Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (2/5): Total Scam - Everything they had listed on the website was not there. No Fridge, No Microwave, The Wifi didnt work. Only one outlet in the room worked and the TV was plugged into it. The TV was about 10 years old and didn't work. The screen would go off and on. When it did come on, there were Spanish subtitles covering the whole screen and no way to take them off. Roaches Roaches Roaches everywhere. The website also stated the place was pet friendly with a deposit but that was another lie. This was a complete and total scam.
- Tachany (2/5): horrible do not stay here. - nothing this property should be condemned. the price i paid i could have stayed at the holiday inn for 20 more dollars and got a free breakfast, workout and pool. bathroom toilets were worn out, towels were dingy, bed was awful, carpet looked to be 30 plus years old. this is a place for junkies and crackheads.
- Christopher (6/5): Pleasant -
- John (2/5): - Do not stay here they gave us a room with no fridge or microwave the sheets were disgusting sweat stains and God knows what else. Good thing there’s a Walmart near by had to go buy our own sheets because we were not using those the staff was ok but definitely did not clean our room 10/10 would not recommend go stay at the super 8 down the street if you want a good night sleep
- Gary (4/5): - No refrigerator, had to buy a Styrofoam cooler and haul ice back-and-forth and no microwave
- Frederick (4/5): Eclipse Bargain - Fair price for the eclipse stay. Friendly staff at checkin and stay.
For non-smoking rooms, may I say they smelled of smoke. Again good value for eclipse.
- Mark (1/5): Smelly and dirty - Incredibly dirty. The sheets on our bed were soiled, covered with hair and dirt.
- Don (4/5): - Floor was filthy. Sheets looked reused but not washed. Mildew on shower curtain.
- Christine (8/5): Very good -
- James (2/5): - Over night staff was extremely rude both times I’ve stayed there. Rooms are not well kept and are dirty. I didn’t trust walking around the room without wearing my socks.
- Cory (8/5): Very good -
- H2270ZUgregj (2/5): Roach hotel. - We stopped here on our way to the Florida keys, we had been driving all day and were very tired and just looking for a place to sleep for the night. The price was reasonable for me, my wife and dog but we found we had more than just the three of us in the room. The place was infested with roaches. I killed at least a dozen. Stay away, far, far away. Plus they did not accept pets so we left our little dog in the car in his kennel. When we get home we will leave our bags outside for a week in case we have any unwanted guests that tagged along. I have a video that I took of the dozens of filthy mattresses that they had lined along the fence.
- Holly (4/5): - There was roaches in the first room we reported it and the room we was moved to also had some.
- Cook (10/5): Great place to stay - I liket everything about this place
- Ray (1/5): Bad -
- Chuck (4/5): Got what I paid for not much - This time I got what I paid for it was not clean ran down. The towels looked filthy. The bed was not comfortable.
- Fadely (2/5): Very poor -
- Neil (2/5): Very poor - Sadly, other than location for our travel, there was nothing to like. The room air conditioner emitted the odor of urine, the towels were discolored and resemble painters rags, the door frame was cracked, glued, and screwed together due to multiple forced entries. There was a mucous like substance smeared on wall next to bed. After our 10 hour drive during the day, I slept 5 hours until 2am then we left, my spouse sat in a travel chair we brought, refusing to lay on the hygenically questionable bed. This was creep show brought to life.
- Jerry (4/5): it really sucked - nothing having too pay twice
- William (2/5): - Nothen it’s run down and there is bed bugs
- Ward (1/5): Bad - People upstairs was not sleeping all keep me up all night
- Merlin (2/5): - Booked online for $260 for 5 nights! They changed it to cost more on weekend!
They had bedbugs so I moved out on 3 rd night & went elsewhere at 11 pm.
- Blanca (2/5): - Everything dirty
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donald (2/5): - The room smelled like urine and I killed 3 cockroaches. Canceled my second night and went back to Red Roof Inn in Hot Springs.
Found and killed 2 more cockroaches in a bag of food that I brought back with me.
