• Ishrat (6/5): Old facilities. Perhaps a great hotel once upon a time. - Good breakfast. Not for me as a solo traveler but seemed good facility for kids and families. Next to a theme park. Old facility perhaps built in the 80s. It took me quite some time to locate the room the way markings were. You cannot walk to the beach. AC did not work, only the heat. Most items in the breakfast were not kept warm and cold such as fried eggs. Some not fresh enough. No drinking water served in room.

PLEASE avoid, especially if you have kids with you. - Some of the staff there are really friendly and trying their best, this isn’t a staff issue it’s a management and Owners issue. They have no control on the property. Mass brawl in reception as we arrived The pool was out of action the entire time and was a thick brown sludge All of the à la carte restaurants were closed, so buffet only 3 times a day There is no security and no one keeping kids in check, so the kids are just running wild. They are in the sauna, spa area, everywhere with no controls They were hosting a teenagers football tournament in the area and had allowed many of the teams to stay on property at the same time as holiday goers, so was crazy and dangerous. Kids were throwing glasses of their balconies into the area were people and their kids were sitting. Place had a raw sewage smell the entire time

Отель действительно держит высокий уровень сервиса — как в первый приезд, так и сейчас всё организовано безупречно. Очень нравится атмосфера: комфорт, чистота, внимание к деталям и искреннее отношение персонала к гостям. Чувствуется, что здесь ценят каждого отдыхающего. Отдельно хочу выразить огромную благодарность администратору Мадине. Это настоящий профессионал своего дела — внимательная, отзывчивая, всегда готова помочь и решить любой вопрос быстро и с улыбкой. Благодаря таким сотрудникам хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Вечерние программы были очень интересными, разнообразными и отлично организованными. Каждый вечер проходил ярко и запоминался по-своему. Видно, что команда старается сделать отдых гостей насыщенным и комфортным.

Raport calitate/preț slab ! - Mâncarea este ok și aproape de mers pe jos până la Land of Legends Personalul de la recepție lasă de dorit , dacă nu ești turc ești tratat ca un nimic . Nu ți se explică absolut nimic , sunt foarte aroganți ( în special Arda, Vedat și colega de este pe tură cu ei ) . La barul pentru băuturi se strâmbă la propriu dacă ești altă naționalitate ! Merg în fiecare an în Turcia , dar aici nu m aș mai întoarce foarte slab hotelul ( de un 3 stele )

Выбор блюд в не - Классное расположение, рядом парк аттракционов land of legends. До Дюденских водопадов в Анталии полчаса езды, до торгового центра terra city 40 минут. Мы были в не сезон (новогодние праздники). Было холодно в коридорах. Не комфортно передвигаться между спа комплексом и крытым бассейном. В самом спа тоже достаточно свежо, но не критично. В спорт зале тепло. В лобби баре и ресторане на завтраках/обедах/ужинах тоже комфортно. В комнатах кондиционеры работают исправно, быстро обогревают. Пожелания только по общим зонам.

• gadjia2025 (2/5): Rude staff - Nurşah is a very cheerful person. The reception staff is nice, but one man was a complete disaster. I couldn't see his name because he tore off his name tag so we couldn't complain. Instead of accommodating our requests, he just smiled and walked away. Other than that, most of the service was adequate for us. My advice to the hotel management is to hire educated, young, and friendly staff.

Our children were happy all week long and the animation staff really made the effort with them, playing volleyball and keeping them entertained. A little more evening entertainment would be welcomed as for two nights there was nothing.

• zoes221 (4/5): Honest Review - UK - Our first impression of the hotel was relatively good but each day we stayed it declined. The room is very average, slightly on the smaller side with little storage but we made it work. The food is very repetitive but usually something to eat but is not based on a British audience, more European. There’s lots of choice but predominantly European delicacies which as a Brit means we have chicken nuggets and chips most nights. Dinner doesn’t open until 7pm which is very late for travellers with young children. If you arrive late, it’ll be difficult to find a clean table. The swimming pools are freezing cold!! My 4 year old would be in for 5 minutes and shivering for the next 30 minutes. Very disappointing as the water features are aimed at children. By day 4, all of our group are struck down with diarrhoea and vomiting and proved very difficult to get a bowl for our daughter who isn’t able to control her sickness. The staff speak very little English which means communicating is very hard on basic topics. We ended up with a dustpan and brush and hoover before finally getting a bucket at 4am. Having spoke to other guests, many others have the same sickness. The children’s park, soft play & entertainment is very good. A lot of effort goes in & the stage shows were brilliant. Overall, it was ok but the swimming pools need heating & the food improving. Would I return, probably not

Instead of solving problems, he just turns his back. Everything about the hotel is good, especially the entertainment staff, Mert, and the food. The cleaning and reception staff are terrible.

