- Noel (1/5): - Nnone Roaches everywhere
- Lorinda (1/5): Cockroaches, sketchy area, alot of activity. - it is a very run down place. We drove 5 hours and when we got there we sat in the car for a good 45 minutes debating even attempting to stay there. Alot of activity. We finally got out of the car and loaded our arms up so we only had to make 1 trip up the stairs, that had a chunk missing to say the least. We got up to the room, opened the door and massive amounts of cock roaches were all over the floor, on the table, the dresser, we literally turned around and ran out of there and went and drove 45 minutes away from where we needed to be for a cleaner non buggier room.

- May (1/5): I checked in and went up to my room. I had to go back down to get help with the door key, and once inside the room, I co - This property is absolutely disgusting. I don't know why you offer it on your Booking.com site… You absolutely need to remove it. I am trying to get a credit because I literally did not even stay there! Property is old, rundown, filthy, full of roaches, air conditioner did not work, thermostat on the wall was rusted and filthy and out of order. The bedspread was torn and tattered. All of the furniture was old and peeling. There were roaches crawling on the wall and the floor and hanging out by the TV.
- Sherri (5/5): - The location was convenient Traveled with newborn, first night bed was broken and so uncomfortable, no trash cans and toilet was very dirty and had not been flushed. Was moved to different room, bed was more comfortable, it got to cold at night because no heat in room, asked several times for towels and never got them. A lot of dogs on property that were peeing on steps and doors. No housekeeping at all. It was not a pleasant experience and it isn't somewhere I'd stay again. Very overpriced for what you get.

- Regina (10/5): - The staff was very helpful
- Jared (1/5): we were supposed to stay 2 nights and didn't last 10 minutes - absolutely nothing. as soon as i checked in and looked at the room i was given it was no where close to clean. fluids on the walls and furniture. the a/c is boarded into the windows and the thermostat was smashed and broken. while i was looking at my hotel room there were people trying to break in and steal my truck and trailer that also proceeded to follow me out of the parking lot and onto the highway until i came to the bridge to KY. super un clean, to the point its a health hazard. very dangerous for out of towners because of people staling your property

- Sarah (1/5): Absolutely disgusting - The entire experience was awful I had a reservation, was told (during the weekend of a sold out city for a festival) my reservation didn't exist upon arrival. Front desk clerk was AWFUL. He put us in a "spare" room. The place smells like pee, body odor, feet, meth, and regret. One of our windows was made of 2x4's. The "maintenance" man asked to get his ladder out of the bathroom and I said "my daughter is in there" and he asked TO WAIT INSIDE OUR ROOM. It has roaches, one crawled on my daughter, the bathroom ceiling was collapsing. I watched a drug deal go down in the parking lot. I was supposed to have 2 beds for 5 people....there was one bed. We had to leave. Hotel nor booking.com will not refund so I am disputing with my bank. Run away!!!!!!
- Jason (1/5): I would take them off your site - all bad and bugs everywhere roaches crawling all over the floor and beds
- Tyron (1/5): Just a plain nightmare - Well for one thing I was told I couldn't not stay there right after I had already paid and the owner said I couldn't be refunded and I just calmly asked why when I have never in my life been to this mans crappy shitty roach Infested rooms so guess what I took several roaches home with me to have to call out a exterminator to bomb my whole house, so if there was ever a worser place then this place, lets just say I would not book a room there for my dog to stay Nothing at all just a overall bad experience and I just wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through what I went through
- kimball (1/5): Worst hotel on the planet - Nothing absolutely nothing They put me in a single bed room for a family of four, there was roaches and the room was disgusting.
- Scott (10/5): - The comfortable bed Bugs
- Scott (10/5): - The staff
- Joshua (1/5): roaches - nothing roaches
- Markus (1/5): - The room was nasty and the door was open when I got to the room and it was no heats in the room at all and the door lock was broke

- Jeremy L Oliver (1/5): - Nothing Nothing it was nasty
- Scooter (1/5): Do not stay here - It was horrible… my room had so many roachs.. unbelievable.. no heaters at all in room.. I had to rent there space heaters
- Litsey (10/5): -
- Wade (6/5): You get what you pay for - The staff is willing to work with you, even if they don't like you. Roaches
- Mike (1/5): - Their were cockaroaches everywere
- Marquis (10/5): -
- Rutledge (1/5): -
- Trisha (1/5): Need a refund: Health Department might shutdown - Ansolutely nothing. This property is a health hazard and looks and smells like it should be condemned from the extremely hazardous and unhealthy conditions. I killed 6 bugs in my room in 5 minutes time: thats almost one bug per minute! TherE WAS NO WAY i could sleep in that room on that bed at 60 bugs per hour speed!
The first room woulsnt even let us in- door jammed shut next to broken windows.
Stairs are an ADA walking violation of loaded potential law suits and hurt people- the stair heights are not the same posing a fall risk.