- Mostafa (8/5): Very good -
- joel (2/5): - gross
- K (1/5): I don't recommend wasting your money there. - At least I was able to sleep. I could tell that there were several rooms that were not rented however I guess since I booked online they were waiting to give me the room that had no refrigerator and no microwave I show up at 11:00 dropped off by a taxi. And I had to wait in the lobby until 1:00 to be able to check into my room. Upon arriving in my room they were still trashed from the previous tenant in the trash can. There were roaches. If booking online to save some money I would pay the extra $10 to go to motel 6. The staff in the office were very rude and unaccommodating. And had the nerve to put on my paperwork when I checked in no refund after partial use of the lobby. I really didn't have a choice but to wait in the lobby at the time. It was a very unpleasant experience on top of the other things I was going through at the time. I rented the room because there was trouble at home. I showed up with none of my belongings, very tired, and barefoot because I was escaping domestic violence. They treated me as if I was un welcome. I had spent every last dollar I had to get that room and a cab there because I had walked about three miles that morning. I felt that even though I looked online that I should have been able to get a room as soon as I arrived. As I said in the room I saw other people come in and rent rooms and get their keys right away. I felt like I was almost in display waiting in the lobby people looking at me funny for being there. I won't ever rent there again.
- Scott (4/5): SkyView Inn in Conway Would not recommend !! - Desk lady was good . Beds in room were full size not queen sized.Room had hairs on sheets and pillow cases. 4 flys in bathroom area , roach crawling on dresser top. Then when leaving found empty beer bottle underneath the bed..and we don't drink!! Also get there and pool is closed for the season. Didn't look as if it was ever open this year covered with a green slime..
- Linda (2/5): - Disgusting!! Paid for 2 nights, stayed 2 hours. Received a full refund due to the massive stains on both mattresses, which looked like blood. I swear I walked into a scene straight out of a horror movie. Pictures online are very misleading. Bathroom was dirty and there was coachroaches.
- Michelle (2/5): - There were a lot of loud noises, thought about calling the cops because I couldn't get any sleep, got an overall 3 hours of sleep due to people coming and going all night, and the toilet didn't flush. Thinking is place for parties. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
- Lacournee (8/5): - Nice hotel
- Nigera (10/5): Very clean and comfortable - The room and bathroom was very clean. I enjoyed my stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - convenient location. Very uncomfortable chair. No refrigerator; no coffee.
- Larry (10/5): The Skyline Inn is a Great Place to Stay - The staff was professional & courteous. I will definitely stay at the Skyline Inn again !!
- Verified traveler (6/5): SUPER, SUPER SEEDY - I recommend you stay at a chain hotel in the area versus here, even for the extra cost. This place was SEEDY with a capital S. On a positive note: David’s Burgers just across the street was unexpectedly fabulous!! Free fries and ice cream samples, very friendly service and excellent beef.
- Keylan (6/5): Ok - Was alright for a overnight stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was nice and was close to the stores and I like it
- Lisa (2/5): Nasty place to stay - The room was not cleaned very good at all. The roll of toilet paper that was put out on the holder had stuff on the roll that was nasty looking. Looking in the shower there was something in it thought it was a roach at first never could make out what it was . The night stand had what looked like a blood splatter on it. The air conditioner smelled of mold when I turned it on. The room itself just didn't feel right.wish I would of taken pictures.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The only bad thing I have to say is The room could use a little more attention when it comes to cleaning
- 872savannar (2/5): DONT STAY HERE - HORRIBLE! The room was disgusting not to mention I found a entire can of chewing tobacco (dip) in our room as soon as we went in would of been extremely hard to miss. So I went back to the office to ask for clean sheets and some cleaner so I could clean the room myself! I would of left but it was late and didn't want the hassle. Went back to the room to take linens off and found a PIPE under the bed that had obviously been used. This was unacceptable went to the office and was treated like I had done something wrong and they didn't want to work with me on maybe a discount only offered me a complete return and I had to find somewhere else to go late at night. I've never felt so disrespected! They do not care about their customers or place of business DO NOT spend your money here
- Stephanie (8/5): Awesome stay - Relaxing and comfortable stay very quite awsome hot showers beds are very comfortable as well will be staying again
- Michael (2/5): Spooky - If you need your concealed carry...
If you look under the bed for a body...
If you consider throwing the Gideon Bible and a handful of chicken bones at the room door to drive away the tweeker demons outside...
If you considered a romantic penicillin shot for two afterwards...
If you can still TASTE the room after deciding no amount of ammo, chicken bones or word of God could make the room doable... You might be at the skyline inn.
