- Odyssey60268069672 (10/5): A good place to go - I stayed here for two nights as i had some business in Makati. I stayed in the cheapest room that they had for 2,600 per night. (Standard Room). This already included free wifi (very fast), complimentary local calls and breakfast for two. The name says it all. VIP Suites. The place is not large however the room was very nice. Wooden floors and furniture, an electronic safe, a very tasteful bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and duvet were soft and smooth, you can tell that they had a high thread count.

- stevee687 (2/5): Worst hotel. - Gotta be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Upon arrival, I had to wait an hour before my room was made up.-I was told to sit in the foyer and wait. Additionally, ViP suites advertises that their rooms are smoke free,however the windowless room I was allocated stank like stale cigarettes!I had ro endure this atmosphere for my entire 5 day duration!When I asked the un obligating receptionist if I could change rooms,she said that she would need to speak with the manager.Given the hotel's slow service, I decided that it was best not to bother as I was on a tight time frame. I also had to endure the excessive noise from my next door room neighbour whose tv was blaring loud throughout my own room.Upon approaching the receptionist to echo my complaint, she was far from obliging. However, eventually the noise from my next door neighbour subsided. As for management, his hotel is extremely lacking in its enforcement basic hotel policies of non smoking environments as well as maintaining a peaceful environment . The reception staff in this hotel, appear to have no concern for the comfort and wellbeing of its occupants.I would never reccomend this hotel to anyone.Stay away!!
- Scott_SF_CA (6/5): Decent place for a NAIA layover - Stayed one night when during a layover. Arrived NAIA T1 at 8 pm. Ride to the hotel took 30 minutes with traffic. Departed hotel for NAIA T3 at 7 am. Ride to NAIA took about 10 minutes. The hotel is basic but comfortable and clean. They advertise WiFi but it is not functional. My room was spacious but had no windows. Not a problem if you remember to set your alarm for that early flight. Hahaha.
- rowinhm (8/5): Best Suitable Suite for Best Biz Trips - When coming to Manila on a hectic biz trip, with my main agenda being in Makati, staying at this hotel suites my needs very well. In fact, I’m considering to stay here again when I come again with similar biz agenda. The combination of good location, cleanliness in the room and hotel interior, comfortable ambience, reasonable rates and reliable WiFi, makes this hotel my preferrence for my future visits to Manila.
- cardkleener (6/5): I liked it but didn't love it. - Got stuck in Manila for a few extra days because of Philippine Airlines cancelling my flight. I picked this place as it's fairly close to airport. There are stores close by to buy supplies. It has a kettle in the room and a refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. One day the shower had no hot water. The bed had stains on it. My first night it took about 25 minutes to check in. They were having a problem with the credit card machine as it was offline so they did it the old fashioned way. I was with some friends and they were in the other room and needed an extra bed (Mother son) they were charged an extra 700 pesos which I thought was rotten. Staff was very nice.
- leof286 (4/5): Stay only if you absolutley cannot afford a better place - The location is not the best of Manila. The room are okay and appear clear. However they have a little creatures problem and main reason for checking out within 1 hour of arrival. The location is about 15 minutes from the main business Makati. It is located in a busy area with no side walks. not very safe for walking.
- hector_ef_em (4/5): Cockroaches Paradise in Makati! - Stayed there for a night with my girl. Spaceous room, decent location and good price, it didnt look bad at the beggining. But... People partying in the room next door until 2 am, but who cares, right? You only live once. Cockroaches and bugs EVERYWHERE: walls, bed and toilet. Reception answer when I went to complain? A laugh and a sincere 'sorry about that'. My bad for bothering them with my problems, I guess!
- majzitka (8/5): Worth the money - I have stayed in this hotel twice Cause it had offered stay with breakfast for reasonable money. Place is very clean and room is well equiped. You have towels, toiletries etc., like in a 4* hotel. Only coffe, tea, sugar and creamer is on request and has always been missing next to the kettle. Also most of the rooms dont have Windows but as AC works well there is enough of air. TV has a lot of channels so choice is yours. I had issues with internet as it keeps droping some, so if u really need to work only, skip this place. I have not checked surrounding much. I just needed some hotel not that far from the AirPort (in Pasay). It takes u from 20 to 30 mins reach from the AirPort. Breakfast are set menu, u can choose your choice of eggs, then u get toast, butter, Jam, yogurt and coffee. Tea on request. They Also can help u to book grab car in case u have no app in your phone.
- jasminea480 (2/5): Our final night in the Philippines - I’m honestly shocked at how they’ve been rated so highly. We moved rooms 3 times due to the bathroom being dirty, ripped sheets, stained sheets and cockroaches. Final move to our 3rd room was at midnight after finding 3 cockroaches in our bathroom. The customer service was horrendous, no apology and lots of eye rolling. The manager the following morning was helpful in trying to resolve the situation but the damage was already done. Much better places to stay at the same price.