The ice machine doesnt work so you get an unwashed hand to bag up some ice for you unsealed.
And dont DARE visit this place when its cold outside because they are open to admit they havent had heat on for a while while they offer u a hazardous fire risk via portable space heaters with your $5 security deposit.
No response from booking.com nor the manager per my reasonable requested refund.
Would you stay amd sleep in this place or pay for this type of hazardous health risk once in a lifetime is too many experience?
Then why should I have to?
Please return some or all of my money. I mormally dont complain but booking.com would be a better company if they would STOP representing such a filthy run down risky place.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Worst place I have ever stayed in my life.
- Steven (2/5): - Very nasty and dirty. Roaches were everywhere. I saw them on the wall, floor, and even crawling on the bed. The safety lock on my door was broken. The window unit AC was installed haphazardly and there was a big gap where anyone could look in. It looked as if people of questionable character were living there also. People were sitting outside rooms in the parking lot smoking and watching everything. I was actually worried about leaving my car unattended. I am an animal lover but some had loud dogs and I saw a cat in another window. I didn't stay. I immediately checked out. The guy at the front desk was very rude and would not give me a refund. I found a deal online and booked a room at the Motel 6 next door. I was more than happy with my stay at the Motel 6. It was a thousand times better than the Red Carpet Inn. I contacted Hotels.com to get a refund. They were very helpful and got me an immediate refund. I also suggested that they remove this business from their website. I use Hotels.com often and I know this is not a place that they would want to or should promote whatsoever.
- Asia (8/5): A Weekend to Remember - Before I tell you my experience, just remember you get what you pay for…Upon arrival, I was not impressed with the motel. There were sketchy characters around but none that made me feel unsafe. My reservation was double-booked so I had to settle for a different room. The receptionist was very polite and accommodating. My room was comfortable and had an AMAZING shower! The only downside was the roach infestation and the condom I found in my room…Overall, my stay was pretty good. I would recommended to those who are on a tight budget.
SIDE NOTE: the motel says they serve breakfast but I was not told there was breakfast available. If you go, make sure you check if that amenity is available because I was a little disappointed with not being able to eat breakfast during my stay.
- Pamela (3/5): -
- Douglas (8/5): - The staff
- Todd (6/5): -
- Ronald (2/5): - Roach infested. Dirty room. Cigarette burns in the bed a sheets. Windows busted and covered with wood/cardboard/duct tape.
Nasty now I have bugs in my bag.
- Forrest (2/5): - Expedia overbooked and I didn't get a room after driving nearly 400 miles to attend a music festival. I didn/t have enough money to book a second hotel room somewhere else.
- Nicholas (2/5): Horrible service - I did not actually get to stay. I paid and reserved this room 2 weeks in advance for a business trip. I arrive to check in and the gentleman greets me by saying “what do you want?” I told him I was here to check in and he tells me he doesn’t have a room. After I explained I have already reserved a room he said “lot of people reserved rooms but we gave them away.” The lobby had a bad musty smell like cat urine and dirty laundry. Overall bad experience with this hotel.
- Michael (2/5): - Either expedia or the hotel over booked. I showed up to check in and was told there are no rooms available and was turned away
- Ariell (1/5): Roaches everywhere you step don’t out your suitcase inside or they’ll be traveling home with you. - Nothing about this location was pleasant The rooms had roaches all over walls and floors I switched rooms and the same things. The huh at front desk told me to ask the roaches to leave and not him when I complained and asked for a refund.
- Aerial (2/5): - Dirty, roaches, unpleasant staff door key not working
- Ephrem (1/5): -
- Christina (4/5): - Roach infested and run down
- Ballard (10/5): -
- Francis (10/5): - Look just like pictures online great stay
- Jaferia (2/5): - Bedbugs , roaches , unclean , cold water , rude
- gregory (6/5): - Staff is great bugs were outrageous. Wish they could fix the bugs and place wouldn't be bad. Smh
- Vanessa (10/5): - Convenient n cheap
- Ellen (2/5): - Wasn't actually able to stay in the room because there were too many bugs. No one was there to check us in when we arrived. I recommend staying somewhere else.
- Joseph (2/5): - Bedbugs, mid people. The reviews are true don’t ignore them.
- james (2/5): - N/a
- brittany (2/5): - The lady that worked at the desk was really nice and welcoming (Brittany) and the cleaning people were very nice and cleaned up the room for us brought us a shower curtain and disinfectant
- James (6/5): -
- leslie (1/5): - Nothing deposit There’s were roaches everywhere literally and a dead mouse and the front desk made it like it was nothing serious
- Anderson (1/5): Horrible place to stay! - Nothing The place was full of cockroaches and smelled horrible. I refused to stay and immediately returned my key and left the premises. Do not recommend unless roaches are your thing. Worst place I've ever been in my life
- Douglas (1/5): I walked in the door and immediately turned around and checked out, I didn’t care that I didn’t get a refund! - Nothing It was very dirty. I think I even saw bedbugs. It just needs to be tore down and nothing built on top of it. One less hotel is OK.
