• O.K. (10/5): Ik kom hier met plezier terug! - Ik schrijf niet snel een review, maar deze ervaring was zo positief dat ik het graag deel. Vanaf het moment dat ik binnenstapte, voelde ik echt het Amsterdamse karakter. Het is een prachtig, authentiek pand met charme en historie, maar dan wel met het comfort van nu De kamer was uitzonderlijk schoon echt tot in de details. Alles glansde en rook fris, zonder overdreven geurtjes. Het bed was fenomenaal, heerlijk matras, zachte maar ondersteunende kussens en linnen van topkwaliteit. Kortom: een zeldzame combinatie van authenticiteit, comfort en hygiëne. Voor wie Amsterdam écht wil ervaren zonder in te leveren op luxe en rust, is dit adres een schot in de roos. Ik kom hier met plezier terug! -

Minuscule! L'accueil réalisé par l'IA était surprenant mais efficace et claire. On préfère quand même une personne physique mais vu le cote exigu de l’hôtel c 'était compliqué! L'escalier était raide et demande une bonne condition physique!
• Eric (4/5): déçu par la prestation hôtelière. - le positionnement de l'hotel dans le centre ville et avec la gare et les parkings très proches. Le fait qu'il n' y est pas d'ascenseur et que l'on recoit un mail 2 jours avant pour le préciser... Nous étions au dernier étage avec 3 valises !!! la robinetterie du lavabo ne tenait plus en place et la cuvette des toilettes n'ont plus. La pression de l'eau dans la douche était vraiment mini et il n'y a personne à l'accueil. Seulement un écran qui vous permet de contacter une personne par écran interposé. C'est totalement déshumaniser l'hôtellerie et l'accueil des touristes...

• angelina (10/5): beyond enjoyable, will definitely book again ! - spacious & cute room, was bigger than anticipated. amazing location, right by bijenkorf damrak. very friendly staff who welcome you through a hologram, i personally was shocked by that, not in a bad way though. all in all ; loved the holograms, loved my stay and since i’m in amsterdam a lot i’ll most definitely visit again ! stairs are a bit of a struggle with luggage (consider it a little workout) since they’re very steep, but that’s to be expected since it’s the netherlands. that’s just the way it is. other than that, no complaints at all

Hologram olmasına rağmen çalışanlar ile anlaşabildik yardımcı oldular. Check out zamanı valizlerimizi beklettiler. Yatak rahat, oda temizdi. Oda küçük, gerçekten çok küçük. Tuvalet ve duş ayrı yerlerde. 2 kişi olmamıza rağmen valizlerimizi oda içerisinde açmakta çok zorlandık. Büyük valiziniz varsa çok zorlanırsınız. Yukarı çıkan merdivenler de dik ve dar. İnip çıkarken zorlanılıyor. Özellikle valizle inip çıkmak çok zor
• Martin (9/5): - Hotel Staytion is very well situated if you want to visit Old Town Amsterdam Central. The building is typical of the period, but beautifully renovated. It is in a much quieter street than most of similar hotels. The owners are personally involved in the restaurant/bar as well as the hotel. They were very friendly and available. They assisted us with our bags to the upstairs room. The room is small, but for a short stay more than enough.
• Birgit (10/5): Fantastisch! Aanrader. - “Aanrader!” Ik had een fijne kamer, alles netjes verzorgd en het personeel was vriendelijk. Het café beneden maakte het verblijf extra gezellig. De kamer was compact, maar op deze locatie is dat volkomen logisch. Zou er zo weer verblijven! Locatie was echt top! 3 min van het station af, midden in het centrum. En een heerlijk terras voor de deur.

Tekrar gelirim, tavsiye ederim. - Tesisin konumu mükemmel, central tren istasyonuna çok yakın aynı zamanda merkezde olduğundan diğer atraksiyon noktalarını da yakın Tesiste odalarda ısıtıcı ve ya bir soğutucu yok daha soğuk ve sıcak havalarda nasıl olacak bilmiyorum. Ayrıca tavanlar biraz alçak ama dert değil, tahminim bütün şehir buna benzerdir
• Christine (7/5): Gebucht weil nur hervorragende Empfehlungen, daher enttäuscht. - Zentrale Lage, neu und modern, sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte fast keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Es gibt eine kleine Garderobe, keinen Schrank, keinen Stuhl. Der Koffer muss im engen Durchgang zwischen Bett und Dusche gelagert werden. Im Bad und im gesamten Zimmer gibt z.b. keine Haken um Handtücher etc. aufzuhängen. Keine Möglichkeit den Kulturbeutel im Bad irgendwo hinzulegen als auf den Boden. Die Lüftung im fensterlosen Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Ebenso der Schließmechanismus der Eingangstür. Die Tür knallte jedes Mal laut zu - tags und nachts. Der Knall war im dritten Stock, Zimmer neben der Treppe, jedesmal richtig laut zu hören. Obwohl ich täglich bat dies zu beheben ist nichts passiert. Das wäre durch ein festziehen der Schraube wohl einfach zu beheben gewesen. Die Codierung der Zimmerkarten musste täglich wiederholt werden, sonst ließ sich das Zimmer und die Haustür nicht öffnen.

