- U4481SQlucys (10/5): Holiday - Brilliant hotel, staff amazing, clean, any questions staff are more than happy to help with anything. Surrounding area is amazing lots to do shops, tattoo shop about a 1 min walk from the hotel is amazing staff are so nice made us feel welcome. Had 3 tattoos in 3 days honestly amazing.
Highly recommended will defo be coming back
- piotru487 (10/5): Family holiday - Good entertainment. Umit very good person...
Good food
Good alocation
Good location on the main street, rooms overlook the pool and the street side overlook the mountains. Good food, a wide selection, and close to local shops and supermarkets. You can rent an electric scooter for the whole day at a reasonable price. You can also book excursions to interesting places. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby manager was helpful and showed us and told us about good shops for shopping at reasonable prices.
- gordonmX6386GH (4/5): Terrible - Very disappointed entertainment was 1 out of 10 food was very repertive room was very small price was OK but defo not a 4 star more like a 1 star table tennis no net no pool table no tea facilities in room would never go back to this hotel
- lisatD7583JP (2/5): DANGEROUS FOOD PLEASE AVOID - We stayed here from the 8th of Oct. Myself, partner and my dad who's in his 70's
We were very disappointed with the food but as we had booked all inclusive we decided to try the food and drinks. 3 days into the holiday my dad became unwell and spent the rest of the week in his room with severe vomiting and diahreah.
We suspected food poisoning straight away.
Myself and my partner spent the week looking after him as anyone would
We complained to the hotel but nothing was done.
Myself and my partner ate out as we just didn't trust the food, it looked disgusting, was cold, left uncovered and was very obviously being reused from previous meals.
On the day we were due to fly home my dad was very poorly and just wanted to get home, requiring a wheelchair at the airports because he was so weak. On arriving back at Birmingham we took my dad straight to the hospital where he spent several days after being diagnosed with salmonella posioning and severe dehydration.
THIS HOTEL NEEDS CLOSING DOWN IMMEDIATELY.
My dad is now on the mend but this could have ended very differently. Im in contact with on the beach so we'll see!
- peteg207 (2/5): give this a huge miss - worst hotel ever stopped in...dirty room and dangerous plugs food is horrible and cold..drinks watered down and small measures hotel rep is rude...no tea or coffee 24hrs a day as stated ....i complained to on the beach and got this reply....Mike (On the Beach)

Hi Peter
My name is Mike and I have been further
Thank you for taking the time to contact us, and I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience at the Club Munamar Beach Resort. It's clear that several aspects of your holiday fell short of what you should expect, and I can understand your frustration.
The issues with your room condition - including the broken light switch, dripping taps, and makeshift air conditioning repair - are disappointing. Being moved to a connecting room where you were then disturbed by neighbouring guests until the early hours must have been extremely upsetting on your holiday. I'm also sorry to hear about your experience with the resort representative.
I understand your disappointment with the food and beverage quality. However, as these concerns are based on personal taste and preference, they don't provide grounds for compensation. Typically, hotel management can address food-related concerns during your stay by improving service or offering alternative options within your all-inclusive package. While I appreciate that you chose to eat out and incurred additional costs, as this was a personal decision, we're unable to offer reimbursement for these expenses.
I also note that you had not spoken with our dedicated 24/7 In-Resort Support Team during your stay. Their contact details are clearly outlined on the first page of your booking documentation, and they are available around the clock to assist with any issues that may arise whilst you're away. This team is in place specifically to help resolve problems in real time—whether that involves speaking directly with the hotel on your behalf, arranging alternative solutions, or escalating matters if needed. By reaching out during your holiday, we are often able to take immediate steps to address concerns and improve your experience whilst you're still in resort.
Unfortunately, without the opportunity to do so, we weren't able to implement corrective action at the time, and now you're already home the resolution we can provide is significantly limited. Whilst I understand that it may not always feel convenient to raise issues while away, this contact is vital to ensuring that problems can be dealt with swiftly and effectively.
After a full review of your complaint, and taking everything into consideration, we believe the gesture offered in our last response is fair considering all circumstances. Whilst I sympathise that you aren't happy with the resolution, we would be unable to offer any additional resolutions.
Once again, I apologise for any lasting disappointment.
Best wishes
Mike

- 708syedai (2/5): Shocked by the Behavior of the Manager – Very Disappointing - Our stay at Club Munamar Beach Hotel was extremely disappointing and upsetting. We were looking forward to a relaxing holiday, but instead it turned into a stressful experience. The music was unbearably loud and went on until the early morning hours, making it impossible to rest. When we asked to change our room, we were shocked by the response we received from one of the managers.
He was very rude and unhelpful. Rather than assisting us, he tried to make money from us by offering to book taxis, excursions, and other activities at very high prices. He kept saying we were his “responsibility” and pressured us to accept his offers. He even asked for our personal details, which felt completely inappropriate.
When we refused to go along with his suggestions, he became angry and started to behave very disrespectfully, refusing to help with the room change. We were honestly shocked by his behavior — this is not how guests should be treated anywhere, especially at a hotel claiming to offer a relaxing holiday experience.
We left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I truly hope the hotel management takes this seriously, as no guest should have to experience such treatment.
- R5178DXjulieb (2/5): Terrible - Shocking. Reception was very clean. Staff on reception very helpful
Hotel room was clean but very outdated
Food was outrageous kept at lukewarm temperature covered in flies moldy bread
Causing food poisoning from day 2. Drink machine always empty or turned off. No entertainment at all
Had to eat out at bar next to hotel fabulous food and drinks at the black bull cortusey of George and team.
Hotel was closing for season so was moving families from hotel to another.staff was using bath towels from hotel as floor mops
Disgusting
- yeknomstam (2/5): Avoid at all costs. 0 star hotel - 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would avoid at all costs.
We stayed at this hotel in Icelmer, Turkey and unfortunately had a very poor experience from start to finish.
Food & Dining
The food was basically inedible. There was very little variety — the same dishes were served every day — and nothing tasted fresh, many things pulled back out and reheated for the next meal. The meats were hit and miss if they where pink in the middle. Most of the food was left uncovered and often covered in flies.
