• Ronald (1/5): Locked out because computers weren't working, couldn't check in - Nothing The computers were off line in the office and the night clerk locked the door and would only speak thru the windows it was only 8pm. He told us ,3 people needing to check in that it would be at least 30 minutes to get the computers back up so I left and checked in another motel down the road . I deserve a refund.!

• Donna (2/5): Won't recommend - Rooms were musty and moldy smelling and smell of weed was strong coming from other rooms. No coffee pots , no refrigerator, one chair at table, blankets were cheap and pillows uncomfortable. Pool was foggy looking and chairs are dry rotted. The worst Motel 6 ever.

• Michael (7/5): Great value, just a basic room in a good location. - The location is great. Not fully in Houston but still with lots of services around.The room is a basic room. There is desk space and the air condition works. The room can be dark. I'd like a refrigerator. The surrounding area is extremely noisy. The particular room I had this last time had thin walls. I could clearly hear the television next door. The most irritating thing I've encountered is that the room key is reprogrammed in the early morning and if you leave to pack the car you cannot get back into your room. You have to visit the office to get your entry card reprogrammed.

• Michael (8/5): Excellent value in a good location. - The location was good for my purposes. The staff is excellent. The room was clean, the locks worked, some rooms have a refrigerator, and some of the television remotes work. There is a lot of shopping and restaurants near the motel. You are right on I45 so you can go anywhere! The cost through booking.com is excellent, one of the best deals around if you just need a room. I would always like a refrigerator but all rooms don't have one. Not a deal breaker for me. The television remotes sometimes work. Minor complaints. Overall, I like this place.

Nice hot water at a good pressure. The location was very good for me. The television didn't work but that's probably for the best. I'd like a refrigerator but I knew there wasn't one. The only odd thing is that people sit in their cars reading their phones. I never felt there was a danger but it was odd.

• Michelle (1/5): Worst 4 nights ever! Wish we had taken photos - Close to everything Everything . When booking for 4 long days I reserved a room that had a fridge and microwave but was stuck n a room with neither. We were told too late everything else was reserved so we couldn’t move rooms. There were holes in the walls and we smelled nothing but weed the whole time! We encountered lots of people who live there one of which had a dog unleashed that came after my dog and tried to bite me after she contained it. Then she proceeded to beat it and scold it! We were extremely happy when it was time to leave. A refund would’ve been absolutely wonderful after everything we went through! Never ever again will we stay here or recommend this place!
