- Don (8/5): It was my teen son and me so it was fine for what we needed it to be. - Hotel felt safe. Plenty of parking and places to eat close by. Ice machine worked and breakfast free. Breakfast was just meh. Coffee machines take a long time to "create" a cup of coffee. I have no idea what WiFi we were supposed to use but in the hotel's defense I don't ask. The hotel room served its purpose so no real complaints.

- Steven (8/5): Not as nice as Drury Inn, and not as good a value either - Beautiful lobby; Nice neighborhood that felt very safe; Very comfortable beds. Breakfast seemed cheap and not exactly a lot of choices. Room decor seemed dated. Not exactly the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. Location was a long way off the freeway.

You gotta fix the little things before they get bigger. The office chair in our room needs to be replaced. Fabric is ripped. There is a cap missing on the plastic bolt that attaches the toilet seat. Doesn’t look very nice.

Beautiful lobby, great staff, very clean, comfortable and well maintained rooms. Very comfortable beds and a nice breakfast. We hadn't stayed in a Holiday inn in many, many years nor had we even considered it because if it's old reputation. Holiday Inn has successfully transformed itself from its old reputation of having a bit run down or low brow properties to incredibly beautiful and well-appointed and well-run hotels and suites. They have done so much to boost the quality of their properties and their reputation. They are every bit as good and even exceed the quality of competing hotel chains from Hilton and Marriott. We will definitely return as well as visit other Holiday inn and suites properties. Sorry we didn't know about what they had been doing over the years to improve their brand. We would have stayed in their properties sooner. They have done a great job.

Air conditioner didn't work. Nice pool but only open from 10am - 10pm. Odd hours if you would like a morning swim. Toilet needs new flush system.

We are ok with charging us for this security deposit, that’s normal for any hotel, but you have to inform us about that first.

Juice and coffee machines worked properly and made delicious drinks. I rarely tip the breakfast maker, but I did this time. Room was clean and everything in the bathroom worked including the sink drain. Soap bottles (Dove) in the shower were sparkling clean and full, and the dispensers worked great. Nice place to stay!

- STEPHEN (8/5): - Not a good hotel for traveling families. Bad evening check and Bad morning check out. We checked in between 11pm and 12am. Essentially no evening check-in service. A very kind, polite and well intentioned nighttime auditor is put in the uncomfortable position of not having been trained for anything other than a handoff of room keys. In other words, not prepared for 3rd party(Expedia) check in process. Also, given the timing of our arrival, we asked for a later check out and were instructed to check in with Front Desk in the morning. We were then refused late check out in morning because all of those requests were “full”. Turns out you had to call promptly at 7am … but that defeats the purpose of getting to sleep in a bit after a late check in. We didn’t need a lot, maybe an extra hour. The morning desk clerk had difficulty in kindly delivering the news of no late check out for our travel weary family. The owner of this site has made business decisions (no trained evening desk staff) that puts travelers and staff in compromised situations. Summary: travelers are better off avoiding this hotel at the same or greater cost compared to others and there’s no telling what other corners are being cut.
