Ist die Schuld vom Booking wurde mir gesagt. -Frühstück war nix besonderes, das was sich Kaffee genannt hat war ne Katastrophe, braune Brühe, in der Thermoskanne -Hatte mich sehr auf das Bayerische Essen im Restaurant gefreut, das aber leider dauerhaft geschlossen ist

- Helga (7/5): Alles in allem ein guter und entspannter Aufenthalt - Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Zum P&R Parkplatz ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist hell, freundlich und sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. Das Personal wirkte leicht überfordert und unmotiviert. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nicht so kreativ und lecker. Ich hätte mir z. B. einen frischen Obstsalat und mehr Joghurt gewünscht.

- Magdalena (8/5): grundsätzlich eine Empfehlung, freundliche Zimmer, bescheidenes Frühstück, empfehlenswert - die Einzelzimmer sind mit viel Holz gemütlich ausgestattet, es ist alles an Austattung vorhanden, auch Hotel-Schlappen, etc. die Bäder sind großzügig ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber nicht besonders. Die Umgebung ist sicher und freundlich, gleich in der Nähe ist ein schöner Teich, der sich im Sommer wohl auch zum Baden eignet. Die Schnellbahn und U-Bahn sind in der Nähe und man ist schnell in der Stadt. die Einzelzimmer haben extrem unterschiedliche Größen und erst nach eine Beschwerde bekamen wir annähernd gleichwertige Zimmer. (zuerst war ein Einzelzimmer so klein, dass zwischen Bad-Schiebetür und Bett gerade mal 50cm Abstand war), dh es empfiehlt sich, gleich auf einem "großen" Einzelzimmer zu bestehen. Die Zimmer sind durch Dachschrägen etwas dunkel, in einem Zimmer fehlte im Bad das 2. Licht, so dass Schminken kaum möglich ist. Das Nachtkästchenlicht hatte keinen Schalter (der dürfte ganz grundsätzlich fehlen), und obwohl noch eine Stehlampe vorhanden war, fehlt in dieser eine Birne. An sich wäre die Beleuchtung, (sofern vollständig) sehr gemütlich. Im Bad tropfte die Dusche hörbar...

Made up of topper type mattress protectors. You can’t have the windows open if your wanting air during the night due to be close to the road.. for ever opt for car park side and 1/2/3 no rooms… the rooms are stuffy no air con. And we stayed in October. Restaurant was closed all the time we were there” but they didn’t alter their booking.com advert sadly to say it was closed. We got there and tried to check in at 2pm. Automated machine wouldn’t work. Got to the desk and after pressing the bell several times a lady came to the desk.. Got keys that was it. Car park is big and plenty of spaces however if you don’t want to pay there are spaces o bc the road but always taken. The window in the bathroom isnt smoked so opposite house will see you. It’s sad as we were looking forward to the break and the beds really do need changing. Checked out and there wasn’t any one on the desk either

Im Bad die Dusche unten verkalkt und die Toilettenbrille könnte auch einmal ausgewechselt werden. Das Frühstück war recht einfach und lieblos zusammengestellt: Wurst nur aus der Verpackung, Kaffee nur aus der Thermokanne, Kein Vollautomat, Kein Capuccino.

Sapevo che la colazione non era inclusa, però la mattina ho chiesto al receptionist se potessi farla pagando la quota aggiuntiva ovviamente. La sua risposta è stata un NO secco accompagnata dalla giustificazione "siamo un hotel piccolo, lo dobbiamo sapere il giorno prima". Un hotel a 4 stelle non può rispondere così. Inoltre avevo portato con me il cane, e nel sito c era scritto che forse c'era il supplemento da pagare. Sulla fattura scrive Cane grande 20€, e mi chiedo cosa avrebbe cambiato da cane piccolo (che poi il mio cane è una taglia media). Poca chiarezza.

Toilettendeckel kaputt. Laminat vor der Toilette kaputt, Verletzungsgefahr. Der Lüfter im Bad dreckig. Im allgemeinen das ganze Hotel sehr trostlos und abgewohnt. Keine 4 Sterne wert. Aber die Belegschaft gibt ihr bestes um es am Leben zu halten. Werden aber trotzdem nicht nochmal hier übernachten.

- Oliver (10/5): Tolles ruhiges Hotel mit modernen Zimmern und guter Infrastruktur in der Umgebung - Der Empfang war herzlich. Die Zimmer modern rustikal sauber einfach top!! S- Bahn in der Nähe. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze vorm Haus. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!! Es gab für und nichts zu bemängeln!

- Robert (4/5): Einfach aber überzogen Teuer! - Zimmer war modern aber einfach! Beim einchecken 1,5h vor Check-In 25€ bei einem Übernachtungspreis von 210€ total überzogen! Sehr spärliches Frühstück nicht mal Frisches Obst keinen Speck andauernd waren Sachen leer oder wurden nicht aufgefüllt!

- Cornelia (4/5): Leider hat das Hotel nicht das gehalten was auf der Webseite versprochen wurde - Die Auswahl von Brötchen und Wurst war sehr übersichtlich und für 4 Sterne haben wir mehr erwartet. Beim Empfang wurde ein Toilettensitz gemeldet der gewackelt hat, wurde nicht nachgezogen. Am zweiten Tag wurde kein Zimmerservice gemacht und als dies beim Abreisen gemeldet wurde, wurde vom Personal nur mit den Schultern gezuckt. Die Betten sind für große Leute nicht geeignet, da sie wahrscheinlich nur 160 cm breit sind, da war ein ruhiger Schlaf unmöglich.

- Hans-Jürgen (4/5): wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht mehr besuchen - Moderne neu renovierte Zimmer mit hellem Holz. modernes Bad, Bus und U-Bahn gut zu Fuß erreichbar Preisgestaltung auf Booking; wir hatten angewählt Bezahlung vor Ort, Dann kam Online-Checkin bis zum Button "sofort bezahlen", deshalb erst Checkin vor Ort, auch nach unserem Eintreffen und Checkin kam auch Stunden später noch die Meldung wir sollten den Online-Checkin fertig machen, Fenster-Fliegengitter außen defekt und auch nach Reklamation keine Reaktion von der Rezeption, Lichtschalter im Bad defekt, 13€ Parkplatz pro Nacht ist übertrieben, separat Frühstück 12€ und zusätzlich 4€ Getränke pro Person nicht gerechtfertigt, QR-code auf Schlüsselkarten zu Infos zum Hotel sehr veraltet; auf Speisekarte sind günstige Gerichte entfallen und andere mit 4-5€ teurer geworden, Nicht sicheres WLAN (alle 24h muss Haken zur Akzeptanz gesetzt werden; krasse, negative Veränderungen zu den früheren Betreibern