- 226asuntag (6/5): A 'Long' Stay at the VIP Suites - My stay at the VIP Suites was good enough. I did reserved my dates without money transfer. This was a good thing with this hotel. It wasn't a luxury type but cozy and warm type of ambience. The Admin was with their 'sweet' smiles always. It was clean and safe too. It was near the church... laundry.. which is in front of the Hotel and a Mini- stop to for your cravings. A typical Filipino environment with their loud music being played . By the way the staff and Security was good and respectful. Easy to commute too. Might be staying again this Christmas...!
- 613jasone (10/5): Very nice dormitory! - I enjoyed it here, staff were friendly, rooms and hotel were spotlessly clean. it is easy to get around by hailing a jeepney or taxi, staff will help you with tips for things to do or see, More expensive than others I have stayed in but definitely worth the extra money, though I would recommend using the four bed dorm rather than the larger one (10 beds i think) - that room had walls which had a gap of six inches between the ceiling presumably to allow the flow of air, but noise from outside percolated through so it was not so good...go for the 4 bed rooms. VIP Suite - 10/10
- JBTraveIIer (8/5): Lovely Hotel However Little To Do - Upon arrival to the hotel, the staff are friendly. The hotel itself is very nice with great facilities. Location of the hotel has a 7/11 nearby but not much else. If this hotel was located somewhere else then I would personally stay here again, however there isn't enough to do to warrant me wanting to return.
- Richard_Marsh00 (10/5): A bit of luxury after a lot of back-packing - We stayed in the VIP Suite after returning to Manila after backpacking in the north. It was nice to have an evening of what felt pretty luxurious living after the country. The chef in the restaurant downstairs is amazing - he cooked the best breakfast we had, an omelette with crisp vegetables inside. The room had no window so if you want one check. We wanted to sleep after so much travelling so it was ideal for us. We didn't get to see the area outside (Makati) but we were told it is one of the nicest parts of Manila
- PascalN237 (10/5): good clean hotel with great service. - We visited the hotel during our holiday break and the rooms were very comfy, clean and spacy with free wifi and cable tv. Also the staff was verry friendly. The bed and the sturdy matrass was perfect for a nice relaxing sleep after a day of walking and sightseeing. The hot water shower was also a nice plus. This is deffinately a hotel I'm coming back to when I'm in the Phillippines again.
- AntDNottingham (2/5): AVOID - poor customer service - I booked a room here through Hotwire for 2 people. When I arrived, the hotel advised that there had been a mix up with the booking and that I had been booked into a dorm of 10 people. After refusing to accept this and refusing to pay an upgrade fee, we demanded to speak to a manager however a manager was now available. we told the hotel to contact Hotwire. At first the hotel refused but eventually called Hotwire. Hotwire were equally as bad so we ended up leaving the hotel. I cannot believe that they didn't honour our booking even though we had the confirmation in black and white. Extremely poor customer service.
- BeebyinNL (8/5): Great for a transfer stay - My boyfriend and I stayed here for a one night stay before flying out to Boracay the next day. The hotel is close to the airport so very convenient for a transfer stay. It also has a supermarket next door, again very convenient for grabbing bits and pieces if you're too tired after your flight to find somewhere properly to eat out. Taxi should cost no more than 250 pesos (we used a metered on the way there and grabcar on the way back to airport and highly recommend grabcar as 160 pesos to terminal 4!) Our room was clean, bed clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. There was a selection of complimentary toiletries and a mini fridge with free water and other chargeable drinks (although we used it to store our supermarket purchases). The room had no window but felt light and airy because of the décor and although it wasn't huge, there was easily enough space for two and our luggage for a short stopover. There was a good choice of options at breakfast and we found the food tasty and staff attentive too. Our only slight negative is that for some strange reason although I booked everything and it was all in my name online, they asked for my boyfriend to sign all the check in documentation, took a copy of his passport only and the welcome note on the bed was addressed to him only. Even when I paid the receptionist with my money at check in she attempted to give the change back to my boyfriend! It was such a surreal experience and although I didn't question it at the time after a 24 hour journey I feel it is important to highlight here as it could offend some people. Other than this we were perfectly happy with our short stay and would recommend it for the same sort of stay also.
- jessicaemelle (10/5): Excellent hotel and amazing breakfast - Comfortable rooms, no window but it doesn't matter as there is air-con. Staff are pleasant and helpful and this is only 250 pesos in a cab to the airport - there is not much around the airport but theirs not much in Manila to see! On our way back we stayed in another hotel and this location a lot nicer! the breakfast was one of the best i had in Philippines and i would defiantly stay here again