Great friendly entertainment team and lovely welcoming staff. The facilities are large and they have a great soft play for yhe little ones - we didnt see any photos of this when booking so pleasantly surprised.

• _E8140MH (10/5): Amazing! - The hotel is located within a walking distace to the Land of Legends which is is amazing and saved us a lot of money for transfer and food ( we came back to our hotel to have free lunch). The territory of our hotel is not big but cozy and nice.It's not crowded coz there are many different locations and there were always enough beach beds ,with special soft mattres on,which was really comfortable).But if you want some quiet time after 21.00 it might be a problem,since you'll hear some loud music from the evening shows for kids ( mini-disco ) and adults, which usually lasts till 22.00) As for the food,it was really delicios and varied (.but it also depends on your taste and preferences.) The staff and service were really great! Special thanks to Halil and Emre for being so helpful and professional!
• JohnandTrinaThanet (8/5): Great location very clean hotel - 4 of us stayed at the hotel for a week. Great location for a 5 minute walk to Land of Legends. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, very clean and tidy with always someone cleaning and tidying up. There is a free 5 minute bus ride every 20-30 minutes to a great beach which has its own food and drink area. The beach beds have cushions on the only beds that do as each hotel has its own section, the water is fine to get in and out and wasn’t too rough. There was a few creaks in the hotel such as, no dark rum only Bacardi which is odd, & the wife said the sparkling wine was bad. The food is ok but very much the same and was boring at the end, perhaps a theme nite or two or the odd curry would help and there is plenty of of it cooked all the time the restaurant is open. The evening entertainment is poor but some enjoyed themselves but you make your own mind up. The only really negative aspect was, hotel staff seem to be dotted around the hotel rooms and 03:00-03:30 they seem to finish their shifts and like to go back to rooms phone whoever and stand in the hallways chatting and smoking, to which I had at one point told 4 of them to f… off and shut up as it was like a landing party at 03:30. We were on the 5 th floor and had a great view out the front of the hotel and over the golf courses. Overall great hotel pools could have at least 1 heated as they were 🥶 cold, loads of beds and umbrellas but the hotel needs a few tweaks and put all staff in one wing of the hotel.

