La ubicación también muy buena Que la regadera del baño no funcionaba tan bién, la puerta del cuarto se cerraba solo con la llave con la que entraba uno, no había forma de poner un seguro desde adentro. El cuarto estaba un poco oscuro y el colchón ya necesita renovacion
• Guzmán Belío (7/5): De lo mejor en Sayula, Jalisco. - Ubicación, estacionamiento, limpieza, estado de conservación de las instalaciones, el detalle del agua y unas sodas sin costo. La amabilidad del personal es destacable. No facturan al momento, las habitaciones no tienen plancha ni burro, no tienen jabón en barra y nos tocó temporada de zancudos.

Next time I would love to visit their spa and restaurant wish they had a fridge in their rooms. I did love the snacks provided by the hotel, I love their decorations wish I had more time for pictures. House keeper was amazing super clean and friendly and professional.

• DEMETRIO (8/5): - la propiedad es muy bonita, habitaciones muy comodas la cama excelente, personal muy atento y servicial, nos ayudaron mucho con taxi traslados a Cd Guzman.Solo algo por mejorar: estuvimos en dos habitaciones en una de ellas en una noche mucho ruido que provenia de la habitación de espalda por dejar encendido el jacuzzi, y falta más atención en area de alberca, un poco descuidada.

A la zona de piscina la vendría bien un poco más de cuidado respecto al mobiliario pero es solo una observación la realidad es que lo pasé muy bien, estaré encantado de volver.

• Ivon (8/5): Buen hotel - En general muy bien solo hubo un problema con la reservación ya que el hotel solo tenía reservación para 1 habitación cuando eran 2. Afortunadamente tenían otra habitación disponible aunque era para menos personas pero en esta ocasión era suficiente y después de comprobar que la reservación había sido hecha para 2 habitaciones nos la proporcionaron. Afortunadamente tenían habitaciones disponibles si no hubiera sido un problema.

• Saray (4/5): It’s not the same - Housekeeping would come everyday. Most staff were great. A lot of cucarachas!! We even encountered a scorpion. This isn’t our first time staying here. Before it was very clean and never found any types of insects or animals. But this time it was different. I don’t think I would be back with my children here.

I was shocked!! The only response from staff was: it's not part of our business, we can't do nothing. I said: there are no some state law against loud music? They answered: yes, but they are "bad people".

It’s a Hacienda that maintains some of its original features all over the property. I love their pasillo cultural that shows the history of some important people in Sayula as well as the beautiful decoration! Will definitely stay here again!

• Alex (8/5): Great Location and Friendly Staff, Great Spa. - Last minute reservation, for two people one double bed, but instead I got two single beds. I was really annoyed by this and the hotel couldn't solve it. Staff was really friendly and the hotel condition is really good, nice and cozy. Pool was not heated. The spa service is really good. Ask for Maricarmen.
• RustyandSnowy (10/5): Pleasant stay in Sayula - We stayed one night in this hotel and it was very pleasant. The staff was very efficient and made sure that all our needs were met. I had requested that I wanted to be allowed to be with their chef to have a Mexican cooking class. I spent about three hours in the kitchen and I was given so many tips on how to cook some delicious Mexican dishes. Thank you so much for such a privilege.
• Irene (10/5): Impressive hotel and city! - Our first time in this area was enjoyable. Unable to find a local map showing interesting things to see and the information booth was not open in the central plaza. We were moved to a different room on the 2nd night and the bed was made up oddly with a blanket under the top sheet! Really wanted to partake of the brunch on Sunday morning but we had a bus to catch earlier than the starting time.
• PatH554 (8/5): Charming and comfortable. - Had a nice one night stay with them and enjoyed the hotel and spa. The Receptionist at the hotel was very accommodating and answered all our questions. The restaurant service was good and the lunch tasty. There is a large unused patio area outside the first rooms. Some added lounge chairs would be a great addition, since there is no place to sit outside and relax. The rooms, while nice, are on the small side and there is no space for even a side chair to read. Otherwise, nicely done in one of the town's with the cleanest streets I have ever encountered....north or south of the border!
• tryharder (8/5): Great rooms - The rooms here are decorated in what I might call a traditional colonial style, elegant and comfortable. The Wifi works well and the pool area is exquisite. The dining area and bar are quite pleasant and the food is very good. It's my second visit and I would not hesitate to return.