I’m English and my partner is Polish, so usually one of us finds something to enjoy even when options are limited. But here, neither of us could.
The allergen labels were completely unreliable. Some cards showed every allergen possible, while others missed obvious ones — for example, cauliflower cheese didn’t have a milk symbol despite being covered in cheese.
I have coeliac disease and can’t eat gluten, but when I asked staff for clarification, they just told me to ignore the labels and pointed to a few things and said they were fine. I trusted them for the first day then ended up having a reaction and being unwell for the rest of my holiday. After that I only ate boiled eggs and beans from the all inclusive and ate out.
There were also no freshly made omelettes, pancakes, or crepes like you’d expect at an all-inclusive resort.
Drinks
There are no cocktails included in the all-inclusive package. The only spirits available were Malibu, vodka, and whisky — and all the mixers tasted flat.
The would serve children for alcohol with no ID checks. A 15-year-old was served easily, and when we tested it by sending up our 12-year-old, they served her too without question.
Room & Facilities
Our room was in very poor condition:
There were air conditioning units in the room but these didn’t work.
The bedroom door hinge was broken and wouldn’t close properly.
There was mould in the bathroom.
Toilet roll was never replaced — we had to keep asking.
Bedsheets weren’t changed once during our 6-day stay, and towels were only changed once. They say every 3 days for towels
Staff & Service
The staff were mostly uninterested and often on their phones, including the lifeguard, who barely watched the pool.
At the welcome meeting, we were made to feel uncomfortable. They insisted our whole group attend (including our kids), and when we said the children were staying in the room, they became argumentative insisting they come down. Once they found out we had already booked excursions, they became rude and stopped speaking to us in English altogether.
Overall
This was one of the worst all-inclusive experiences we’ve ever had. The food was unsafe, staff were unprofessional, and even basic facilities like air conditioning and doors didn’t work properly.
We definitely would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone — especially families or anyone with dietary requirements.
- Simondavid60 (4/5): We will not be going back! - Let’s start with a few myth busters.
1. The hotel is clean and our room was made up every day.
2. The drinks are not watered down. I saw new bottles being opened all the time.
3. Yes, many of the staff have limited English but they are mostly friendly. Gina, Shami at the restaurant bar. Sarhad at the pool bar. Aziz and Saleh at reception. The security guard helping us get coffee at 5 in the morning before on of our excursions.
So far, so good…..
However,
1. The food is really poor. The hygiene standards are awful (a tray of cooked chicken was left uncovered on the side for over 20 minutes before being put into a Bain Marie to heat). Most of the food was cold because it doesn’t come out of the kitchen fresh and then is warmed in the Bain Marie. However, because most people are waiting, the food never gets a chance to heat.
The chicken tasted of fish so obviously cooked in the same oil.
Replenishment of dishes was a real problem.
There were very few authentic Turkish dishes.
The highlight of the food was the Kebab which was done every 3 days and the stir fry cooked in front of the customers.
2. The hotel’s tour guide is expensive. Jason at No Name Tours or Sebastian via Savas Cafe are better informed and cheaper for the same tour.
3. Unless you like bingo the entertainment is poor except one night where we watched Tron.
4. Much of our frustration came from inconsiderate people, mostly Brits unfortunately, who were determined for us to listen to their music and their unruly kids.
5. The beach is lovely without the aforementioned Brits but is not part of the all inclusive package and the beach supervisor tries to sell drinks at inflated prices.
- Seaside43502349653 (6/5): Very basic - The hotel is very basic and clean, rooms are ok some better than others. We had to move halfway through our holiday due to part of the hotel closing ( strange).
Food was very mediocre, lukewarm same food everyday and looked like yesterdays left overs. Staff where not very friendly, you are left to find everything on your own or ask. No explanation of where things are or what is on. We went at the end of season so completely understand certain things are seasonal but there was zero communication.
Overall for a 3star it’s one of those you get what you pay for however there are much better ones out there just as cheap.
Also the beach is not a 60second stroll more like couple of mins. And you don’t get the all inclusive at the beach.
- Q2770YVjacquelined (2/5): Horrible stay away from this place filthy hair in bedding and on towels food is inedible - Went to this supposedly four star hotel I would scrape and give it a one. Somebody entered my room while I was asleep. I had to be moved rooms I paid for all inclusive and the food was an edible. I had to eat out every day. Only three drink types . were allowed on the all inclusive,
I’ve actually made a complaint and also came home with sickness and diarrhoea never again would I go here or recommend it to anybody?towels changed every 3 days discoloured and full of other people’s hair would never step foot in here again it’s needs downgrading
- Chrissie2905 (2/5): Believe the negative reviews, truly awful - I have stayed in budget hotels before, but this one, believe the negative reviews. It was awful from the time of arrival to leaving 2 days later. I put the key card into the slot to get electric, the whole thing fell out of the wall. Managed to get it back in finally. The staff weren’t interested, telling us the manager will be in at 9am! The door had a lovely hole in it, where someone had obviously kicked it. The restaurant, if you can call it that served nothing but cold food. My grandson had a strawberry (I think!) sponge, when he cut into it, it was green with mould!! Staff weren’t bothered. The entertainment area was dirty & uncomfortable and the drinks tasted foul. The ‘on the beach’ rep, isn’t a rep at all, he just sells overpriced trips, aggressively! We decided to cut short our stay as no-one was prepared to listen to our complaints. We checked out after 2 awful days, telling them the reasons why, and booked into a better hotel for the rest of our holiday.
- carolinesV393WV (6/5): You get what you pay for - Icmeler is a very touristy area which closes down 20th October. marmaris is very touristy too. The authentic Turkey is not here. All bars, English food, most shops are fake clothes. A few small market stalls exist along the main canal which looks cute. Restaurants are uk prices. We saw 1 restaurant only with an authentic Turkish menu.
The hotel reception staff are not enthusiastic but answered queries.
We’ve myth busted many negative reviews. Our room for example has been cleaned almost daily. Some reviews we agree with, it’s a uk 3 star and that’s what you pay for. A bit tired in places, But not broken.