• Rianne (10/5): Top locatie, fijn verblijf! - Kamer was schoon, netjes en goed ingericht. Het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam – geen klachten. De trappen waar andere gasten over schrijven? Vielen ons totaal mee. Je zit hier midden in het hart van de stad, omringd door gezellige cafés – en beneden heb je er zelf ook één. Voor die locatie is de compacte kamer meer dan te rechtvaardigen. Komen zeker een keer terug!
• Nadine (6/5): - Nicely decorated room but pretty tiny for 4. Virtual check-in was unusual but receptionist was very polite and enthusiastic. Even though there’s a Hotel sign which is on the side of the pub, we had to ask the hotel next door because we couldn’t understand where to buzz in. The hotel has ridiculously steep stairs and the family room was on the top floor which wasn’t ideal carrying luggage. It would be good if this was flagged on the booking site like other hotels do. There were no hooks or rails to hang towels in the bathroom and unfortunately zero water pressure to shower. There was scaffolding right outside our window so curtain had to be closed the whole time for privacy. I wouldn’t really recommend for a family especially if travelling with luggage vs just a backpack.

• Stefan (2/5): Personal freundlich, Lage nähe zum Bahnhof, nachts sehr laut, sehr eng, Qualität gering - Dusche Lage ist ansich praktisch, jedoch komplett fehlkonstruiert. Durch die dünnen Wände, hört man jeden Schritt und die Bar im Erdgeschoss rauf, als wären alle Türen offen. Als Antwort auf die Hinweise der Lärmbelästigung bekommt man vom Hotel nur die Antwort "man kann dagegen nichts machen" - was ja auch stimmt, aber dann muss das deutlicher in der Beschreibung stehen. Ebenfalls sind die Betten nicht bequem, man fällt immer in Richtung Bett-Mitte und die Polster waren meiner Meinung nach viel zu hart, unser Zimmer (Nr 4) war extrem klein, es gibt keine Ablageplätze im Badezimmer oder Verstauungsmöglichkeiten für die Koffer. So leid es mir um das freundliche Personal - man bekommt es nur über einen Bildschirm zu sehen - tut, würde ich beim nächsten Besuch lieber ein anderes Zimmer buchen.

• Anders (10/5): Super hyggelig vertskap, fantastisk rom, herlig beliggenhet. - Beliggenheten var helt fantastisk, rommene var gode og sengene bra. Helt nytt oppusset, fine baderom og fin utsikt. Vertskapet var super hyggelige og vennlige, hjalp til med det vi måtte ønske og var supre hele reisen. Holograminnsjekkingen (24 timer) fungerte utmerket, og det var ingen ventetid.
• Daniel Ingi (10/5): This hotel is a Diamond in the rough! - Really liked the location and everything about the hotel, my first reaction after checking in and entering the room was that it is a diamond in the rough and I think most younger people would appreciate how they set it up. The entrance is kind of hidden and one time we got kind of blocked by people sitting on the table that is in front of the entrance. In the room that we got we only needed somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom. Otherwise this place is amazing and worth the money compared to what you can get in Amsterdam.
• Genine123 (10/5): Amazingly clean and location is ideal - Perfect location for Kings Day! Right next to the Grasshopper pub and in the center of Amsterdam. The check in service was unbelievable, fully remote, but you're speaking to and looking at a live person - you can access this 24 hours a day! This was super helpful for our stay when the key didn't work, it was resolved in seconds. The steps are steep, as everyone says, but this is very typical for Holland. Also, the room is very small, but it's perfect for a short stay, with a very comfortable bed and cupboard for some items, plus seating area by the window to do makeup. The toilet and shower are separate, which is good as you don't have to deal with the usual wet floors in smaller rooms. The place is spotless, I mean it really was the cleanest place we've ever stayed. The owner was floating about from time to time and was super friendly, we had a giggle with him quite a bit. Highly recommend and we would return and stay here again.