Had to nope the hell out of this with a refund... Drove away wishing I could shower with bleach and steel wool.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I like all if there servces , very clean and neat rooms
- Verified traveler (4/5): - it was very run down the bed was terrible the room was not very clean the front desk girl was pleasant will never stay there again
- Randall (6/5): - The hotel and staff were fine, it was the other customers near me in the middle of the night.
- Gina (8/5): - I have a stove, microwave and fridge in my room which is always nice. And in a couple hrs I'm going swimming! Very happy with my stay.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was run down and disgusting. The staff was rude. The room looked like it hadnt been clean. People where letting there dogs pee on the sidewalk where people has to walk.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - There was a funky smell in the room that wouldn’t go away. The beds were gross. The bed sheets were either dirty or stained up. We told the clerk at the front desk and they didn’t seem to care all they said was I’ll tell the cleaning crew.
- Charlene (8/5): - Stayed here while visiting family. I wish there was a hair dryer in the room, and coffee in the room, but overall, my stay was still nice. Wafflehouse is right outside! Plus, across the street are plenty of places to choose from to eat.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Easy to get to and not very far from everything. Easy check in as well
- Cobie (10/5): Road warrior - Very nice better then most hotels I stay at.i live in hotels.was a great stay
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Staff was friendly. The room was horrible. Bare minimum clean, door seemed like it had been kicked in and poorly repaired, fridge didn’t close, and had to kill one roach and felt one crawling on me while sleeping. Because I was driving across the country I needed to get whatever sleep I could get, but I left after only being there for 8 hours. I’d advise you avoid it.
- W3160RRjenniferw (2/5): Waste of space and money - If I could have given a zero star I would. There were roaches running around up the walls, coming out of the phone, the TV, the fridge and microwave as well as the drain in the shower and sink. The toilet was not secured to the floor and shifted when it was set on. The heat/cooling wall unit was disgusting (obviously the filter had not been cleaned in a VERY long time...if ever), the unit cover was broken...hanging crooked and the second bed was actually right up against the unit itself... making a possible fire hazard. The security lock was so loose that it nearly pulled out of the door. I am handicapped and the staff was advised of this by my sister whom was with me... I had great difficulty getting my walker in the door. Shady people all around the units, obvious drug deals both in the parking lot and along the 2nd story walkway... good thing I keep a 9mm bedside me. I would sleep in my vehicle before I would even consider staying there again.
- 15jamieo (4/5): Skyline Inn - I stayed there last night and the young foreign man was watching porn on his computer ! I will not stay again ! Room was ok and clean. No breakfast offered and the coffee the young man gave me was terrible. After I walk back to my room I called front desk to talk to the manager but no one would answer the phone.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Linens dirty. No fridge or microwave. Shower took 30 minutes to get warm. And cable kept going out.
- Happy (10/5): - Loved itLoved itLoved itLoved itLoved itLoved itLoved itLoved itLoved it
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The sheets had stains on them, but otherwise it was fine.
- terribabb3 (2/5): Grrrrrrr - I have friends at this motel and I am not allowed to come to this motel to see them or even allowed to call this motel and ask for the room they are in and when I ask why I am not allowed to do these things I am told the manager said so. And the rooms at this motel when I was able to come there was nasty the housekeepers there was rude and did not even speak english the front desk people had an attitude and acted like it was ok to have one no one would care and people would still rent rooms and the manager was no where to be seen or was to busy to be bothered with a complaint or anything. I have no clue what kind of motel this is but I would say never go here or stay here or you will be wishing you paid the extra money to stay else where.
- jeannie (4/5): - Drapes and comforter torn and holey. Bath fixture damaged and tile buckling
- lisamI4224TW (2/5): Lisa - Absolutely the worst hotel motel experience of my life. Peeling paint, dirty walls, filthy shower curtain, urine smell in bathroom, Rick any furniture, trash in parking lot, outside of building crumbling, staying linens, air conditioning air stunk.
- Kevin (2/5): - I was up until 2 am because a bunch of teens were in the room next door and they were yell-talking for hours.
I eventually had to switch rooms in the middle of the night just to get some sleep!
- Benjamin (4/5): Not Very Happy College Visit! - The A/C could barely keep the room cool, the pool was being worked on upon arrival and the maintenance man working on it not very polite. The WIFI in our first room kept on giving an error message. The second room was not any better, the towels were like hand towels and had stains on them as well. Not very happy with the experience with the amount of money for the room and it is in a college town!!!
