• Leonard (8/5): A beautiful facility. - The room was very nice. It was clean and quite spacious. The bathroom had enough counter space for our toiletries. It was a relaxing place to sieep. The breakfast room was crowded. I'm not sure what kind of food they had because there were bunches of kids piled up against the counter. The coffee was bad.

• Susan (10/5): We would definitely stay here again. - We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Spacious room had lots of surfaces for things and a double wide upholstered bench type area to place our open suitcases, which is always a problem in hotel rooms. The bathroom had a huge vanity counter to accommodate both of our toiletry bags and belongings. The mattress had a very nice topper which made the bed comfortable, and the sheets. were extremely soft. There were also two sets of towels per person in the bathroom for one night. Also, even though the hotel is close to the highway, we heard no noise. We would definitely stay here again. The ONLY thing we didn’t like was the breakfast, which was pretty bad, but standard fare in these chain hotels.

Juice tasted watered down. Found a cleaning cloth on the counter in the bathroom that was dirty and had hair on it from previous guest.

The room was nicely laid out with more sitting area than one usually gets. It was a convenient stop for us on our way from L.A. to Portland. The AC was a bit noisy, so we turned it off to sleep. At this time of year, it wasn't a problem. During the summer months, it could have been unpleasant.

The room was nice and looked maintained to a good standard The front of house staff were not as welcoming when we first checked in. It is the only hotel in Redding (within our budget) that I have found with heated indoor swimming pool and our son loves it! We did not like the way the cleaning team harass you to leave your room in your last day, they knocked on the door 5 times before the check out time, we understand if they harass you after your check out time, but before, we find it unacceptable. It doesn't allow you to enjoy the time in your last day that you have paid for.

• TIFFANY (10/5): - We only stayed for a night so my experience is limited. However the staff were great and helpful. Check in was easy and getting extra sheets for the pull out couch was simple. The lay out for our room was perfect for us. We have a teen the partician wall was enough privacy for our stay. The indoor pool area was a little small and got busy as we happened to be traveling on spring break. But we felt ok with the cleanliness and the water temp for both pool and jacuzzi was just right. Breakfast the next morning was fine. The dinning room is comfortable not cramped. Options were refilled often, that staff was hustling. The food itself seemed to be mostly reheat and serve type things but for an included meal worked fine for us. There wasn't much. I would say the room we stayed in is coming up for a deep clean. Things like carpet and tile cleaning. The couch itself could use a steam clean but the matress was in good shape. (To be clear normal day to day cleanliness was good.)
• Haley (7/5): - Great price. Allows pets. Staff were nice. Unfortunately, the rooms were not very clean. My small dog found several fruit snacks and other leftover food from previous stays, which was disappointing. I also wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with an alert dog — there was a noticeable crack around the main room door that made hallway noise very loud. My dog was on high alert all night because of it.

• Linda143 (9/5): Great place to stay in Redding - This hotel is in a great location! It is about 10 minutes from downtown Redding and about an hour from Mt. Shasta. The room was big with plenty of space. The bed was nice and comfortable. There was a refrigerator and a microwave. The breakfast was very good and included waffles, potatoes, bacon, eggs, as well as an assortment of breads, cereals, yogurts, juices, and coffee. My husband enjoyed the on site gym. Parking was free and convenient. We would definitely stay here again! There was nothing that we didn't like.

• Justin (1/5): Dirty room with rude staff - When we arrived our bathroom wasn’t clean. There was pee on the toilet seat and poop smears. The check in person was very rude about it. The room wasn’t vacuumed. There were drink bottles on the floor from the previous occupants and red sauce stains on the carpet. I also tried to get an extra blanket and once again the front desk person - same person, a lady named Nicolette - wasn’t helpful and was rude.

The staff is usually so nice The front desk lady , Lisa was horribly rude. Closed the pool an hour early due to “disrespectful kids” but our kids weren’t being disrespectful as there were about 20 parents around the pool as well and the kids weren’t being disrespectful they were playing and throwing a football in the pool.

And Saturday night staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional to our group in the pool and out on patio. She handled the situation horribly and we will not be staying there again. Nor will any of the other families that were there for the basketball tournament. Sunday morning front staff was also very rude.

• Charlotte (9/5): Easy access from I-5. Comfortable stay. - Easy access to I-5 on our way to Anaheim, CA. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good compared to other hotels with the same rating. Very pet friendly. Nothing really. It was just an overnight stary, so cannot say much about it.