Los recepcionistas muy simpático, pero están telemáticamente en una pantalla, lo único si llevas maleta grande vas a tener un problema con las escaleras ( no fue mi caso)

• Flip (10/5): Aanrader! - Prettige verrassing – zeker een aanrader! Na het lezen van recensies over de trappen was ik een beetje gespannen, maar eerlijk gezegd viel het me enorm mee. Geen probleem voor ons. De kamer was keurig netjes en erg schoon – niets op aan te merken. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat meteen een goede sfeer gaf. Wat ik echt leuk vond: in het gezellige café beneden kregen we het tweede drankje gratis aangeboden. Dat soort kleine gebaren maken echt het verschil. De kamers zijn inderdaad compact, maar wel van alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt. En eerlijk gezegd kan je op zo’n extreem goede locatie ook niet veel groter verwachten – dat hoort er gewoon bij. Goede locatie, fijne sfeer, nette accommodatie. We komen zeker terug!

Inoltre, la struttura è estremamente inadeguata ad accogliere persone con difficoltà motorie, scale molto ripide. Il concierge virtuale in termini di presenza (parla da remoto), è stato molto efficace in termini di servizio.

• Iain (4/5): - The 24 hour reception is actually a hologram. It’s unclear where the staff actually are when you speak to them. This means that the luggage storage they advertise isn’t safe – it’s a room without a door, accessed directly from the street. The hologram staff would not take responsibility for my luggage. The rooms are cramped with unusually low ceilings. I had to hunch over to get from the loo to the shower, which were on opposite ends of the room. I’m tall but it’d feel cramped to anyone.

• Jennifer (10/5): This was a perfect place to stay to visit Amsterdam. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location. - We loved our stay here. It’s a newly opened hotel so everything was new and clean. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The location was perfect. Very close to central staying and walking distance to many attractions. Like many hotels in Amsterdam be prepared to walk up some stairs to get to your room.
• Hannah (2/5): Don’t stay here. - Bed and duvet. It’s super clear this hotel has still a long way to go. I think my room was no bigger than 8 sqm. Nowhere did it indicate that. It borders to cafe 40. So if you’re unlucky like me, you get all night noise from the cafe people and by the way, their windows are terribly light and not sealed. So you can hear it all. No earplugs are available in the hotel - i asked. Make sure to bring some. There is little to no isolation in the hotel. You hear everyone walking in and out, slamming the doors, I think just a simple sign saying that people should be quiet in the hallway as the door is your only separation to the noise, is no luxury. The bathroom is very tiny, no issue with that. But be smart about a small room. There no place whatsoever to hang your towels or put your toiletries. A simple hook or extra shelve is basic and again, not a luxury. I paid €280 for 1 terrible night. Please, at least add the basic for some comfort.

Ik had geen hotelervaring. de receptionist was een digitale hologram. geen personeel aanwezig. de luxe kamer was een gangetje, zeer klein en basis. bovendien keken we uit op een heel vuile achterkant met geurhinder en duiven. Voor 150€ per persoon per nacht mocht er wel wat meer service, comfort en beleving aanwezig geweest zijn.

• ALISSON (5/5): Las fotos engañan con respecto a escaleras y espacio en la habitación! - Ubicación y limpieza estaban bien La llegada fue terrible, la puerta del hotel no tiene ni aviso, es en un bar y estaba full el bar, tuve que pedir espacio a una gente que estaba tomando para poder abrir la minipuerta del hotel! Luego unas escaleras mega empinadas, me toco 3er piso SIN ASCENSOR, con maletas grandes es casi imposible, la habitación es increíblemente PEQUEÑA! Solo la cama y no había espacio ni para abrir maletas!

• Cristina (8/5): O experienta buna - Daca nu as fi vazut preturile din zona, probabil ca hotelul ar fi primit o nota mai mica din partea mea. Totusi, avand in vedere ca am platit mai putin comparativ cu alte hoteluri de 3 stele din apropiere, pot spune ca experienta a fost una buna. Camera a fost curata, iar patul foarte confortabil. In plus, locatia este excelenta, chiar in centrul orasului. Un aspect negativ pe care il stiam de la inceput din review-uri: camera este foarte mica! Foarte mica! Si acest lucru scade nota experientei mele.
• Julie (8/5): Good stay but given they’re new, some teething issues to resolve. - Location is excellent, less than 10 minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal and you could easily walk (or bike) to the must-see attractions. Newly renovated rooms and hotel, easy check-in and out via the virtual reception. Water, fruits, tea and snacks are available in the reception room for guests to self-serve, I hope they add coffee as well Helpful virtual staff and friendly bar/hotel owner They should add more hooks or cupboards in the room, especially the room that’s good for 4. There is nowhere to hang wet towels, and there’s not much hangers in the closet to use either. Add instant coffee packs. Most of our group drink coffee than tea. Proactively share the customer service contact details via Whatsapp on the day of arrival, so guests know who to reach out to for supplies or questions. Virtual receptionist told me they’ll call me once the room is ready but didn’t.
• Mehtap (10/5): Temiz yakın ilgili bir işletme - Konum temizlik çalışanlar çok iyiydi bütün herşey yeniydi ve bütün heryere yakın olduğu için çok rahat ettik birşey unutsak bile hemen odaya dönme şansımız oldu Oda çok küçük yani iki gün için gelmiştik bizi idare etti ama beklentiniz büyük olmasın. Birde merdivenleri çok dik inip çıkmada sorun yaşayan varsa dikkate alabilir
• Maria (9/5): Céntrico y cómodo - Está muy bien situado, cerca de todos lados, la habitación muy cómoda, un poco justa, pero con todo lo necesario. No me gustó que no haya ninguna persona física que en el hotel
• Jędrzej (8/5): Amsterdam to piękne miasto. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wszędzie bardzo blisko. Najważniejsze atrakcje dostępne na piechotę. Wypożyczalnia rowerów tuż za rogiem.