• jesseaton1500 (10/5): The most family friendly hotel around - My review of the innvista hotel Let me just start by saying this hotel is absolutely amazing. We arrived on the 17th of September for a two week stay and from the moment we arrived at reception we were greeted by a wonderful team of people. One of the members of staff brought up our luggage to the room for us which was really nice especially having two children. We arrived kind of late in evening so my partner asked about food and they let us bring up some food from the late night restaurant downstairs. Our room was lovely it had a lovely bathroom with a big shower. The beds are really comfortable. The room had a fridge in it with loads of water and Pepsi in it. Everyday the staff top up the fridge with new drinks. The cleaners are lovely they clean your room beautifully everyday and they always say hello to you. When you come back up to the room after a long day of being out coming back to a spotless room is amazing. The cleaners around the hotel are lovely too they always say hello to my children. When my children drop something on the floor they are quick to clean it up. In the hotel there is a lovely buffet restaurant There is a lovely buffet restaurant which serves breakfast from 7.00 until 11.00 lunch from 12.45 until 2.45 and dinner from 7.00 until 9.00 they also do a late snack from 11.00 until 12.00. The breakfast is lovely there is a good amount of options to suit everyone from cereal to waffles French toast and pancakes etc. the staff working in the restaurant are amazing they go above and beyond often helping me find a seat helping me with getting a drink getting me a high chair for my baby. Dylan was especially very kind and helpful. In terms of lunch it was mostly the same as dinner with loads of meat options salad options. Desert was amazing with many different cake options to choose from. Also if you get bored of the food in the buffet restaurant there is a Chinese restaurant an Italian and a fish restaurant you can book for 10 per person kids under five eat for free. We opted for the Chinese and Italian restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff were amazing. It was nice to try something different. The swimming pools are great they have loads of options to choose from which are suitable for all of the family. One of the swimming pools is shallow and has two little slides in it. Another pool has a mushroom that rains down water. There is a small water park which includes slides for the older children and a few slides for the adults. There is an indoor pool too. The animation team are absolutely fantastic they are amazing with the children and have loads of experience. There is a mini club that has loads of toys and stuff for the children to play with they also do activities with the children like making lemonade or painting a car. At night time there is also a little disco for the children. For €10.00 an hour parents can avail of a babysitting service with the animation team. This is a great option especially for people who don’t have much support. Irem was especially very good with my children so thank you so much for looking after our children for us. Also in the evenings time at 9.30 there was entertainment for adults and children it was different every night and it was really enjoyable. The guest relations team were also very lovely especially meva and her work bestie. They always stopped to talk to us and say hello to our children. They would also ask us how we were getting on. We felt very welcome in this hotel. There are a few bars located around the hotel. Two bars serves drinks outside and one the lobby bars serves inside and opens 24 hours. This is a fanatic option to have. Outside the relaxing pool they serve ice cream from 10 until 5.00. There is also a little place that freshly makes gozleme from 11 until 4. You can choose from chocolate or meat options. They are lovely snacks to have around the pool. There is also a pastry place in the hotel that serves drinks and lovely cakes and biscuits. It’s nice to have the option to get something sweet during the day. The photographer is very professional he took lovely photos of our family which will be something to keep forever. He was very friendly and kind and he didn’t get annoyed at us when we changed our mind about what photos we were going to keep. There are loads of different price options you can choose from so it suits everyone’s budget. Near the buffet restaurant there is a shop run by a lovely man he also runs a shop downstairs which has swimming costumes toys for the children. Swimming nappies and shoes etc. next to it is a shop with bracelets bags and shoes. And next to that is the hairdressers where they can braid your hair cut your hair and do your nails too. Opposite the shop is a spa we didn’t do it this time but it had loads of different options to choose from. Outside of the hotel there are a few shops which sell all different items that you can bring home with you and just five ten minutes down the road there is the land of legends which is a fantastic theme park suitable for the whole family and the land of legends shopping centre which is filled with loads of shops. They also do a fountain show too. Even when we left the hotel if we met someone who worked in the hotel they would still stop and say hello to us. Also 30 minutes from the hotel is the old town that was walking but in a taxi it’s only about 10 minutes. My family and I just want to say a massive thank you to all of the staff at the innvista hotel for making our stay so wonderful. This is the best holiday we have ever been too. Gym keeper my dearest Nursah will always welcome us and offer us morning and afternoon class provided by the hotel! Food is always available here so its dangerous not to work out in daily basis 😂 Good place to visit for business and long stay 💗

• rachelwT6560WA (2/5): No Rooms on arrival - No rooms available!! On arrival with 9 members of my family, we were told they have no rooms for us! We booked through On The Beach. We were then forced out of hotel and put into rooms above shops, that was literally like a half way house. Absolutely disgusting, no food, no water, dirty rooms with dirty shoes and socks, food wrappers everywhere, and Urine stains on bedding! We felt very unsafe with single Turkish men wondering about, we were so distressed we didn't sleep, wash or brush our teeth! We returned back to our hotel the next day with a promise of seeing a rep,, well this never happened, there is No Rep! We were fed constant lies!! We got our rooms finally in the afternoon. No Apologies, No upgrades, Nothing. We all then got severe Sickness and Diarrhoea and had a day and a half in our rooms. The hotel and on the beach are both to blame with this disgusting treatment. We are not getting anywhere with any sort of compensation! 🤬

Еда в ресторанах и в снэк барах очень вкусная и разнообразная. Каждый день делали качественную уборку меняли полотенца и пополняли минибар. Особенно понравились занятия йоги отдельная благодарность Nurşah hanım за отличные занятия. Думаем вернуться в будущий год еще. Не понравилось отношение персонала. Многие злые или усталые мы конкретно не поняли. Я понимаю работа но иной раз боялись подойти к барам и попросить сделать кофе. И это наблюдалось На протяжении 6 дней т н всего отдыха.

