- Doretta E (9/5): This is my go-to place to stay when I visit Eugene. The money I save on lodging helps pay for dining out. - Terrific location for going to places both in Eugene and Springfield. There are a lot of homeless people who stay there and in the nearby area. As a result, there can be litter, general loitering, and (?) druggies. The property’s management does its best to maintain a clean, positive, pleasant atmosphere. It is all very well lighted at night.
- Gilstrap (6/5): It was ok but it could have been better. - The location was good. I liked the two beds. The tv remotes not working. I didn’t like that there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner or body wash. Also no microwave.
- Sykes (2/5): - Room rate was good and room was clean. TV in room did not work. Heater stayed on and wouldn't turn off. Disappointed they didn't offer me another option or room.
- Padilla (2/5): Nightmare - I would have put 0 stars but The wonderful woman that checked us in was so sweet and accommodating just went above and beyond for us. As for the lady after her horrible attitude condescending and just terrible. There was nothing to like about this place it was very very dirty it says no smoking but the rooms smell severely of smoke and mold the phone didn't work was not even connected and the air conditioner did not work as well there were stains on the sheets and the floors were so filthy if it wasn't for the fact that everything was booked we would have left first night did not stay till the end of my reservation left the following day.

And why the f****** worried about the location when there's so many so much wrong with the motel, it wasn't a very pleasurable stay. I had no cable. There was worth it too expensive and there was no comfortable care to sit in And the bed didn't all that great , and it's supposed to be a romantic wage hell and jail sells more romantic Now this is a question you should asking I didn't like the fact there was no cable I didn't like the fact there wasn't a comfortable chair to sit in, I didn't like the fact the beds were so hard I didn't like the pack the smoking area was so far, I didn't like the pack that was right across the street from the state police, and I didn't like the fact that there was a g****** Marshal sitting in the parking lot, not that I do anything illegal. But it didn't make me feel real safe about what was going on there

- Marlon (8/5): Overall I'm satisfied - The location is great. However the room felt small, and my 1st night there was a horrible sewage like smell in the bathroom. Walls are thin and the adjoining doors don't help either. I didn't have any of the breakfasts however all they have is coffee at Motel 6 also the coffee runs out quick.

- John (10/5): Upgraded rooms look good hotel service failed. - The front desk person was very welcoming and easy to deal with considering I just had a long day on the road and wanted into my room soon as possible. I appreciate him for waiving the $20 check in early fee in exchange for a 5 star review. To the motel desk clerk in springfield (chris ) I appreciate you letting me into my pre reserved room 20 minutes early without charging me extra $20 bucks..here's your review big guy.. The mattress cover had blood stains on it , really gross stains, the mattress cover would only still have them stains for 2 reasons, either the maid didn't care and covered up with new blankets or blankets aren't changed with fresh sheets cuz you wouldn't be able to miss these nasty stains that actually looked fresh..there was random people knocking on my door in the early a.m. wrong room ..one lady was dragging her blankets with her when she stopped to knock on my door..and for a 2 night stay the maid didn't come into my room at all leaving me with used towels I had to make do with..

- Alishia (5/5): It was ok, but probably won't stay there again. - The price I didnt like not having a coffee pot or microwave, there was no shampoo or conditioner, the phone was broken, had to ask for second remote. And the room smelled.
- Colette (2/5): Don’t do it …. Go somewhere else - That is was close To RiverBend hospital 1. The homeless person motorhome parked in the parking lot. 2. All the homeless people walking around 3. Another room had a dog that barked all night and the people in the room above me … awake (tweakers….stood outside and smoked cigarettes all night making noise right outside of my room. 4. The office girl that I dealt with at night was outside smoking and hanging out with the homeless. Every time I went in the office she would “I’ll be right with you” while either outside smoking with her friends, talking in her phone or behind the front wall. Horrible customer service

- Xena (8/5): We'd definitely stay again-the price and location are just what we were looking for. - Front desk staff was very friendly, ample parking near our room. Our room was clean and easy to get to. Nice size fridge. Microwave was handy (it did have a broken handle, but listen, we're at Motel 6...I am just happy to have a clean bed). It's bare bones as far as supplies and such, but we were literally there to sleep in between sports competitions. It worked just right for us for the price. Less cigarette and mj smoking near the building. I know there is a covered spot in the parking lot for it, and that is great, but people were cold and not wanting to go across the parking lot to partake. However, I don't think that is on the hotel to manage-no one wants to be babysat. Just wish those that do want to smoke-could do the right thing.

- Jan (1/5): No door lock or working TV. Shame on your staff! - The door would not lock & knowledgeable staff did not provide a safer option of repairing door lock or changing rooms. Staff also knew the TV didn’t work. Family member couldn’t leave room because door couldn’t be secured behind them. A refund to me would appropriate.

- Fisk (1/5): Maid staff are ILLEGAL ALIENS AND STOLE ITEMS FROM MY ROOM! - The facility was fine. quiet and clean. But the Illegal Alien staff are THIEVES Staff stole a $200 wool blanket. I stayed 3 nights in this motel. The first night was an un anticipated ad on to a 2 night reservation. Upon check-in, the clerk said they would merge the reservations, and I would have the same room for the extent of my stay. I often stay in hotels, so I carry my own wool blanket because motel blankets are too thin. When I left the first morning, I took my suitcase, but left some toiletries, my phone charger, and my blanket on the bed. When I returned that evening it was all gone. Initially, the office staff stated the maid found the property in my room. They were told to put it in safe keeping. I waited 2 days for them to recover it. Then they swore there wasn't anything. Acted as though I lied about having it. They told me to contact corporate if I wasn't satisfied. I told them it was their responsibility to follow up with corporate and I expected them to do it. Its been over a month. They confessed their maid staff didn't speak English.

- Staisha (3/5): One night in a smoky helhole - Near to town and restaurants,19 minutes from airport No bathtub, shower that poured over the bathroom "Pergo" type flooring, no clock, no coffee pot, no fridge, no microwave. One washcloth, one towel, one bathmat, 2 hand soaps, no shampoo, etc. 2 overly fluffy pillows, one thin blanket, a door with a gap to outside, dogs barking, alarms ringing, the Motorhome exuding garbage and making it hard to pull out. Horrible smell of cigarettes . So cold and loud, hard to sleep

I had to have cleaning crew clean. They did good job just had to stand in freezing cold weather. Also the office area had a bad smell.