Food in restaurant is adequate but bland and hot food, isn’t. Head outside to the bbq area as it is tasty, fresh, and hot.
Flex’ restaurant bar staff, is a breath of fresh air.
The main hotel (there are 3 locations close together), our pool/sea/canal view was lovely, though loud music/people from the entertainment area below.
Everywhere is very clean. Always get pool bed. No bed cushions. No beach towels provided. Everything in small cups so we bought souvenir mugs and used these.
Hotel shop isn’t expensive and has most of what you want.
The hotels beach area does look clean and have cushions, (bit tired), and shades, no all inclusive facility.
Lovely bay promenade.
- brookecE1930XU (4/5): not worth the money sadly - icmeler is a BEAUTIFUL place but this hotel is a NO unfortunately… if you can live off chips on chips on chips then you’ll be sorted. cocktails do NOT come with all inclusive and will even refuse to make them even if your willing to pay.
also do NOT!!!! book excursions with this hotel the bloke in navy blue will ROB you. paid £230 for 3 trips but found out the trips were £15 per person… makes no sense. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.
beautiful place but many cons.
- leyliat2025 (2/5): Avoid like you would Covid - From the time of arriving and leaving (5 days early because we changed hotels), this is by far the WORST hotel I have ever been in, room was tiny and I wouldn’t even give the food to my dog let alone eat it myself…DO NOT waste your money and book this place
- DayTrip10992023674 (8/5): Not as bad as everyone makes out - We had a great holiday here with our three children. Staff were lovely, especially the girls at the pool with the slide.
Rooms were a little outdated but who cares the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious.
Food was ok, not very hot at times but there was always something to eat my daughter is really picky and one of the chefs made her some Turkish sausage on its own which we was very thankful for!
Pools cleaned everyday, the pool with the slide has a lifeguard there everyday whether it be the men or women the woman which my daughter adored!
The mini disco wasn’t really a mini disco, two songs of just one woman who had hardly any clothing on danced when doing entertainment for kids I’d expect them to be dressed accordingly.
The shows afterward though were very entertaining .
The places you can sit and enjoy in this resort are lovely.
Only bad part, the receptionist on arrival well the day after marched my parents who was staying over the road very abruptly out of the hotel when they just wanted to check in on us.
But overall great stay we’d stay again for the right price.
Can’t moan when it wasn’t that expensive too stay.
Oh sunbeds very hard to get a bed by the pools and in the sun people was putting towels down and not turning up until late afternoon one of the lifeguards though with the bold head didn’t catch his name, sorry. Did remove them eventually.
- 233victorn (4/5): It depends - We had a nice stay in this hotel in 2021 and decided to get back to Ichmeler. While Ichmeler is still the same gem of the Aegian sea, the hotel has dropped it level dramatically.
But it depends on your type. If you enjoy screaming 'till 3 AM beneath the windows, smoking in restraunts and listening to pop music all day long - well, that's your choice exactly. No one will forbid it here. If you enjoy the silence, good food and fresh air - better search for another hotel, there are lots of them in Ichmeler. The management does not see any problem here, so I think the following years it will only evolve.
Sorry, we really love Ichmeler, but we will never return to Munammar.
- 183lyndseys (2/5): Awful 🤮 - Awful hotel. You are so far away for the pools and restaurant. They say it’s all inclusive but there is not much food time and tbh I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. We ate out every day. The staff never spoke to us and the rooms are grubby. No entertainment on in the nights, would never come back here if it was free.,
- LightPacker571528 (2/5): Worst hotel ever been to - Worst hotel ever been in food cold rooms never cleaned beds changed once in 2weeks our party of 43had food poisoning still not right now been home for 3weeks tui rep only wants sell you trips very rude man hounds you till you meet him
- gabrielacJ6047CL (4/5): Awful - First time in Turkey, very disappointed with the hotel, after reading reviews we had some expectations that were all crushed. The cleaning staff was rude when asked to empty a bin that hadn’t been emptied in a week. The food was cold or stale, not many options. Any food that wasn’t covered had flies all around it. Not worth going all inclusive, option of 5 drinks at the bar, no cocktails, most of the staff was rude and unfriendly. Had to go to reception to ask for paper and clean towels as for 3 people in 1 room we had 1 towel provided every time.
Wouldn’t recommend it specially for family with kids.
- tarlar2025 (2/5): Awful place, do not recommend, holiday ruined! - I would not recommend this hotel at all! The food is not edible, same choices every day and the food we did eat (chips) were freezing cold! Went all inclusive but probably spent more eating out every day than the actual holiday itself. The hotel is split into 3 different places so you have to go to a different place for the crap food anyway which isn't really ideal for someone that struggles with their mobility. All of the pools are quite deep which isn't good for people that are unable to swim as not able to touch the ground. Im 5ft 1 and wasn't able to go in the pool as unfortunately I can't swim. Hotel could have been cleaner, it wasn't the worst but definitely needs improvement on this. The door to my room couldn't be closed because the hinges etc didn't match up. Not the main room but as it was a family room its separated into 2 bed rooms. We was only allowed 1 key between the 3 of us which was no good as we would have liked to do some things separately but couldn't. Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this hotel. My sons first ever holiday was pretty much ruined, all the spending money we brought with us had to go on food every day.
- M4726PLconnies (2/5): WORST HOTEL EVER - Absolutely awful, this hotel is appalling and far from what is advertised!!! The rooms are extremely basic and dated, our room had a cupboard with no back to it and a leaky toilet. There was a scratchy blanket on the bed and only one bottom sheet which had spunk stains on it. Food was absolutely vile and greasy, causing my friend to be sick due to being served frozen chicken!!! The only good thing about this place is the location but other than that don’t go here!!! Yes it’s cheap but I wouldn’t even pay £50 to stay here again.
- sarah19792018 (4/5): One star all inclusive - The hotel was clean & in a good location, the staff were friendly apart from the Manager - a pushy & rude man with such an arrogant persona.
It states this hotel is a four star hotel - not a chance - no entertainment, food was awful & everything was cold, breakfast choice was disgusting - cold beans, cold scrambled egg, no fruit & rock hard bread. We complained but nothing changed.
