- Annika (2/5): - Had my reservation as “pay at property” they tried to charge me before I got there, and when my card flagged it and declined, they gave the room to someone else. When I got there she was confused and rude somehow at the same time. Ended up driving way farther for a cheaper place.

- Helen (2/5): - When i booked the room via Hotel.com, I was assured via email twice that my request for a handicapped accessible, downstairs, smoking room would be available and waiting. When I arrived at the hotel at 3am on the reservation date, the room that was given to me was NOT handicapped accessable nor smoking. In fact I was billed an extra $8.00 for a downstairs non-smoking room plus an additional $50 deposit for a downstairs room. Being it was 3am and we drove for 10 hours to arrive, we had no other alternative but to proceed. This was entirely negligent and probably a violation of the ADA and I will be looking into whether or not to bring any charges upon the parties deemed responsible for any offenses of the ADA Laws.

- Elbreonia (2/5): - Very dirty . Hair left in shower & molded shower curtain only to be replaced with a lesser molded one . Bedding had burn holes , room had a stench i couldn’t get rid of . I was horrified.

Work boots and clothes all over the a/c units, by doors etc. There was a lot of in and out until the wee hours of the morning. They settled down or exhaustion took over, either way we finally slept. Rooms were remodeled and decent for the money. Though the air was heavily fragranced there was still a smell in the bathrooms that resembled cat urine.

The bed had visible stains and looked like it had simply been remade without fresh linens. The shower was in poor condition, with parts falling apart, and the bathroom lights flickered constantly, making it feel even more uncomfortable. Overall, the room felt neglected and far below basic cleanliness standards.

It was a double room and both beds smelled horrible. One had a faint odd smell and one bed the pillow and sheet were unbearable.

- Melissa (4/5): Never again - The lady at check in was really nice. The door to the room had tape on the inside bc there was a gap between the frame and the door. The electrical outlet is missing the frame in the bathroom. Near the shower head the tile is cracked. Could hear the next door (111) people fighting and yelling all day the second day there. The first night around 12:30a, they were banging on the walls and using a drill for almost an hour. The worse thing was that housekeeping passed our room numerous times throughout the day and never once stopped to see if we needed anything, but the minute we left to go get food for lunch around 12:30p, they entered our room. We were only gone 20-30 mins if that. They gave us fresh towels and took the old ones, which we didn’t mind using. We had our electronics and other personal items out.

We liked the fact that it was VERY close to the interstate.we also liked the fact that it was not on a HOTEL row. Having a police station just a few blocks away gave a good sense of safety we plan to stay here very time when we trave from Texas to Florida
- Bradley (6/5): - Property nears the end of a road such that there is almost no traffic. Sure, a few yard farther is a busy freeway running parallel, but they are not whizzing by directly in front of guests. Also, the back of the property has no street noise. There was less noise from other guests and such was of lower volume than one might expect from a "value" property such as s6. The property would benefit from some care, but I have seen so many more that cost more in far worse disrepair. Check in was a breeze. There was no third degree questioning and I was quickly given a key. Also, no scam deposit was requested, which I appreciate. There was a young housekeeping guy that was very helpful, and I appreciated his assistance when I had needs. Their were no "do not disturb" door markers and other guests created their own. I should have done similarly to avoid an unwanted entrance. The room was very small, with little room between the chair that sat beneath a television and small ledge that could be used as a makeshift desk, consistant with this teir of lodging. The bathroom was of surprisingly high quality. Just a shower without a bath, but a pretty good one, and the sink was perhaps a step up on much more expensive establishments. I was unbothered by the absence of a coffee maker, was thrilled with the full size fridge, and found the microwave servicable. I might have like drawers for gear, but the cubbies were also servicable.
- Patricia (10/5): Outstanding Studio 6 - This is a very nice and well run Studio 6. There was some confusion with my room when I got there, but the staff were excellent, and worked promptly to make sure that I got the first floor room that I needed. I ended up staying in one of their kitchenette rooms and it was just lovely. It was very clean and very comfortable. The service was excellent and I would stay here again and suggest it to anyone. it was also central true restaurants and everything I needed.

- Glinda (8/5): Customer service was great! - The stay was good and reasonably price. Check in was easy & friendly. Shortly after check in the management came to our room to check if it was to our satisfaction and if we needed anything to call. I noticed that the vent in the bathroom was very dusty and it bothered me to stand under. My husband let them know and within minutes maintenance was there and cleaned it up right away. I requested an extra pillow and blanket again within minutes I got them with a smile.I would suggest housekeeping pay more attention to floors, behind headboard and around appliances. I would stay again.

Kids running around screaming and let's not talk about the adult calling name to each other. I had to call the front desk multiple times to complain. This is not a motel. it is more like a project to me. Last time for me at this place I had to pay extra for my girls, which I don't mind they travel with us every we're.

The floors look like it wasn't even swept let along mopped. The pillow cases are stained and the shower hasn't been cleaned. I shouldn't have to go buy products to clean a room I already paid for. I'm almost afraid to sleep in the bed!!!

- Andy (8/5): - The people that worked the front were always helpful and accommodating. When they were there. Sometimes, they would be gone for long periods of time with no explanation. The room was really nice, it had two separate bedrooms, a full kitchen and a bathroom. Which was really nice. However, the outside of the hotel is still very run down. I'm not sure that it was worth the $91 a day at the hotel was really charging me.

Man screaming at a woman in the room next door, obvious prostitute leaving a room when we arrived. Yikes!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

I am very upset because I drove all day and part of the night and needed to sleep. I was still charged for the room and all my efforts to resolve the charge have been ignored by expedia.

- Courtney (2/5): SUPER GROSS!!!! - This was the absolute worst motel I've ever stayed at. When I went to check in there was a child running around behind the desk smacking the metal tray at mE & keeping the clerk's attention. The clerk talked to me twice. To ask for my ID & to ask me to sign the paper saying I acknowledged the rate. She handed me a plastic key card & said nothing. I said "Oh what's my room number?" Then looked at the key card & said "is this it? Does that say 202?". She replies "Yeah" & goes about her way. Good thing we happened to be parked in front of that block as no directions were offered. When we got inside we were appalled. Firstly "non-smoking" room here apparently means "people aren't smoking in it now". Super smokey. However that actually wasn't that unexpected. These lower cost places often have rooms that were smoking at one point. My husband & I both were hoping for showers before bed to freshen up from our travels. That's until we actually looked at the bathroom. They should fire the housekeeper. If they even have one. I've been to porta potties that were cleaner. Brown toilet bowl, mold in the corners, black stuff on the toilet. Absolutely DISGUSTING. The smoke alarm had been ripped out and never replaced. We slept on top of the beds with our clothes on. Here's the thing, obviously when you pay this cheap of a rate you aren't getting 1000 thread count sheets, jacuzzi tub & room service. However you SHOULD at least feel like you aren't going to catch a disease or find a body.