• 676lloydg (4/5): Honest review - This is not a 5 star hotel. The grounds are pretty good, the pools are freezing, the food is extremely repetitive as in the same food every day. No speciality nights ect. My partner is celiac and was served a bowl of plain spaghetti with 5 plane burgers one evening 😂. The rooms feel a bit dated but definitely in need of some repairs. The staff are friendly enough. The worst part is that 3 out of 4 of our party have been really sick. Throwing up and diarrhea. Not definitely due to the hotel but we haven't been off site also our neighbors balcony had bedding on it one morning so obviously they have had issues too. The entertainment is basically non existent and what there has been is shocking. I did the shooting one day (air rifle) and it was over after 2 shots 😂. I would definitely not stay in this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. I've stayed in Turkey 6 times now and this falls along way short of other hotels for the same money. Also on arrival we were placed in the wrong room. We were supposed to have a 2 room apartment as we are 2 adults and 2 children but we got one room with 3 beds they said sorry and bought another bed up and we were moved the next morning into our room.
• B5326FMdanielb (2/5): Awful Experience - Terrible experience with this hotel, we had booked 6 months in advance and were looking forward to this holiday, by day 3 we were looking forward to going home. We arrived at the hotel at 4am to be told that they did not have a room for us. Instead, they would transport us to a different hotel. No real explanation was provided. In very broken English we were assured that this would only be until 10am. At 10 am we should expect to come back to a “very lovely room” reluctantly we took a ride in a hotel car 25 minutes to a second hotel, they should have provided crash helmets as the driver obviously thought he was on a rally stage. Staff at the second hotel provided us with a room but also had little to no information about the reason for the change. We were informed to come back to the reception at 10am, by now it is getting on for 5am. We do so and there is still no confirmation that we will go to innvista, only the vague idea that we may be staying at the second hotel for 2 DAYS. We were advised by this hotel to contact our agent as he had no information. The agent was polite and professional but also could not get any information from Innvista, and told us not to expect anyone to clarify the situation until the following day. Without any clear direction we could not fully unpack and lived out of our suitcases for the duration of our stay here. This stay did turn out to be 2 nights and half of the third day. On the third day we were transported by bus,( because it turned out we were not the only people in this situation ) to the Innvista we booked and paid for. Upon arrival we were processed entirely normally, no explanation. No apology. No offer of any good will gesture, we were given a room overlooking the rear of the hotel and kids pool, very noisy, directly opposite the cleaners store room also very noisy in the morning. The hotel itself wasn’t awful, definitely in need of a refresh in places, the pool area and pool bar quite pleasant. The food was little better than average however, sweets looked good but tasted of nothing, very much same same each day. Few flies and the occasional cat in the dining areas. Really these things would have just been accepted if we had not spent literally half our holiday in a hotel we did not research, book or pay for. Innvista could not have seemed to care less about our situation. Speaking with hotel customer service it was discovered that the hotel had been overbooked somewhat maliciously by staff members who had since been dismissed. Their solution? Have a meal in the a la carte restaurant.. hang on, don’t we get one free anyway? Oh, and a free massage, which never materialised. Overall, truly disappointed with the whole experience. One single staff member was pleasant and seemed to genuinely care, Ali Alvarez, restaurant worker who was friendly and pleasant throughout, a small ray of sunshine in a pretty bleak experience. Otherwise a complete lack of care displayed by the hotel on every level, we met 4 or 5 other groups of English holidaymakers in the same situation to varying degrees. My first time in Turkey and most likely will be my last. Simply no concern for a ruined holiday, ruined by their hand. Consider other options.