Not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests & no shower or luggage room if you have a late flight. Drinks were not great & tasted watered down
- hollybE808LG (2/5): Not worth your time and money! - I’ve just came back from a holiday in this hotel. To say the least, I’ve spent more money out here than I paid for the holiday on other restaurants and bars. Purely because the food was not the best, cold and repetitive, and no evening entertainment what so ever! One evening I bit into a half frozen chicken! Staff was not bothered by this! There is no WiFi- it is appalling!! If me and my partner had not met a wonderful family out here we would have had a pretty boring time. Most of the staff looked unhappy and could barely speak English! The room only consisted of a small fridge. Our door to our room had a broken handle which made me very uneasy. The room doors are very thin, so you hear absolutely everything in the corridors. The drink choices are very minimal. The hotel is nothing as it is described! It is split between three buildings. So if you want to grab food you will have to walk across the street to the hotel where the restaurant is. There is very minimal sun lounge space. The only thing I can compliment is the rooms and hotel areas were clean.
Overall, me and my partner will not be staying in this hotel again, and shall choose to spend money on hotel that actually is worth it!
- joshuavN7326IA (10/5): Amazing - hotel was amazing food adequate 3 pools best part is the pool with the slide some amazing people very friendly and the best part about it was a three lovely ladies behind the bar are amazing and so friendly always happy to have a chat shout to Shermin,Chinar, filek definitely come again
- Carly797 (2/5): Hotel not great - Hotel was situated in a great location, lots of bars and restaurants around. Rooms were basic but clean and had good air-conditioning, food was awful, spent lots of money eating out even though we were all inclusive, I can usually find something to eat but struggled at this hotel. I found staff to be fine, no issues and place very clean and hygienic. Could access the beach but limited beds available for this hotel. Could always get a seat at the bar in the sun and could get served quickly at bar. Check in was quick when we arrived. Entertainment was awful, 3 kids songs for mini disco and 30 minutes of entertainment if it was even on, same songs played on repeat every single day and no entertainment during day. Welcome rep pushy. Had to leave the hotel to go to another building if you wanted to eat. No ice cream or crisps etc in all inclusive and snacks consisted of burgers between 2-4pm each day. Overall we did have a good time due to the company and weather but spent much more than expected due to eating out most nights.
- salfree1973 (2/5): Don’t waste your money - Well i can honestly say this is a bad hotel, twin room for 3 adults and a child , we had 4 beds only 3 towels, food was shocking , nothing for breakfast or any other meal , ate out most of the time which you don’t expect from a all inclusive hotel, no cocktails , no icecream , rude rep - we didn’t want any trips out so didn’t go to welcome meeting, so he was rude for the remaining time we were there.
people were complaining about rooms and food all the time - staff had a “not my problem attitude “
bad smell off drains outside , room 102 was very noisy with the sound of the cases and trolley constantly. people knocking on doors at all times of the day , people shouting again all hours of the day, music playing yntil the early hours.
- Y295KTrobertp (2/5): Very poor - Hotel was in a great location, rooms were clean but very basic, that's probably the only good things. staff were rude, never said hello, please or thank you, smiling was so so difficult for most of them.
Food , I can only say in a week we had a burger , that was it. The food looked good on times but was never warm, a microwave was provided., people were cleaning it before using it.Even the soup which was yoghurt with hot chilli and mint every night had orange rings of something in it.All inclusive bar had vodka, malibu and whisky...nothing else other than soft drinks.
No late check out rooms even though we had to be out of the room by noon and weren't being picked until around midnight, we were told to change in the toilet
- Explore31764857051 (6/5): Honeymoon - Club munamar beach resort we stayed for our honeymoon after reading some good reviews and changing hotels after we had bad ones on the one we booked. Firstly we got there and they put us on a ground floor room which was like a dungeon including staff member who showed us to the room but never helped carry bags but they had put petals on the bed at request from a relative which was nice.
Rooms were clean and spacious but could do with updating but we were moved the day after arrival on request from the manager which was quick!
Choice of 3 pools which was good as there was a lot of guests, so you could choose which one as there was lots of children and they were around the children’s pool with a slide.
Staff were nice and friendly which is a positive.
Food was repetitive and wasn’t a 4* star in our eyes, also by the time we got to dinner each night after not wanting to be there at 7pm bang on there was hardly anything left and nothing was put out for those who come down later. Snack bar was the same more or less each day.
Drinks on all inclusive were ok soft drinks always available and alcohol ones to only thing that isn’t provided is cocktails and on a 4* resort this would be expected.
Entertainment was little to none from speaking to regulars around the pool they stated they used to have lots of entertainment including pool games which in 12 days we had 0. This is one of the let downs of this hotel which would make it better reviews.
We had a fantastic holiday making memories on our honeymoon around icmeler which is a beautiful Island and we will definitely be back however we will be giving this hotel a miss.
I feel that they need to think about reviews on how to improve which would make us want to come back and want us to recommend to family and friends however we won’t be recommending in this occasion.
- P2275PDsarahr (2/5): Worse place ever - Do not visit this hotel! Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in by far food is awful u won’t get a sun bed and most are in the shade anyway so if ur a sun lover good luck! The man that works on the beach is the rudest man ur ever meet and will tell you that u have to buy something to have a bed if u refuse to buy something he simply won’t give u a bed if your English then good luck in the hotel they don’t like us
- WendyC950 (4/5): Very boring and underwhelming Hotel - Wendy UK - Just back from 1 week at this all inclusive hotel. The resort is spread over 3 separate areas with a pool in each. My check in/out was no problem, room clean and sufficient. I'm not a fussy eater but even I got bored after 3 days of same same very mediocre luke warm food. Entertainment was none existent, not what was advertised via On the Beach, staff were not very helpful, spoke little if no English, quite rude at times. No atmosphere in the hotel to ensure your stay an enjoyable one. If it wasn't for other friendly holiday makers from UK then this would have ended as a bad choice. The private beach was also not well advertised. You had to purchase a drink to gain access to the 10min walk to the beach. Wifi was useless..only worked near the pool. If you have a mobility issue there is quite a high stepping bridge to cross to the food hall. One pool has a lifeguard but they spent their time on the phone so good luck with that. Went out for food and prices not as expensive has I had previously was lead to believe. Could get Set meals for average £20 - fillet steak or £11 chicken/pasta/pizza. Staff very friendly a delight to go out from this very boring and underwhelming Hotel. On the beach Sells it well but what you get is not the same.. shame.. no one for the return too.
