• Edgar (2/5): - Mi peor experiencia en hoteles, a continuación razones: Sábanas rotas, wifi inestable, toallas de baño sucias (amarillas) y deshilachadas, regadera (no salía agua caliente y no cerraba puerta del baño), puerta de habitación complicada de abrir (aplicar fuerza para abrirla), elevador no abre completo, aunado a esto, no hubo preocupación por parte del servicio. Por último, las fotos publicadas no coinciden en nada con las habitaciones (instalaciones viejas y descuidadas, sillones muy viejos al igual que la cama y accesorios), no se dejen engañar, ni la recepción se parece a la foto del portal

• SHARON MAYTE (8/5): - El personal muy amable y atento, habitaciones amplias… sin embargo no había agua caliente ni servía el aire acondicionado
• Mario (2/5): Cambiarle las estrellas al lugar - Pésimo lugar, se encuentra muy deteriorado en sus habitaciones puertas , baños humedad malas condiciones , no es hotel de 3 estrellas parece de 1 muy caro para lo que es.

• Javier (2/5): - Toda la noche se escuchaban ruidos de moto y no pude dormir, el hotel esta muy mal mantenido. Lo ùnico positivo fue la amabilidad del staff. Querüian hacer un cargo de 400 pesos extras por la mascota aunque no estipularon esos cargos en la pagina de expedia

• RODOLFO (2/5): caso de robo - llegamos al hotel , nos enviaron a unas cuadras al estacionamiento y ahi trataron de robarnos y ya no pudimos presentanos al hotel por seguridad
• ARTURO GARCIA (2/5): - No respetaron mi reservación. No servía el clima en la habitación. En general todo el inmueble está en deplorables condiciones. El ascensor se descompuso. Los empleados cordiales, pero apenados por la situación. No depende de ellos.
• Erika Paola (4/5): Instalaciones malas - No servia el elevador, no servía el agua caliente del hotel había que estar regulando, cuando llegue no había agua, no tienen teléfono para llamar a recepción, me dieron una habitación que no era l reservada, no había servicio de comedor para desayuno, trataron que la estancia fuera agradable pero creo el hotel no está en condiciones de acuerdo al precio

• Daniel (6/5): COMENTARIOS - FUE AGRADABLE, SIN EMBARGO NO ME GUSTO QUE HAY QUE BAJAR DEL CARRO A LA RECEPCION PARA QUE ABRAN EL ESTACIONAMIENTO, FUI CON MIS DOS HIJOS Y LA CAMARSITA TODOS LOS DIAS SOLO DEJO DOS TOALLAS, TUVE QUE LLAMAR DIARIO PARA QUE SUBIERAN LA FALTANTE, Y EL AGUA CASI DIARIO ESTABA FRIA, HABIA QUE LLAMAR A RECEPCION Y ESPERAR 10 MIN. PARA TENER AGUA CALIENTE
• Abraham (8/5): Hotel Casabella - Buen hotel, solo que no tiene restaurante...La pasamos muy bien mis amigos y yo. El servicio es excelente y los cuartos limpios. Muy recomendable.
