• Larry (1/5): Bad! Bad! Bad! - The aircon worked Tv didnt work...three times to front desk because no phone number...holes in wall...ceiling flaking off on you...staff lied a lot. Had to fix running comode myself. Made me put up a cash deposit for damage but did give it back. No way to get in touch with front desk except go down there. National number said call booking.com...would not give me number for this motel nor take a complaint. Would never stay here again.
• Michael (3/5): Glad I only book 1 night. - Cheap, but NOT a value for your money. Security deposit had to be in CASH, but they couldn't make change for my $100. The AC barely worked, poor attempt at renovation.
• Baby (1/5): Never Again I had to leave n go get another room elsewhere cuz I couldn't endure the smell. - Leaving Everything the TV in room didn't work the mirror was cracked they had a detached table the tub was filthy n the room smelled.

• Kimberly (1/5): - Nothing absolutely nothing No, AC they said they were coming to fix it. No one came to fix it. Cable was out, the beds were terrible. It was disgusting bedding. couldn't take a shower tub was stained, didn't have access to the Wi-Fi. When we brought our complaints to the front desk on checkout, they told us not my problem. I should have been off the clock at 7 this morning. And they told us to go next door to the other motel and get ice from them. Because their ice machine was down. The following morning, I was walking my dog and somebody had gone over to the hotel. Next. Door to get food because there was nothing in that hotel.

• Williams (4/5): - I liked the price and it was available. They had a sign for an elevator but it pointed to the stairs. The TV was unplugged no cords for it and I'm not a tech. And the bathroom wasn't cleaned before we got the room

• Sean (2/5): Charged for the stained towels that were provided to us stained - Service was nearly unavailable. Once on the property to check in . Service was unorganized in pajamas and we were made to feel as if we were bothering them. Then 2 times of going to the office for information I would leave after waiting for long waits and no one would ever come to the desk. When checking in we were informed there would be no TV, no microwave, no elevator and the pool was not in service. We were on the third floor. Once in the room, the floors had quarter size spots throughout the walk space from the door all the way to the bathroom of stains that appeared to be dried blood . The towels were unacceptable and stained and I was very glad to have brought my own towels. the shower was filthy with dirt and stains all over the bath and walls. Then back to those stained towels........ The first thing I complained about when I first arrived in the room . When checking out and receiving back our deposit. I was informed we were going to be charged for 2 of the towels. 🤨 I said to her. " all the towels were there in the room". She then informed the charge would be for one towel that was stained yellow with something. The towel was in the room as a fresh towel stained with this yellow stain she was talking about. The second towel she was charging me for was stained with a red substance. This was from a drink I spilled that was a light pink drink but either way. Yes I cleaned up this spill with the towel. So Now let me just add here I have never been charged for a towel from any hotel stay I've ever had in my life and I have spent months in hotel stays throughout the years for work and not to mention all the stays from vacations and travel. Never have I been charged a fee for a dirty stained towel that I cleaned a spill with. However I was ready to go and did not argue the fact she was charging me for either towel nor for their dirty stained yellow towel. I paid the fee from my deposit and let's just say the lesson was learned.

• Kudamuhandiramlage Harith Kolitha (2/5): - Not a good place for this price. The front office asks money from cash and no card available. We didnt have AC in the room and we made a complain, the results was "if you dony have ac, we cant do anything about it. It may come or not, you have to stay here". We were so embarrassed and there was no support. They don't even have kettle or microwave. It was the worst night ever. Next day we went to day inn, $1 difference between two places and they were really nice and good.

• Shahera (2/5): Worst Hotel Ever - My stay was not that good. When I arrived I was told that a cash deposit was required at the time of service. Everything was handwritten. I asked for a non-smoking room and when I went to the room, it was cigarette butts and ashes on the floor. There was no toilet paper. The towels were dingy the TV had no cable service two days later I asked for cleaning service and was told by the customer service that she can give me a broom and a dustpan to clean myself. There was no blanket on the bed. There were roaches crawling around. I realize that the workers lived in the hotel as well as the hotel being pretty much a place for homeless people.

• Hailey (1/5): save your money don’t go to this place. - nothing there was black mold all over the ceiling in the shower with a leak also in the shower, there was also more black mold on the ceiling above my bed, we have seen several roaches crawling around, people outside my door screaming at eachother, no remote for the tv, the bathtub was not clean at all, there was no toilet paper or towels anywhere, i will NEVER come back to this place, i get that it’s a cheap motel but BLACK MOLD…. this place is absolutely awful.

They had an ATM so partially my fault I couldn’t remember my pin. Staff was nice, but were under “renovation” and we had no microwave, no working TV, fridge barely worked. Stairs are rusty and look unsafe. Wouldn’t stay here again

• michael (2/5): Nightmare. - The v oroperty is poorly maintained. My wife and i got to our room and the paint and trim was a mess. There was no interior lock on our door as someone had brocken it off. We went to take a nap and while we were sleeping the front desk guy snuck into our room. We should have called the police. Dont stay here. It looked like people were selling drugs out of some of the rooms. Not safe.

Not like first of all there is no mention of a deposit a cash deposit until I got there get the room air conditioner not cooling check the filters they was in bad shape no door on the bathroom bathroom sink stopped up no pull-up rails around the toilet and taking a shower water went all over the floor there's no stopping it no garbage can no TV or no cable no laundry facility in the pool was Green yeah and it was trash under the bed there was no room service nobody come around to clean the rooms I got ready to check out the girl come check the room and kept half my deposit cuz she said I didn't have the towels I took the towels up there night before but I didn't go back and get them said there were stains on the sheets well you got to watch the damn things there's no excuse to keep half my deposit and top it all off I'm 56 disabled and this young punk jumps on me and the girl in the office didn't do s*** about it I wouldn't recommend this hotel to nobody

• Henry (4/5): - The room was in poor condition with a lingering smell, the TV didn't work, the bathtub was in terrible condition, what appeared to be drug addicts and prostitutes wandering around all hours of the night making a lot of noise, a credit card was not acceptable as a security deposit so I had to use the ATM to get cash for a cash deposit, upon checkout the desk clerk tried to short me on the deposit saying that's what was in the folder, after I showed her the receipt where I paid it she said she would use her bus fare to cover the rest, I will not use this place again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone....

My biggest complaint: no towels whatsoever and $50 cash (CASH ONLY) deposit required. Front desk guy attitude and demeanor are meh, but that's fine

• Christopher (2/5): Horrible place to stay - The room was filthy. Stains on the sheets, broken shower with warm not hot water. Room did not have towels. When I went to the office and asked for towels, they gave me very dirty towels!!! The tv did not work and the remote didn’t even have batteries in it. The toilet and bathtub were not clean! The beds are very uncomfortable with deep impressions in the center.
