The staff, like Ankita, the guest relations associate, were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone. However, they need to improve the food and beverage service in Cafe Joy because the first impression is the last impression. But the front office and bellboys are very good people.

Best part liked about the hotel is the security they are very much welcoming with a smile on the face .Keep it up Check in was smooth and GRM was welcoming chandrani if i am not wrong . I had used the bar there promotion was going on so i enjoyed that value for money . The best thing in my stay was breakfast which Chef Priyo ,chef Mahan and Saurav was super helpful i getting food for my kids .Considering all dieatary restrictions .Kudos to the team .Breakfast spead is good no one should miss it . The rooms are top-notch and one of the better features of the hotel according to me was the hospitality of the staff. Jyoti was very helpful throughout our stay right from the warm greeting during our check-in. Kudos to her and the rest of the staff.

Antushree (1/5): The oven burst. There was a fire spark inside the room, while i was in the room. No compensation made - The property is good. But staffs not good. The management is not good. During my 5 days stay. An oven burst in the room, fire sparks were there, the room lights went off and there was a burning smell. This was a fire safety incident i reported. I did not get any compensation. I need to report this incident. I have photos.

Rohan (7/5): Decent hotel. Can do better. - Good location. Right next to axis mall. Good quality linen and bath fittings. Good breakfast spread. Rooms were not noise isolated. I could hear outside conversations in the room. Breakfast was mostly good, but it seems their egg chef had zero interest or respect for the craft. I would regularly get cracked over done eggs when all I asked for was sunny side up. During my 1 week stay there were 2 political party events and this large influx of party workers & security personnel for political leaders dampened the stay experience somewhat.

The pool needs proper cleaning f - The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property is fairly old and poorly maintained. The curtains and towels were dirty, the pool area dusty and unclean, and the lobby and some elevators were full of mosquitoes, making it difficult to spend time there. Mosquitoes were even a nuisance during breakfast. During the checking in at the reception, we were bitten multiple times within minutes, and one insect bite required medical attention at a hospital.