- charlotte (6/5): Cheap hotel - Okay stay the staff was nice. Our room air conditioner didn’t want to work right so they moved us to different room and that air conditioning unit kept freezing up on us, lol. Other than that it was a okay hotel.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Full of flies. I killed 16. Next morning I saw 3 more
- Amber (2/5): - Mold on shower curtain, no shampoo, air conditioner knob broken off, blanket was dirty, pool was dirty, seemed to be a very shady neighborhood.
- Verified traveler (2/5): I recommend no one book this hotel. - For $10 a night more I could have stayed at a major chain motel. I was bitten by something during the night and killed numerous flys and roaches in the room. There was nothing in the room besides a phone, tv (which did not work most of the time), and towels in the bathroom. In my opinion, Expedia needs to take this place off their list of options. It sure gives you a bad name for what you recommend.
- chuck (2/5): - This hotel is for contract workers only looking for a cheap place to stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not the cleanest, but ok for the price. - Staff were very friendly when we checked in and the location was convenient (close to the highway, food, and a Walmart for basic needs). However, the towels and sheets were stained and I had to wipe down several surfaces with cleaning wipes before I felt comfortable touching them. There was one small cockroach, although I did NOT see any evidence of bed bugs, which is my major concern in hotels. We left a bit disappointed, though. Checkout staff were friendly, but as I went back to my car, the woman cleaning the rooms stopped to ask which room I was leaving. Her question reminded me that I had forgotten to tell the desk about one of the pillows, which was torn at the seams letting the stuffing come out. I tried to explain this to her, but she saw our dog and only seemed concerned about whether we had paid the $5 dog fee. We had, and the fee is very reasonable, but considering the sketchy cleanliness of the room to begin with, it was a bit annoying to have her more concerned with that than the torn pillow.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - They need to spray for roaches
- conwaykim (2/5): Phone calls - I have an emergency trying to contact someone at the front desk and they will NOT answer their phone! Very poor service, even had the help of the main office and no one will answer. This is a matter of a missing person!! Totally unacceptable. DO NOT recommend this place at all!!
- ruhlenfrankie1 (6/5): Best location for convenience. - You will enjoy this location, being within walking distance of great places to eat. Also Walmart is within a block. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. As alot of motel6's they need to replace their mattresses. Lol
- 688hayleyc (2/5): Dirty, sketchy, miserable, scary - DO NOT reccomend - Please read all, this is important info for anyone looking to stay here. I recently stayed at this motel 6 for only one night. it was sketchy, there were people walking around all night smoking and screaming/yelling. I pulled back the comforter and there was a whole lot of hair and stains on the sheets. The carpet, ceiling, walls, and tile all had stains. The entire room smelled rancid and everything felt grimy and gross, as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. I felt so disgusted and unsafe, I threw up when I got there and I couldn't even sleep or use the toilet. It was bad enough to where I did not even want to take my shoes off or set any belongings on the floor or bed. I was also very frightened during the night because I was in fear of my life for the terrible things going on outside and here in general. The entire motel on the outside was dirty as well. The bathroom was the absolute worst part, I won't even get started on that. I will never in my life stay at another motel 6 again. NEVER GO HERE it is not only disgusting, but dangerous as well.
- ShariH662 (6/5): Great low price but nothing else, clean sheets! - Great price for a 2 day stay at $38.00 a night. Parking on the side not too far from thr the door in a ample size parking lot. No "gift basket" lotion, hair cover, etc. There was soap but only one bar that had to be shared between sink and shower. No excessive towels, just enough. Bare bones room basically. Worst for me was the ice. You had to walk to the reception entrance to get a small bucket of ice at a time. If your room wasn't
- marlynbern (4/5): Really bad rooms - I got what i paid for really bad rooms but, i got to say amazing staff, the bathroom area was pretty clean, rooms even though they were non smoking it smelled like some had smoked in them. I didn't know the area my son met us there and said it wasn't a very safe area in Conway AR. We only stayed the night
- U323KDrobertk (6/5): Passing thru - This is a good hotel curtious staff clean rooms suffient parking close to eats and shopping and good location would recommend to any one there is food shopping restraunts gas stations and interstate close by they have senior n veterans discounts on room rates
- 145sharync (6/5): Low Cost and Accommodating - While on a trip with our two grandchildren and two small dogs, we were caught in a snowstorm just outside of Little Rock. When we got to the Motel 6, we found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, although the motel, itself, was a bit outdated, with small rooms. At less than $45, it was definitely easy on the wallet, especially with pets. Would stay again if passing through the area.