- 405crissyd (6/5): Average - First night hotel tried to cramp five of us in a small room, I went to reception and got it changed to what I paid for. Beds are outdated Hotel in it self was very clean ,staff are always cleaning, lifeguards are awesome always looking after kids. Hotel rep rude and just wants to force tours on u at ridiculous prices, talking about welcome meeting but only to sell tours. Food is horrible ,on an odd night u may find the dinner good. Food is mainly catered for Russians. Fruits are great. Drinks are ok. There are better glasses than the cheap ones you just need to ask for it. Entertainment for adults is mainly for Russians but kids had some great nights of entertainment.
- Culture792971 (6/5): Waste of money - The hotel really needs to take on board the views of many guests in regards to the hotel “rep”
He is rude and aggressive, if you don’t book excursions with him
He refuses to answer any other queries you may have and will continue to ignore you or give dirty looks for the rest of your stay, some could find this very intimidating.
The hotel is over 3 locations with the restaurant and water slide across the road and around a corner.
The food is uneatable, I tried breakfast a dinner and a lunch, the only enjoyable food was the salads. So ate out for the duration which kind of defeated the object of all inclusive with 3 children.
The rooms are crowded with a double bed, single and fold up bed in between.
The bar used plastic thin disposable cups with limited choice.
Positive was the children made lots of friends and enjoyed the main pool.
The tattoo staff were all very friendly and sweet
- 510allisong (2/5): Not recommended - Positives first.
Great location
Nice pools
Cleaner came to see if our room needed cleaning daily , gave us fresh towels and toilet rolls
Air conditioning free
Lost our key , was replaced quickly for a small charge
Negatives
Food awful . I'm not a fussy eater but even the breakfast was awful. Went down for breakfast once , walked out just disgusting
Did not dine at all for the whole holiday, dispointing, spent a lot of money dinning out.
The Bar is the worst all inclusive bar I have ever seen , very small selection of drinks , served in horrible plastic tumblers. No cocktails
Juice and coffee are served from machines , turned off at night RIDICULOUS. But the coffee is nice .
Staff don't speak any English use phone translation to speak to you .
Bed rock hard very uncomfortable,
Very noisy at night till around 2am
All in all would not go back to this hotel would get apartment and dine out .
- Chelle20113 (2/5): Never again - Hotel itself was ok clean and friendly staff. Food was terrible we ate only 2 times in the hotel, we never expect great on ai but normally if all else fails you can have some chips but even the chips were not cooked properly. The entertainment was not even worth bothering with one night it was actually good a show called tron but only lasted for 15 minutes. Never saw the day time activities they advertised water polo which our son loves but never saw it happen. My son left his wallet in a carrier bag in the room cleaners we believe threw it out. Explained to reception what had happened for them to just say we spoke to cleaner she only threw out paper but obviously this was wrong as the bag and wallet had gone, even if they told us where the main bins were we would have gone through it ourselves (well son would have) over all very disappointed if they sort out the food and entertainment it would be a great hotel. The only good point is it is in an excellent location
- Z7312FIkimw (2/5): Poor hotel great area - Sadly this is not a positive review. I don’t normally leave reviews, but due to such a poor experience of this hotel and being mislead by the photos I feel it is worth informing others so they avoid disappointment like ourselves.
The hotel clearly has a new and old section, it’s 2 separate hotels split across a road and the photos on the site are nothing like that of the room we were given. For a family of 4 we were crammed in to a room that was clearly for only 2 people. There was no draws or storage for any of our clothes and we were living out of the suitcases off of the floor. The bathroom was no bigger than a port-a loo and due to only having the 1 room between the 4 of us you had to change in there as well. We were constantly going to reception to request towels for 4 people as the cleaners only ever switched out towels and provided enough for 2 people each time. On request for these everything would take at least a hour to then receive, nothing was done in a timely manner. The lock to our room door broke on our second day and they refused to move us to another room so we could shower and leave the hotel to go for dinner. We had to sit and wait it out in the room for over 3 hours until they managed to find a lock they could switch it out for. We had no way of locking or closing our door. The reception and our rep didn’t once apologise for this inconvenience and the rep was more concerned about the fact we didn’t go to the welcome meeting for him to sell us an over priced excursion. He was one of the most rudest and obnoxious people I had come across and he was extremely unhelpful. We ended up having to eat out most occasions as the food at the hotel is not pleasant. I was ill after having the breakfast one morning and the lunches and dinners are just on repeat the whole time. No variation or theme nights and very limited choices. Breakfasts aren’t even labeled up as to what everything is and desserts are bland and just soaked in a syrup to try and give it some kind of texture. The hotel stated, through love holidays, that it had a gym and as we are a fit family we regularly use a gym so ensured we chose a hotel with these facilities. This was mis sold as when we arrived at the hotel and looked around, we asked in the spa where the gym was to be informed there was no gym and it was now a shop.
The area in which the hotel is located and the local beeches are all fantastic. Icmeler is a great location but this hotel itself was a complete let down and one we would never want to book again.
- victormZ6830EJ (2/5): Avoid this hotel. There are much better budget hotels in icmeler - Don't stay here especially if your English. Food is disgusting. Hotel is falling apart. Staff are mainly unfriendly but some are OK. The rep is rude and pushy and trys to charge nearly double to other tour operators. The entertainment is karaoke that is only for Russian people
- amaa786 (2/5): Horrible start to finish - We arrived to the hotel we was a group of 11 including six children when we was given rooms three rooms on the same floor the rooms was infested with ants broken beds toilet seat seats broken mould everywhere when we were asked to move they refuse to move as and said we had no room and said they could movers if we paid £100 per night the food in the restaurant was disgusting. We had to eat out. The staff was very rude. It was a horrible experience as language barrier. The excursion guy who works with the hotel tries to intimidate you and demands you book excursions with them and he rips you off. Tries to sell you something that doesn’t even exist if you are to book excursions go across the road and he is quarter of the price as we didn’t book with the excursion guy whenever we used to walk past him he used to just give us dirty and order something in his language to the other Staff please please please do not go to this hotel. Avoid it not entertainment for kids states this is a result. Stay away. You’d rather go somewhere else than here.
