afterward. I would have appreciated couple of hooks in the bathroom (it is easy to fix, so please consider adding them).
The kitchen set was very basic with plastic cups and plates, and no knifes, no sponge to wash the dishes. I do not think it is designed to cook any, but very basic food, comparing to other well-known brands. Note that you will need $50 cash as a deposit to borrow the set. I do not know how many people have cash in their pocket nowadays, so be prepared, if you need.
I did not quite like that the rate jumped ~4 times of the rate I was paying for my week-day nights, otherwise I would have extended my stay again.

- Diane (1/5): Worst experience ever. Room had a known broken heater and office staff put us in there when it was in the 30’s outside. - Nothing Office staff. Did not care, did not help, took no responsibility.
- Dmitry (9/5): -
- Diana (10/5): Awesome place and personnel. - Everything. Beautiful hotel.
- Garrett (1/5): I stayed 2 nights & had to sleep with roaches. I deserve a refund for at least 1 night. - I didn't have breakfast. Nothing There were roaches in my room.
- Tracey (10/5): -
- Diana (10/5): - Everything. Excellent personnel.
- Kimberly (1/5): I did not stay there was too many roaches as I walked in the door - Nothing The roaches
- Shannon (6/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Able to leave the car for the whole time of cruise. There were huge gaps between the outside door and the door frame. Had to put towels in to keep the light out and to shut the door good.
- Devon (2/5): - Nothing in walking distance, so location was poor. No breakfast, no mirrors in room, pipes under the bathroom sink were cut short ,so they weren't connected. When I turn on the faucet , the floor got flooded. When I wiped up the floor with a large towel, the towel was black with dirt! They had a pricey vending machine and no water in it.
- Bishop (3/5): Not the best hotel I stayed at for sure. - I'm only thankful my room didn't have a bug. I can have a long list, to sum it up. Everything about the hotel was mediocre and there was no quality whatsoever. Customer service was not even great at all. It was not the best experience.
- Carissa (10/5): -
- Carissa (10/5): -

- Teri (10/5): - They checked on us everyday to see if we needed anything. The beds by the wall.
- Cynthia (6/5): - Missing mirror. Staff rude. Asked for coffee for second night. She said it is available in lobby at 6am. Wanted coffee for the coffeemaker in the room.

- Daniel (10/5): this was the best place for the price. loved it!!! - clean! friendly! safe! close to port. nothing
- Dallas (6/5): -
- Lovelady (9/5): - That we weren't that far from the beach and that if we went anywhere it was within driving distance from the hotel. Also my kids were so excited that I(their mom) had bought them to Galveston for 2days. That I wasn't able to do more with my kids then what I was able to do. But I plan to make other trip in the next 6 mths and with that trip, we will be able to do more.
- Porter (3/5): - We had a pace for our car by our room door. No coffee no breakfast room took forever to get ready.
- Alyssa (8/5): -
- Letitia (8/5): -
- Richard (8/5): - Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Older property that can use some TLC. The outside room (#118) door has gaps all around it. The bathroom door doesn't close, so no privacy for doing your business.
- O265VWdeannab (2/5): Not close to cruise port - Dirty and lots of prostitution and stated they were closer to Galveston cruise port than they really are.. would not recommend