- D3011JWtomk (2/5): Motel 6 in Conway, AR is a dump and a Brothel Don't stay there! - I stayed at the Conway, AR location for a week and wasn't able to take a shower in all that time due to no pressure or hot water. I was forced to purchase daily memberships at a local gym in order to bathe. It also double as a Brothel, prostitutes, scumbags Johns, crackheads, tweakers. Stay away!!!! Especially if you have children.
If you want to make a complaint forget it Staff just shrugs their shoulders and corporate won't answer the phone.
- An0nyMs (6/5): Quiet (off the Interstate), otherwise your average Motel 6 - This motel is a minute or so away from the freeway, and I got a room upstairs at the back, so it was pretty quiet. Otherwise this was the typical Motel 6... I almost never find any that are "filthy" or "stay away!!!", and my room was clean with no maintenance problems. (Sorry, I didn't write down the room number when I was there.)
- daniel_aaron (4/5): Budget friendly, but... - You get what you pay for. Outdated TV, shower only -which had an awkward set-up, & had to take the stopper out of the sink for it to drain. Close to restaurants & Walmart. THIS IS A DRY COUNTY, DO NOT STAY IN CONWAY IF YOU NEED AN ADULT BEVERAGE OR BUY SOMETHING AT THE MANY LIQUOR STORES 30+ MILES OUT. No shortage on churches to attend!! Staff here are friendly & small pool available 10a-10p.
- E7351CMChris (2/5): Filthy, stinky, and noisy. - Garbage splashed all over old TV. Overwhelming stink of cigarettes. Flies all over room. Sink didn't drain. Food crusted in filthy microwave. Rumpled, once-damp-but-now-dried carpet. Saggy old mattress. Bathroom floor so sticky we wore our shoes in up to the edge of the shower. People stomping in room overhead till midnight, then hollering all over outside at all hours. People smoking right outside the room. Car alarms, loud motorcycles, people dragging stuff across parking lot, etc. in very early morning. Left hotel by 5:30 a.m., pointless to try sleeping there. Would NEVER stay again.
- 835lenah (6/5): The Usual Cheap Hotel - This was pretty much what you'd expect from a cheap hotel. Nothing extra, nothing fancy. The non-smoking room did not smell like smoke. It does not have shampoo unless you buy it. But if you're just looking for a cheap hotel for a night, this is right off the interstate, easy to find and within walking distance of Walmart and about 10 restaurants--fast food and dine-in. Worked just fine for us, no complaints.
- 787janiceg (6/5): Great price & nice people at the desk. - This is not a luxury motel, but, it's a fair place to stay very cheap. Most rooms are dated, but clean. You have to pay extra for WIFI, but for $39 for one person, I would stay there again. It's very close to restaurants, Starbucks is just past Waffle house, which is next door. Burger King, David's Burgers, Cracker Barrel & Walmart are within site. It could use some updating, but, I rather pay a low price, than enjoy the decorating.
- CrossCntryGal (8/5): Noisy area, polite staff, good location for shopping. - When I arrived was given a room on the back side of the motel, which was cold, shady and crammed with cars, trucks and odd people floating around, some arguing with each other. I felt uncomfortable and went back to the front desk to get my room changed to the other side of the motel where it was sunny and there were no cars parked. Why didn't they put me there first? When I tried to change it I was told that all the rooms were booked on the sunny side--and I had made reservations at least two days earlier. So I pressed the issue politely and after a couple of minutes the young lady at the desk reluctantly "allowed" me to change my room, but not before warning me that I would have to park my truck against the fence and not right by my room, as if the 20 feet to walk from my truck to my room would be an inconvenience to me. The first room she suggested was right beneath a stairwell near where the people were milling about in the back so I said no, how about one of these (that were "reserved") instead and she did find one that was suitable. I would have to say that between that Motel6 and the previous two I had stayed at the two nights before (I was driving cross-country) it seemed that there was some sort of policy to cram people all together on back sides of these motels. I don't understand why. It made me feel like I was part of a cattle call. I will say that the desk staff was pleasant but I also felt as though the young lady had a script she was reading from. I spent an extra night there despite the noisy room heater that went on and off all night. Couldn't get a good rest but the mattress was comfortable nonetheless. Wifi will cost you but they gave me one nights wifi for free for my trouble with the room.