• Roger (4/5): Great location for mountain climbers - Location was great and the room was basically clean. The room was very small but I expected that. They supplied a kettle but no coffee and no creamer, surprised as I would have thought this very basic. The BIG problem is the stairs. I call them ladders due to the steepness, spiral ladders, they are not safe, they are dangerous to anybody older than 40 or who has any physical issues. Trying to scale these ladders with a 20kg suitcase isn’t worth the risk of serious injury. (See photo) If you like a drink in the evening, this is a dangerous way home, Never have I experienced anything like this.
• Richárd (10/5): - The Hotel is at a very good location, for a fair price. We had problems with the air conditioner, but the owner came right away when we noticed it doesn't work, and fixed it for us late in the evening. The room was clean, it could get a little bit noisy sometimes, but it is because it is right next to the city center. We had a very good stay here, I will book here if I am going to Amsterdam again!
• zamora (7/5): - La ubicación, estaba cerca de los sitios de interés! El diseño de la habitación, no había donde abrir la maleta, el baño dividido en 2! La poceta en la entrada, la ducha al final de la habitación. El hecho de que no digan al momento de la reserva que hay que subir por unas escaleras súper pequeñas porque es parte del diseño arquitectónico de toda esa zona, deberían anticiparlo antes de reservar.
• Emma (8/5): Cheap, comfortable accom for a 1-2 night stay in Amsterdam. - Very easy check in process. Rooms were small but very well appointed, incredibly clean and surprisingly very comfortable beds! Quite noisy overnight - single glazed window right onto the street, lots of yelling, bottles smashing etc. Very steep stairs up to the property - not sure how you could get a suitcase up.

• Nourhan (10/5): Whenever I visit Amsterdam I would definitely stay at this hotel - The property was very clean, the room is a bit small but it was comfortable and the people were helpful and friendly, the place is close to everything as it’s in the city center
• Gökhan (7/5): Für Städte tour ist es ok würde es Buchen. - Die Zimmern sind frisch Renoviert dem entsprechend ist alles neu und sauber. Um den Zimmer im Winter zu heißen ist Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Bei unseren Zimmer Nr.11 ist der Außengerät der Klimaanlage direkt auf dem Dach unter den Betten. Sobald mann den Klimaanlage einschalten brummt es und bei dem Geräusch kann mann nicht schlafen. Diese wird im Sommer beim Kühlen nicht anders sein. Kann sein das die Außengerät keine Gummipuffer haben um den Geräusch Pegel zu absolvieren. In der Dusche kommt kaum Wassrr wenn unten in andren Zimmern geduscht wird der Druck fällt ab. Die Zimmern sind hellhörig ist für Holland normal da die mit Leichtbauweise arbeiten. Der auffang zu den Zimmern ist sehe steil für ältere Menschen oder Handicap ist das Hotel nicht empfehlenswert, die kommen die Treppe nicht hoch.

• Klaubschi (10/5): - Wir brauchten Hilfe im Badezimmer, innerhalb von 2 min. war alles erledigt. Besonders begeistert war ich vom Rezeptionisten/der Rezeptionistin. Hier steht kein Mensch vor dir sondern diese Person steht virtuell in einem kleinen Kästchen vor dir. Es steckt aber wirklich dieser Mensch dahinter. Crazy! Das hätte ich mir am liebsten gleich mit nach Hause genommen. Im selben Haus gibt es eine Bar. Wir hatten so einen tollen Abend da drin, bleibt unvergessen! Danke!!!

• Cremers (10/5): - The location is excellent, just a few meters from Central Station and at the heart of Amsterdam Old Center. The rooms are very nicely decorated, cozy and with charm. The mattress... SO GOOD!! I do not have a negative point, the hotel just got renovated and we were pretty much the first guests to our surprise. Everything works perfectly and the staff very welcoming and warm.
