• Michael (2/5): - Proximity to the beach, friendly staff. No elevator, shower not user friendly, no maid service, pool area not clean, sunbeds dangerous some falling apart.
• Benefield (1/5): - Only the view I hated everything else No elevator, I have major back issues and cannot walk up stairs because of so they put me in heaps worse room on the 1st floor. This room was 10 times worse than my other room. Bed - hard,small and old,tv no signal, someone' else's hair in bathroom the list goes on. Couldn't even shower there. Shall we get on some more and I'll explain how their buffet works? Apart from the view and the staff which I feel so sorry for THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE I LIKED

Das Zimmer war in deutlich besserem Zustand, als der Rest des Hotels. Balkon war sehr schön und hatte eine top Aussicht. Die Terrasse im Erdgeschoss ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel alle stark abgenutzt. Optisch ist der Liegebereich fürchterlich. Liegenauflagen sind auf dem Boden und wirken optisch überhaupt nicht einladend. Das Frühstück ist zur angegebenen Uhrzeit überhaupt nicht fertig hergerichtet. Keine Früchte vorbereitet. Alles sehr unstrukturiert. Viel zu alt, nicht sehr gepflegt

Die Anlage hat ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel – na und? Wir auch! Aber ein Diamant bleibt eben ein Diamant, man muss ihn nur mal wieder polieren. 😏 Das Buffet war schnell erkundet – ein Schritt nach links, einer nach rechts … und dazu Pulverkaffee.

It felts like our own villa as we were the only customer in this low season. This place is a gem. If they update the room furnitures it is a 5* deal for the price of a 3*. The staff is amazing 🙏

• Way (3/5): nice location but needs better maintenance and overall not great value for money. - good location the hotel is old, as many in hua hin are. thats ok. but there's about 2 staff there, and ALL day they watch videos on their phones, while the floor around the pool is dirty, and the place overall needs a cleaning. no one is there overseeing the property and basic stuff to keep it clean and functioning isn't occurring.

Lovely pool & sun beds overlooking stunning beach. Lovely large room with sofa, table & chairs, tea and coffee making facilities topped up every day. Free bottled water provided. Very clean, Breakfast very good - cooked freshly to individual's requirements. Located right next to bus station so transport easily available to get to town centre, shopping malls and night markets. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. It was sometimes frustrating when Wi fi did not work in room but reassurance was provided that Engineer would be fixing this. Not a huge problem as Wi fi in reception area which was very comfortable and open to sea view and breeze.

• KHANITTHA (8/5): Old but good, - Thanks to hotel.com problems occured during check in.First of all we had to pay 20$ for other dog,then we had to pay 17$ to change the room because we didn't contact the hotel to tell them we bring a dog.Nothing on hotels.com website told us we have to contact the hotel before arriving,nothing on the website we have to pay 20$ for the dog.We got new room we didn't like it.After discussing for 15 minutes they gave us another room,but for me this holiday was destroyed already.Thank you hotels.com Hotel is a bit older but in good condition and well maintained.Location is the best,pool is nice,room had a good size and was clean and bright.Breakfast was ok,nothing fancy,be aware of rooming monkeys they come in the morning looking for food and grab everything watch your valuables

Very accommodating to our needs and everything else. Our European neighbor guests, however are quite territorial. they told us we couldn't use the beach chair by the pool because they have 'taken' it. That's not very nice and I hated having to argue with them in front of my nephew. So I let it go. But there are plenty more chairs. It would be nice if the staffs come enforcing people a bit about first come first and sharing space.

• Matthew (6/5): Quiet Relaxing Weekend - The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. The breakfast was tasty. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location at the end of the beach was nice as well. The pool was much deeper than it initially looked and was well situated to allow us to relax and watch the ocean. If you are looking for a nice quiet stay at a reasonable price I would recommend it. Also, despite being away from the main night spots and night market we had no trouble at all getting taxis or Tuk tuks to take us there.

It's a great spot to relax and look out at the ocean. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful and really make the stay enjoyable.

We chose the Nern because it wasn't in the town centre but still only a 10 minute drive away. The staff were welcoming, friendly and spoke some English. My wife and I were impressed at how clean the hotel was. The free wi-fi was quick and easy to use. Apart from Saturday the hotel was very quiet, which probably added to our enjoyment. Whilst the beach in front of The Nern is adequate, there is, in my opinion,a better beach just 1 kilometre south of The Nern.

The taxis are unreliable and sometimes over priced. The staff didn't speak much english so communication was difficult. The pool was nice and the beach front view was beautiful. The room was nice, but on the small side. Breakfast was very good too.
