Im a single woman and felt very insecure and vulnerable being 100 ft away - The clerk was extremely nice and as accommodating as he could be when when i requested another room that would be closer to a stairwell and a parking place near the assigned room when I informed him i was afraid for my safety. I was was only passing through on my way home to Alabama and needed to rest. It was 12:30 at night and my reservation was non refundable so I was unable to leave and find another, safer location. No fault of the property owner. As a single woman traveling alone I didn’t feel safe at all. Not even when i was in my room. There is an adult entertainment facility in the parking lot, and being off the feeder of the interstate and multiple truck stops at the next intersection there was a multitude of 18 wheeler trucks lining the feeder rd directly in front of the motel. I was afraid to stay in the room having been stared at by more than one truckers leaving and entering the adult emporium from their rigs as i was unloading my belongings from the car to my room. I didnt even get all i needed because i was afraid to go back to my car. You extremely misrepresented the location . I can’t even relax enough to lay down! I will be getting back on the road as as im through with this review. Dont even feel safe enough to take pictures which is something you should be responsible for in your advertising.

(Wrinkled and stains) I was told there was no clean sheets to replace them, so was given another room. The mattress was very old and felt the springs all night.

- Tiffani (8/5): Great Stay! - It was quaint, pet friendly, kids stay free, pets stay free, and great price. The pool was cemented in, the remote had problems even after replaced, and there was only two bars of soap as far as bathroom supplies go, aside from the towels and toilet paper.

The housekeepers make sure your straight every single morning and that’s what you call a1 service at a hotel. I loved every single moment of staying here thank yall

- Ashley (2/5): Bugs don’t pay to stay—so why were they in my room - I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. Within minutes of settling in, I noticed bugs—and not just one. We’re talking multiple creepy crawlers that had clearly been making themselves at home. I immediately contacted the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue. I ended up sleeping with the lights on and left as early as I could. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, especially in a hotel. Until they get pest control involved and take cleanliness seriously, I won’t be returning—and I don’t recommend you stay here either.

- Precious (2/5): I left it better than I got it! - I had been staying at Motel 6 Port Allen since April. In this time stayed in 3 different rooms the last room being the worst of them all! The tub was cracked, bathroom ceiling was moldy and the television had a green line down the center. I paid daily at a rate ranging from $54-70 per day. Most days I was late paying but, of course I did pay. The housekeepers did the best they could with what they had to work with towels and sheets less than acceptable so, I washed them myself but, was told by management I had to accept service. Most of the people in the office were very polite and understanding of the situation. However; the General Manager had a rude disposition so, I left. The room had started to smell of mold very strongly and as I have a young child I could no longer deal with the situation. I cleaned the room and left it cleaner than when I checked into it. I understand it’s a business and they have a policy however; I paid as previously stated daily worked delivery service every morning to pay. I’m supposed to be understanding about the condition the room was in….

I informed the front desk of all of these issues and they couldn't care less. I would never stay there again.

We had to wear shower shoes in the shower. we didn't even wont to see our Ass on that nasty toilet. The shower had a hole wear the diverted valve come our the wall. The bath tub/ shower had cigarettes burns all over it. The walls are filty along with the door. There was fries under the ac, where they barely cleaned. The curtain over the AC was coming down and I have pictures that I will post. This hotel isn't even suitable for the homeless. we actually got a room at motel 6 up the street and came back monday to check out. rating 1/10..

Nobody knows where it went, housekeepers are allowed in your room without your permission. UNACCEPTABLE ❗️the lies & all. When I pay for my room I’m a little late. To be told to make sure it’s paid on time when I have to go make the money the same morning is crazy when they get paid either way. It was ok the first couple days. Everyone was so nice. Seems like if you stay longer they get irritated with you.

The little thin holy, stained up dirty stinking sheet blanket and the bottom sheet and top sheet were all dirty stain and nasty. I had to hand wash my pillowcases because their facilities were. They did not have any extra linens. No air conditioner filter very dirty wouldn't work correctly. The floor was extremely nasty and dirty. Toilet dirty no toilet paper The bed was uncomfortable and the state was very horrible and my TV was cracked and broken remote did not work no hot water.
