Maria (3/5): Comoda la posizione ma la camera è in generale la zona notte di livello molto basso e sporca e maleodorante. - La posizione comoda Scarsissima igiene nella stanza, odori tremendi in particolare nel corridoio della zona notte che erano anche molto sporchi. Superficialità dell’incaricata dell’hotel addetta all prenotazione dei ristoranti e dei transfer. Disinteressata a capire bene il servizio richiesto. Si rivolgeva a noi in turco. Quando siamo arrivati al ristorante la prenotazione del ristorante infatti non risultava mai fatta ma solo riservato il transfer. . Inoltre il conducente mandato dell’hotel non è riuscito a portarci alla meta e ci ha dovute trasferire su due taxi a causa dell’inadeguatezza del mezzo per il percorso.

ghita (7/5): - Excellent emplacement, accueil très chaleureux du réceptionniste et belles attentions dans la chambre pour notre anniversaire de mariage, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Petit déjeuner correct. Pour le prix payé, la chambre était vraiment petite avec une odeur d’humidité/moisi. La demi-pension a été une grosse déception : peu de choix au dîner, crevettes panées encore glacées à l’intérieur, desserts peu variés et pas très frais. Le personnel du restaurant avait aussi du mal à comprendre l’anglais. Globalement, l’expérience ne nous a pas semblé à la hauteur du tarif.

The location is absolutely amazing — in my opinion, one of the best locations in all of Istanbul for visiting historical attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and very good quality. The hotel facilities were also great, and the staff were extremely kind and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Maryam who warmly welcomed guests at breakfast every morning, and also to Mr. Nima and Mr. Masoud for their excellent service and kindness. A big appreciation as well to the breakfast supervisor who managed everything actively and responsibly. Also, many thanks to Ms. Reyhaneh at the reception for her polite and respectful behavior. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again. Hope to see all of you again.
Lorenzo (4/5): Lo único decepcionante de Estambul. - No, realmente es difícil decir qué nos gustó. Creímos que habíamos reservado un hotel de 5 estrellas. Cosa que Booking nos había garantizado. Sin embargo, era más un hotel de 3 estrellas con precio de 5. La suciedad es lo más común de todo, el desayuno es muy malo y no arreglan las habitaciones. Está en el centro de la ciudad pero en un lugar que no es agradable quedarse. Es todo menos cómodo. Sé que muchas veces cuando alguien lee los comentarios, piensa: está exagerando. Sin embargo, en este caso es algo muy real.

Laura (4/5): The hotel does not offer good value for money. The photos and marketing create expectations of a high-quality 5-star exp - For a 3 star hotel would be ok 1. The room provided upon arrival was not as seen on photos. The photos are completely misleading. Still after a change, did not get what was expected - small window, dark room, the view to the wall of another hotel. While the chose the hotel for bright spacious room, wide windows and daylight. 2. Not properly maintained and not kept clean all over. I saw 4 different rooms during my stay, and unfortunately all of them had the same issue: the bathrooms felt poorly maintained. The faucets were covered in limescale, there was mold and buildup around the shower door seals, and the shower system itself felt extremely cheap, with water spraying unevenly from the shower head. There was also a persistent smell of fried food in the corridors. Overall, the hotel gives a feeling of poor cleanliness throughout the property. The “garden” area looks beautiful in the photos, but in reality it did not feel clean or pleasant. The tables were dirty, and the enclosed seating areas had a strong smell of cat urine. Around the pool, many of the tiles were visibly dirty as well. In pictures, the hotel appears stylish and inviting, but in reality it was difficult to fully enjoy staying there because of the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The gym technically has most of the equipment you might need, but for a 5-star hotel you expect better upkeep. The handles on some of the weights were rusty, the Smith machine was so old that it jammed while moving, and there were not enough weight plates available. The whole experience felt like a hotel relying heavily on well-taken photos, while the real-life maintenance standard falls far below expectations.

Overall, staff were extremely friendly (especially with my 2 month old son) from room service to the concierge to the spa staff. Room we picked in the end was spacious and clean. Would love to go here again! Nothing I could remember that I didn't like. Maybe the amount of stairs?

Tecla (8/5): Siamo stati benissimo, meraviglioso malgrado il brutto tempo. - Lo staff è veramente gentilissimo. Siamo stati trattati benissimo. Noi abbiamo avuto contatti con Eren e Aynura. Sono delle persone gentillissime e molto professionali. Il due ristoranti sono fantastici. Da migliorare ci sono alcune cose come: 1. La nostra camera era un po datata e quindi il mobilio ed altre cose rovinate. A me personalmente non disturba, ma credo non sia consono per un 5-Stelle. 2. L'organizzazione della pulizia delle camera è decisamente da migliorare 3. In alcuni casi la troppa disponibilità è eccessiva, e quindi risulta più disturbante. Allo SpA c'erano troppe persone che ci dicevono bevi, fai la doccia, esci vai di qui vai di la. Era tutto calcolato al minuto ed era più stressante che rilassante.

El trato del personal de recepción fue nefasto ( no te hacian ni caso y te hablaban mal) muy maleducados...me dieron una habitación que NO era la que yo habia reservado y me dicen, " que lo sienten, pero que las tienen llenas y me han dado otra porque la mia no podia ser" .... y encima, el hotel no cumple ni por asomo las expectativas de un hotel de 5 estrellas... es de dos ( porque tiene piscina y spa) y les doy demasiadas. Esta viejo, no tiene un mantenimiento adecuado, no me hicieron la habitación el primer día y tuve que reclamarlo, no nos pusieron nada durante toda nuestra estancia en el minibar, y lo habia pedido previamente por whasapp antes de llegar a Estambul, rellenando sus cuestionarios y preguntas, asi que no pude tomar nada en la habitación y pagarlo a nuestra salida, tampoco teníamos albornoces para los dos, solo uno y éramos un matrimonio, el desayuno es un caos, teniendo que pedir cada mañana la mesa libre al encargado porque aquello parece un mercado, todo lleno de gente y "al por mayor", sin exclusividad... las mermeladas a granell, etc...un horror! no volvería, ni aunque me lo regalaran. No lo recomiendo... hay mejores! mucho mejores.... hacen ofertas porque es la única manera de llenarlo...pero eso es "engañar"