- annawS3749ND (6/5): Good for the money. - Room was clean. Towels changed every 3 days. No towels for pool/beach. Food was similar each night and was mainly Turkish with a few options of chips/wedges/pasta. Beds were made on the first day but because we didnt leave a tip, they were not made again until again until fourth day. No night time entertainment apart from a children's disco. Watch for the guy trying to sell trips. The vent for the bathroom isn't private unless you close the window from outside the room. A great location, close to shops and the beach. Overall good value for money.
- K701YVlucyw (4/5): Began as a dissapointment but we made do! - I don't usually leave reviews but feel like i have to on this occasion.
Where to begin... my family of 7 2 adults, 16, 16, 15, 11 and 4.
On arrival at 4am we were greeting with a (broken) travel cot in one of the rooms for my 4 year old. When asking to change rooms, we were told simply it was tough and there was nothing they could do. There words were just let him sleep with you. A room change happened after pestering all the next day. I heard other stories of people being made to pay for a different room and with various fees. It was not what is advertised. The beach part is a differnt hotel entirely. The rooms look nothing like the provided pictures. Hardly any room and they smell unclean.
The food well... it was laughable. Not even a fruit bowl.
The evening entertainment is okay some days but theres no seating to watch it.
However, the bar staff were lovely and the kids enjoyed there stay. we met some lovely people and the pools are okay. We made the most of a very basic hotel. If you have already booked this hotel we recommend finding the nearest migros (there local aldi/lidl store) and pop some food into your fridge you'll need it!
- 626krystleb (8/5): Honest review! Great stay at munamar will be back - Honest review! We stayed here as a family of 4 for 10 nights from July 14 2025. We had a great stay! We were very worried with all the reviews we have seen so expected the worst but please judge for yourself instead of reading the bad reviews. The worse part for me about this place is the rep for the 'welcome meeting' he's pushy and just looking for a sale on excursions. Don't buy from him he's extortionate avoid meeting him if possible it's a waste of time go to 'no name tour" over the road he is at least half price( maybe less) and such a nice guy not pushy at all. Food - never went hungry. Plenty of fresh food not much choice for English guests but not bad. Plenty of fish and meat choices some of it is cold but in all honesty the guests leave the food warmers open which is the problem. There is a microwave if this happens. Rooms- small but clean we had cleaner in every 3rd day and more often if you leave the door hanger on the outside of your door so they know you would like an extra clean or towels. Staff- don't speak much English but all staff do try there best and very helpful, never was an issue during our stay. Cleanliness- all grounds, pools, tables ect are cleaned daily and this will be seen during your stay.
Entertainment - this was the downfall for me was very hit and miss, Turkish night was good and also the dancing lights were amazing.
Drinks- beer, soft drinks, tea coffee and a small selection of sprits are available for all inclusive. Beach- is not attached to the hotel like suggested its around a 2 -3 minute walk. Sunbeds are free free but drinks ect are not just for a heads up. All in all we had a great time and would definitely return.
- 465marlonb (2/5): READ ME !!! (Privacy / Scams / No Hygiene) - ⚠️ Extremely Poor Privacy Design
The toilet and shower privacy is unacceptable. There is a "vent" system that doesn’t shut properly and even when closed, you can still see into the bathroom — I tested this myself in my own room. If you try to close it for privacy, there's no ventilation, and the bathroom becomes unbearably hot. Completely flawed design that compromises basic dignity.
💰 Tourist Trap Setup with "Mr Cheap"
There is a shady system involving a shop called “Mr Cheap” (look it up on TikTok). They offer supposed 20% discounts, which is false. Tour guides and even hotel staff are in on the scam. Once you go to this shop, you're pressured with aggressive sales tactics, and they even target and intimidate children to force a sale.
If you don’t buy anything, they won’t take you back to the hotel, even though they arranged the ride. It’s all part of a tourist exploitation scheme. Avoid completely.
🚫 No Towels or Toilet Paper Provided
Yes — really. You are not allowed towels or toilet paper. Staff openly say it is prohibited. If you’re a family of 3 or more, you will get 1 large towel and 2-3 small face cloths, even for a week-long stay. When asked, they say they can’t afford to give more due to financial issues. Basic hygiene needs are treated like luxury items.
🧪 “Test Rooms” – Designed to Exploit Guests
If you don’t complain, they will keep you in the worst possible rooms. Ours had black mold, broken air conditioning, and a strange odor.
They judge new guests to see if you're an “easy target.” If you say nothing, they do nothing.
Also, their so-called “interconnecting family rooms” are a lie — it’s just one room with a connecting door to a windowless second room, not a true family suite.
❌ Bottom Line: Avoid at All Costs
This hotel operates on deception, poor hygiene, unsafe design, and tourist scams. They’re trying to cut every corner possible while pushing guests into predatory sales traps.
Do not book here if you value privacy, honesty, or basic comfort. This place should be investigated and avoided.
- Travel28935530845 (2/5): - Worst hotel iv ever stayed in.none British ppl were eating food was disgusting and no alcohol drinks just 6 bottle of the cheapest room and beds were not cleaned for a week and had no fresh towels.had to keep taking them off the cleaners trolly but she never came and collected them.lift broke all week.disabled person put on 4th floor could not get out for days.hotel did nothing about complaint.disgusting hotel and I love Turkey. Im not a complainer but this was bad.please save ur money and go different hotel as u will be a fortune for food and drink when uv paid for al
- moiram50 (8/5): Horrible start to the stay at the hotel - The start of our holiday was marred by the hotel rep. What a vile horrible man. He stunk like an old ashtray to preface everything. He took us to a room behind the beauty/tattoo shop. We arrived at the hotel at 4.30 am and at 9 am he was trying to bully us into booking trips. Never told us anything about the hotel, just straight in hard sell trips. When we mentioned we wanted to do the Rhodes trip he flat out told us we couldn't afford it. Wtf?? He's trying to sell us stuff and then tell us we can't afford it??
