- tekle (7/5): - The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the city center, which made getting around Florence very convenient. There is also a very good pizzeria nearby, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself has a charming old-style Italian feel with an interesting and authentic look, and the classic Italian balcony added extra character to the stay and made the experience feel more local and unique. The room was quite cold, which made the stay uncomfortable. When we turned on the air conditioner and the hair dryer at the same time, the electricity in the room went out, which caused a lot of inconvenience. At that moment, there was no one at the reception, so we couldn’t get immediate help. It took about one hour for them to see our message and resolve the issue. Once the problem was fixed, everything worked fine, but the lack of prompt assistance and the electricity issue significantly affected our experience.

La location non è in centro città, ma la stazione di Santa Maria Novella è raggiungibile in circa 20 minuti a piedi; per chi ama camminare è una passeggiata gradevole. A meno di cinque minuti di distanza vi è un'ottima trattoria per gustare piatti tipici fiorentini, leggermente cara ma apprezzabile. La camera affacciava sulla strada dove passano in continuazione macchine e autobus, quindi un po' rumorosa. Non si possono tenere aperte le finestre. Il bagno, nonostante il calorifero scaldaserviette, era comunque freddo per fare la doccia. A noi non è servito, ma il televisore non ha i canali installati. Si consiglia di farlo, qualora dovesse essere utile ad altri ospiti.

Deux petits défauts : 1°) isolation sonore perfectible, aussi bien vis-à-vis de l'extérieur (rue très bruyante) que vis-à-vis des autres chambres et des parties communes, heureusement j'avais mes bouchons d'oreille ; 2°) La réception n'est ouverte que de 9h à 20h et je n'ai pas réussi à les contacter par téléphone pour obtenir un renseignement à 20h10.

- Silvia (8/5): - La struttura è carina ed in posizione strategica per girare a piedi per Firenze. La stanza era carina e pulita, il bagno piccolo ma funzionale, i letti supercomodi. Abbiamo parcheggiato esattamente di fronte all'ingresso sulle strisce blu ma i parcheggi bianchi erano liberi (sono destinati ai residenti ma secondo me può parcheggiare chiunque, se la segnaletica è quella internazionale). Forse le mura sono sottili ma abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere vicini educati Unica pecca: i piumoni sopra le lenzuola non perfettamente puliti. Avrei utilizzato quelli ricopribili. Però il problema in estate ovviamente non si pone e comunque le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano intonsi.