• Natmac31 (8/5): Enjoyable Time - We stayed here family of 4 on 28th September for a week. Overall we did have a lovely stay. Reception staff are not the friendliest and most of them quite grumpy but apart from that section the other staff was friendly enough. Animation staff are lovely. Rooms are clean and spacious for a family with our kids being aged 7 and 10. We only drank cocktails as our alcohol and they were lovely best I’ve had in a while with an all inclusive stay. Splash park was fab for kids and the pools are really clean which is a big plus. Entertainment was good really enjoyed the two nights that live music was on. We booked this hotel as it was so close to land of legends ten minutes walk we did two day sessions here around 160 quid per day for 4 of us and also walked around the shopping mall in the evening which is a must see beautifully lit up and a free show to watch. My major issue with this hotel and reason for never returning is the amount of flies in the restaurant never seen anything like it before and I’ve stayed in many hotels. The food choice was good and plenty choice for each individual but however for me I would not touch anything that was not covered there is so much food not covered and the flies are everywhere however I did notice that as the week went on there wasent as many but still not good enough and really was let down for me when it came to this hotel. Serious issue that needs addressed I did not bother to mention this to reception staff as I felt they are too grumpy to approach women actually seemed more grumpier than the men!
• pamelakerry4 (6/5): The good and the bad - This is a mixed review based on our experiences The bad - when we first arrived around 3pm after checking us in taking passport details , we were told to go to snack bar to get some food we said we just wanted to get in our room and change clothes etc but they said room wasn't ready which we found a bit strange for time of arrival , but we went for food returned then ushered to seating area where we were told there were no rooms and were overbooked and we were being shipped off to another hotel , we were a party of 12 with 4 young children just travelled 4 1/2 hours on plane , been up since 2:30am and just wanted to relax and change , the children wanted to play in pool etc as was very warm and sunny . There was no real explanation as to what had gone on and staff were quite rude and hostile ,constantly changing the narrative . we asked for them to phone easy jet who we booked holiday with and they refused to help so one of our party at a cost of 40 pounds had to phone easy jet U.K. based services to clarify what was happening , after a couple of hours of hanging around , and easy jet not really helping and not assisting us , leaving us feeling vulnerable as we were now getting rep’s from other holiday companies involved creating a hostile environment and being quite intimidating towards us , we finally got moved to another hotel Adebay spa hotel at 6pm , we were told by one of the guest relations people who liased the move that we could stay there , but on arrival at the reception was told was only for 3 nights and return to Invista on the 6th . This hotel was lovely , staff very polite , rooms nice overall ambiance great , although I didn’t like the food there tbh , then on the 2nd night we were then told to be ready at 11am following day to be moved back to the invista , we queried this with the adebay reception who clarified we were booked in till 6th , but the invista told us we had to be ready at 11am to return back on the 5th , reluctantly we packed up and waited at reception to be picked up but had to wait half an hour and calls made to find out where they were . On return to hotel some rooms weren’t ready and had to wait again in reception for availability eventually we were allocated our rooms about 30/40mins later , another wasted day The good- rooms were nice and clean , hotel was lovely , food was lot better than first hotel , although I’m a cat owner , didn’t really like cats wandering around the dinner tables , but the hotel does look after them which is nice to see . The staff(, bar , cleaning and restaurant ) were very polite and friendly especially Ali in the restaurant who the children really liked and he made a fuss of them every time seen them , he’s a real asset to your hotel and seemed a hit with other holidaymakers too The pool area is fab lots for children to enjoy and we were given complimentary use of cabana which was useful especially when children wanted to nap or wanted shade from sun Also given free massages from the spa which was lovely and appreciated and the staff were so nice there . On the whole the hotel is a really nice hotel , ideally located for land of legends ( which is fab) and has frequent shuttle bus for beach ( which I personally wasnt a fan of )It offers a lot it’s just a shame it was marred by the events of when we first arrived , being shunted to another hotel and then back , dealing with rude unfriendly reception staff who could take a leaf out of your other staff in customer services and being friendly and not abrupt I wouldn’t return to Belek as I thought apart from land of the legends there wasnt a lot to see in that area and would like to try another area of Turkey , but the hotel is a lovely hotel and as long as they dont overbook you , sure you will enjoy your stay there .

Wir mussten für eine Nacht (geplant warem vom Hotel 3 Nächte) in ein anderes Hotel-angeblich wegen Überbuchung?! Für uns war das nicht akzeptabel. Nach einer Nacht sind wir zurück ins Innvista gekehrt und haben uns darüber beschwert. Auf einmal gab es genügend Platz. Das Hotel wirkte absolut nicht überfüllt. Für Kinder gibt es tolle Spiel-und Bademöglichkeiten.