I wasn't feeling too great and I said I was going to leave. He got really huffy and told us we were being rude!!!
We went across the road and booked our trips with Marco. He was brilliant and sorted us out without any problem and for a lot less money.
I thought this must have been an isolated incident, but on talking to others, he did this to all of them. One poor lady was reduced to tears by him.
I spoke to the lady at the front desk and said how rude he was, and she said that they know!!
As for the rest: the food was ok, but none of the ingredients were listed for allergens. Mass catering is never great but it should be easy to label things as there wasn't much variation. The rooms were small with not much storage, but they were clean and well stocked for towels and toilet paper
Bring your own towels for the beach/pool
- Cruiser40301961669 (4/5): Ground hog day for the food - So the room was basic no draws to put clothes a rail to hang a few bits but not enough room for two people's. The air-conditioning was great. The bed was comfy but the food, if you like ground hog day it's fine as it's the same thing for every meal first 3 days so far it's been the same things at lunch then the same things for snacks and the the same for dinner and even then it's not great food.
- rebeccacK2039MQ (10/5): Great location - We went as a family of 5. Friendly staff but don’t book with the rep you pay double the price. Food was good, something for everyone. We got a subbed every time we went to pool, as there’s three pools to choose from. Rooms are lovely, clean and had stunning views of the mountains. The hotel is in a fantastic location 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars at the doorstep. The entertainment was good some nights but other nights just did bingo. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely go again
- Hungryhippo129 (6/5): Horrible - The staff were friendly. Nice hotel outside but the rooms are outdated. Need to be spruced up. The bathroom was very smelly by the afternoon. Made the whole room smell. There is no fan but a permanent open window with grills. The stench is unbearable in the day. The food provided by the restaurant is simply ok. Same thing nearly everyday. The worse thing was the amount of flies and they went on all the uncovered food. There were so may flies in the restaurant too. I saw flies on the slices of bread. Even one got into the buffet server dish when it was left open.
Definitely not 4 star hotel this is more like 2 stars. Internet reception was not good.
- traceyc689 (8/5): Hotel - The hotel isn’t four star. We enjoyed our week there. It isn’t as bad as some of the reviews say. I’m vegan and found something to eat.
- M1352DFnatashar (10/5): Best holiday - Extemely safe and helpful staff are amazing bar staff could be friendlier and rooms could be more updated but overall absolutely fantastic hotel to stay at!! Beautiful location easy access to beach.food was 10/10 overall experience 10/10 entertainment was 10/10
- debpod (8/5): Girls holiday - The hotel was very clean and the staff were all friendly. The food was ok, but we did eat out a couple of times due to the selection on offer. The pools and communal areas were all well maintained. I felt really safe there and the beach area, bars and restaurants were lovely. The rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy due to the bars, but they shut just after midnight so not too bad. They will move you to a quieter room if you ask at reception. The only downside was the rep trying to sell the excursions, he was very pushy and my friend and I felt pressured into buying a trip from him. All in all a good experience and value for money. I would go again.
- avaa506 (2/5): AVOID !!! - Horrible experience !!!
I came to this hotel and holiday with my mum, 2 siblings, and family friends. As soon as we got into the hotel, we could tell it was stingy and outdated. Every single employee we saw looked miserable and looked like they didn’t want to work there which made us feel unwelcome. We were instantly lured to a room where a man guided us through the excursions and practically begged us to book them which we didn’t. We got to the room which had only 3 pillows , a double bed and a pull out bed. The room was tiny with no space to get ready, put a suitcase or move about freely. Our family friends had a random man knock on their door and enter during the night. We moved rooms twice during our stay. This hotel is definitely more suitable for adults than children, as the only ‘child friendly’ thing was the singular slide. The pools were too deep and we couldn’t play or relax in them at all. No reviews mentioned that you had to walk through the shop to get to the pools and back to your room. There was no entertainment in the evening for kids. And the food was repetitive with close to no selection and you could tell it had been left out for hours. We went out walking around the town for one night and it was in the middle of nowhere, beach was no where to be found and men outside the shops were begging us to come inside and shop or eat etc. The bars were blasting music which was ridiculous during the night. Overall, everything led us to move hotels to one across the street which accommodated us so much better. Don’t come here if you want to have a satisfying, relaxing trip !!!!
- tanyagM3416TJ (10/5): A Cozy Hotel with a Soul and a Mountain View - We stayed at this hotel for a week and were absolutely delighted! The hotel itself is located in Icmeler — an incredibly beautiful place with mountains, crystal-clear sea, and sandy beaches. The hotel grounds are neat and well-maintained, with three clean pools — one for each building. The rooms are cozy, cleaned regularly, and everything is spotless.
There are several buildings at the hotel, which is very convenient. At first, we were given a room overlooking the animation area, but upon our request, it was easily changed to a quieter one (with windows and a balcony facing the street). Special thanks to the staff for their attentiveness and kindness. By the way, this is a huge advantage of the hotel — the team here is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and you can see they truly enjoy their work.
The Wi-Fi is good, working well throughout the hotel grounds and in the rooms. The food is excellent — always fresh, tasty, and varied. Everyone will find something to their liking — from light salads to burgers with fries. I especially enjoyed the fish, the eggplant appetizer, and the sweet watermelon. The coffee and drinks are good, and there’s local wine and other alcohol available.
The hotel has its own sandy beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. It’s small, but clean and has a smooth entry into the water. You can even catch Wi-Fi from the nearby hotel. If you want, you can also visit the public beach nearby. It’s not as well-maintained but still has soft sand and umbrellas.
There was entertainment almost every evening — both for kids and adults. Most of the guests at the hotel are Europeans.