- Megan (8/5): Very good -
- April (2/5): - Crappiest hotel I've ever seen. I had roaches crawling out of my suitcase after 1 night. I couldn't even stay the second night I had already paid for. No security on the windows due to the air conditioning unit. And it wasn't even sealed. It stunk so bad i had to burn candles and febreeze it every half hour. Totally disgusted.
- April (5/5): Passable - Beds and showers were nice
The guy working this morning who I gave my key cards to was very nice. I didn't really care for the man working yesterday morning.
- Alicia (2/5): - If i could give 0 stars i would. No tv, no internet, no free breakfast as advertised, drugs, homeless, and crime all over property. Charged me for my PSD animal (psychiatric service dog) wh8ch is protected under ADA. Floors where rough shape, only 2 towles in room dark parking lot not safe at all. Normally im ok with lower end hotels as im just there to rest but this one i didnt even feel remotely secure or safe in. Tried to upload pictures but app wont let me for some reason.
- Alvin (8/5): Very good -
- Ronald (10/5): A very good place to stay in a centralized location with reasonable room prices. - The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The staff both morning and night was very helpful. In plan to stay there again when my wife and I go see a play at the Derby Dinner Playhouse. There was nothing negative about the stay.
- Bailey (2/5): - BED BUGS! Staff tried to tell me I didn’t even know what bed bugs looked like and refused to switch my room.
- Shane (1/5): Bad -
- Jon Douglas (2/5): WORST EVER! - Disgusting conditions. bugs everywhere. Mice in room & bed. Filthy. TV & internet did not work until extra efforts were required by several employees. This was the WORST experience I have ever had in a motel.
- Kevin (1/5): It was a lot of roaches - Are you at roaches? Nothing
- Madison (2/5): - It was dirty and not worth the money!
- Alex (2/5): - Nothing, Door locks was broke, roaches was everywhere a couldn't sleep. Dirty bathroom and cleaners and raid didn't help. very dark and unsafe outside. Drug use and homeless everywhere.
- Marcial (1/5): Room.was full.of.roaches - Roaches in the room I stayed in No roaches
- Venia (2/5): Bad hotel - This hotel is the worst hotel and it’s not safe. The hotel provides space heaters to heat your room. There is gabs in the door that lets in air . The windows have shower curtain rods for curtain rods. The furniture has missing parts and the edges are sharp. I fell going up concrete stairs cause elevator is broke. Tv doesn’t work. Only 1 towel in room. Wires hanging off walls bed is sunken mattress. Don’t stay Here!! It shouldn’t even be considered a hotel. The Desk clerk even stated it should be torn due wn!! Bad hotel -10
- Candice (10/5): - Great
- John (2/5): - I arrived late at night in the rain. I asked for a 1st floor unit and was told they are reserved for people with disabilities. I got a third floor unit and the elevator does not work. The stairs were unsafe with the broken concrete and with some stairs partially repaired with wood slabs. The room had been smoked in. The window a/c was installed with plywood covering the remaining hole-not secure, anyone could break into the room. Dog feces was on the walk ways. The ice machine was out and the front desk has frozen blocks of ice to give out. The bath sink has old cuts from a sharp object. There was some type of old fan control on the wall that was damaged and said "caution high voltage". The door lock had duct tape on it. I have photos of everything and i want a refund.
- Shakyla (7/5): Good -
- Shakyla (7/5): Good -
- Tiwana (2/5): - I did not like anything about this. I would not recommend this to my dog. It’s filthy is dirty no heat in there. There was roaches inside the hotel.
- Matthew (2/5): RUDE! - We booked a room 3 months prior to showing up. When we arrived the RUDE guy at the desk didn't even say Hi or anything but looked at us and said we needed to "hit the road because he didn't have anything available". He then proceeded to curse at us, even calling me a b****. I would have appreciated if our booking would have been honored. There wasn't even but 10 cars in the parking lot. On retrospect, I am glad we didn't stay here because it was a DUMP! The floors were nasty, counter didn't look like it had been cleaned in months, and the parking lot was full of trash. The management definitely needs to get a handle on the guy who works the desk in the evenings!
- Ron (1/5): Will never book with booking agent again - Gross dirty we left the minute we checked in I can’t believe Booking even list this place
- Christopher (1/5): Bad -
- JERRY (8/5): - It seemed as it had been redone but still needed more improvement.1 thing was the matress was worn out and dipped badly in the middle.
- John (2/5): - Property was dirty, sheets were stained, no soap, no towels or anything in the bathroom, there were some weird bugs crawling on one wall and mini fridge. The door looked like it had been kicked in numerous times. Even with it locked it still had a gap to it. I would not recommend staying here to anyone
- Charlotte (10/5): Pleasant stay - Staff are very accommodating!
- Jon (8/5): - No hot water 4 2 weeks, and no water for 1week