Got to hotel after a long day travelling with two kids to be told there was no space for us, Evan though we had a booking, and got moved to a different hotel for 3 days. On return to innvista, the hotel was amazing, especially for the children. The kids pool/splash area/kids club kept my kids entertained the whole time. Staff were great also!

• Edita (5/5): Big groups of man left me not wanting to go back or recommend to anyone with the kids - Rooms had everything we needed Food, mainly meat mixed with vegetables or rice in some sort of sauce, we were staying for 10 days and only once I could give roasted chicken tight that wasn’t dipped in any sauce, on the 8th day of our stay we discovered the grill area that is not sign posted in any way. From Friday to Sunday groups of man stayed at the hotel. there should be no such option for big groups of man, they were by the kids pool all days and I didn’t feel safe to let my daughter go to the bathroom by the pool on her own. All activities to start with the pool activities and finish with kids disco, every single day the same music the same jokes, if you went once you seen it all..

• Urooj (10/5): - We had a really good experience at Innvista Belek Hotel — definitely great value for money. The aqua park is amazing and kept the kids happily engaged all day long. There’s also a lovely soft play area for little ones, though it would be even better if the timings were extended. The staff were outstanding — very friendly and always ready to help. The all-inclusive deal is excellent, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, plus access to the beach and even the beach bar. It made the whole stay feel hassle-free and enjoyable. Check-in was smooth, the facilities are top-class, and it was a pleasant surprise to find that even baby milk was available free of charge. Another big plus is the location — the hotel is super close to The Land of Legends, just walking distance away, which was incredibly convenient for family outings. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families. With so many activities for kids, a stress-free all-inclusive package, and such a prime location, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

• Livia (7/5): The hotel is ok, but there is space for some improvement. - The staff was kind, the bed was comfortable. There are plenty of type of foods during breakfast/lunch/dinner. There was a shuttle bus in every 30min to the beach which took some minutes to get there. There is a small bar at the beach where you can get drinks/food/ice-cream, fruits during the day. They provide beach towel which can be changed daily. We arrived before check-in time due to our early flight. The staff at the reception offered a room with 2 single beds which was available (instead of 1 double bed + 1 single bed). We were ok with the 2 single beds. But the receptionist forgot to mention that this means that probably we get a smaller room and basically no balcony (we could hang out some bathing suits, but there was no space to neither step outside...). The room smelled smoke when we entered (however they confirmed that all the rooms are non-smoking). The room faced to the pool and stage from where the whole day extremely loud music could be heard, so it was impossible to have the window open. The cleaning was okayish, nothing extra. The beach is far by walking, we always needed to take the shuttle - except once when the shuttle bus left some mins earlier that its schedule. In the restaurant there were a lot of flies, flying from one food to the other, it was very disgusting and unhygienic. The weird thing was that outside there were not many flies, so something wrong should have been happening in the restaurant itself..

• 591vitalijk (4/5): “Once Great, Now a 3-Star at Best” - I am very disappointed with my current stay at this hotel. We have already been here for 3 days, and with 4 more days left, it has already become tiring and unpleasant. The property is in very poor condition and clearly in need of major renovation. In my premium class room, the bathroom faucet was broken — it was almost impossible to open or close, and overall everything felt damaged and neglected. The dinner is also extremely disappointing: the food is monotonous, poorly prepared, and far from the quality one would expect from a hotel that once had a great reputation. It is truly sad to see how what used to be a luxurious hotel has now turned into something closer to a 3-star experience. I cannot recommend staying here until serious improvements are made.
• K9021HPkaties (6/5): Not a 5 star!! - This is definitely not a 5 star hotel! Food is very average, same selection each day, always cold, flys all over food! Staff are very rude with heads stuck in their phones on reception. Daughter cut her finger in the slide/pool area, staff were not concerned at all, told me I had to pay for a doctor who then tried to tell me her finger was broken and needed the hospital, it’s not broken at all!! We will not be returning back to turkey after this experience!!!
