There was plenty of parking. Less than a mile from The Hollywood Casino and Racetrack. Less than a mile from the freeway. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and gas stations nearby. The room smelled of mildew which I am allergic to.

The lady at the front desk had a smidgen of attitude I tried to lighten it up but didn't really work. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I understand the policy on changing the beds, but we did not receive clean towels and the trash was not emptied. ( My wife did call on the second night and towels were sent to our room,) The breakfast was OK but not up to HI standards. The pancakes came out of the machine and they were hard to slice with the plastic knives. The use to be famous Holiday Inn cinnamon rolls were luke warm at best.

• Todd (6/5): Pleasant - The room was nice and the breakfast was very goo. I was extremely disappointed that there was no Gideons Bible in the nightstand drawer. I was advised that this hotel took them out during COVID some five years ago and decided not to put them back in afterwards. It is sad that management has made such a decision. For over a century, travelers have trusted hotels to allow the Gideons to place new free Bibles in their rooms. When hotel chains opt to no longer provide this service to their customers, it leaves me with no choice but in the future to support one of the many chains who continue this important service. I am not alone in my thoughts on this. I hope that this Holiday Inn and others will reconsider their position. Thank you.

We arrived to check-in quite late in the day, and were pleasantly surprised to find the pool/hot tub was open til 11:00pm :) the breakfast was not the greatest, as most of the options were cleared when we ate at 8am, and the quality wasn’t that great. But hey, it’s free. Overall pleased with our visit!

• Cindy (6/5): H - Well the staff was mostly very friendly. Although our hair dryer did nit work and they had no replacement for us. Also our toilet seat was extremely loose. I asked a janitor for help he said he would shortly however never showed up. I asked at front desk later i was told noone could fix it because maintenance was gone till Monday. So i asked for a screwdriver and fixed it myself. This should never happened at a hotel like this.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was average though the man taking care of everything was prompt and maintained the areas cleanliness.