It was an amazing vacation that flew by unnoticed. I would happily come back here again! Wishing the hotel and its team prosperity and success. You’re doing a great job — thank you for the warm welcome and wonderful atmosphere throughout the entire holiday!
- J639VNclairew (10/5): Lovely holiday! Gorgeous Icmeler and great hotel - We had a lovely holiday at Club Munamar. Having read the reviews we were expecting the worst, we had paid extra for a family room with 2 double beds but upon arrival we got given a small room with one double bed and a sofa bed so I went to reception and our room was changed immediately with no fuss.
Our room was in a great location looking out to the pool and disco stage area, but it wasn’t too noisy because if you kept the patio door closed it was quieter in the room. Whilst the room was a little outdated, it was clean and spacious with fully working air conditioning. We did have to walk across the road to get to the restaurant but the sun is shining and I’ve walked further in other hotels - the only difference is - you’re crossing a road. No big deal.
We have a family of fussy eaters so breakfast consisted of chocolate on toast or dried cereals and snacks were burgers, nuggets and chips so you can’t go wrong. Dinner time consisted of salads, vegetables, pasta, chicken, chips, bread…even the fussiest of eaters could find something. It’s typical ‘all inclusive’ food so if you’re expecting gourmet you’re going to be disappointed.
The waiters work really hard! Especially Ata who worked non stop but still made time to make us feel welcome and teach us some Turkish words each evening. We looked forward to speaking to him each evening.
The pools are fabulous and the pool areas are kept clean.
The hotel isn’t on the beach, therefore if you want a day at the beach - your food and drinks aren’t accessible but this wasn’t a dealbreaker for us and the beach is stunning with sun beds and showers.
The only gripe we had was the letter you are given with your room key informing you of a meeting in the morning of your arrival, we thought it was to tell us about the hotel and area but it was a sub contracted pushy company called Holiday Masters Pro selling excursions for double the price you can get them along the beach front. Don’t book your excursions through the hotel!!
The excursions were amazing as was Icmeler! Such a stunning place, thank you Club Munamar.
- CaseyBarnes1991 (2/5): Terrible hotel. - So I am at this hotel been here a week already and have another few days here, I would most definitely not recommend this place it is definitely ot a 4 star hotel I have been in better 2 stars. Food is same old every day, deserts are same every lunch and dinner, food is cold never hot. Rooms are basic and are not cleaned properly, pools are lovely, drinks are rubbish they offer one cocktail. Definitely do not recommend
- maddisonl865 (2/5): AVOID!! - The absolute worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The hotel had used pictures from other accommodations to show we were right infront of the beach. We wernt and it was about a 5 minute walk so we didn’t mind. we had to walk past a shop to get to our hotel room. First day we got there one of the staff members shoved 6 people with their luggage up in the lift, we didn’t know the lift only holds 4 people until we were going up so we got stuck and when we got out we were screamed at by the maintenance man telling us it’s all our fault we got stuck. we got into the bedroom and there is no real bedding, it is like a big tea towel that you have to sleep with, there are no pillow covers either. We were up all night due to drunk people and music being played until 3-4 in the morning. We asked to move rooms multiple times but it was never done. The food is horrible we lived off of pancakes, chips and salad for a week. the food is always bland and exactly the same everyday, there is no variety. The coffee is horrible so is the juice and the machines are always broken. The drinks were served in plastic and paper cups making us feel like we’re back at school. None of the staff seemed happy to be there which made us feel unwelcome. A 21 year old with a baby was calling a 13 year old a slag and threw drinks on her. This same girl also went to hit the 13 year old girl and hit a 16 and 20 year old. We complained about it and asked to speak to the police or get her kicked out of the hotel, the staff said we have to call the police ourselves which we couldn’t do because we can’t use data abroad. nothing was ever done about the assaults. The 21 year old never got kicked out of the hotel either. A 15 year old girl had been sexually assaulted in a market nearby the hotel so our 2 friends had stuck up for her. This led to these 2 minors being battered by 50+ grown adults. The police did come this time but nothing was done about the sexual assault and the assaults on minors. Everytime we went out we were being begged by shop owners to come to their shops, saying stuff like ‘i need your money’ ect. Lots of grown men in the area give you that ‘perv’ vibe which makes everyone feel uncomfortable. The only good thing about the hotel was the excursions. We went on 3 and safe to say every single one was amazing. But if you were thinking of coming to this hotel i would strongly suggest that you spend your well earned money elsewhere because you will not be satisfied with your stay.
- Connector28484486968 (2/5): AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - Worst hotel I have stayed at .
Doesn’t cater for anyone, food was horrendous, lived off chips and toast all week.
If you’re thinking of going on the trips , go on them !
Was involved in a fight where this women hit a minor and had shouted abuse at my sister that was 13! , Manager did nothing and lacks ANY CUSTOMER SERIVCE!!!!!! He didn’t kick her and her family out, only kicked out the blonde sister and her man but was no point because they were back in the hotel again! The manager didn’t even phone the police and allowed her to stay in the hotel!! This women had previous complaints where she threw food at a Russian couple and smashed a glass on top of someone!!!
Bar open till 2 am with loud music , making you feel exhausted in the morning . They use images from other hotels for the ‘beach front’ , no idea why it is a 4 star hotel and wondered why it was so cheap, there are better hotels in the area .
In conclusion , AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!
- 239biankat (4/5): Slightly disappointed - We came here for 10 days as a family.
I was going to give 5 star because at the first few days everything checked out, pool, free drinks and free food.. but as the days passed the issues kept piling up. We're going home tomorrow and I have to say, we can't wait to get out of here.
Food wise- there is a 100 different dishes to chose from at meal time which is impressive at first, then you realize that everything is recycled from the day before, everything tastes the same, undercooked meats and what completely ruined my holiday personally - I'm a vegetarian. Not eaten meat in 13 years.
One night I saw "vegetarian meatballs" at the buffet. Ok cool I'll try it. It tasted like quorn burgers. Out of curiosity I asked the staff what are they made of? The answer is " chicken"...
So I complained to the manager how upset I was and it's an unacceptable mistake, I cried, I felt sick and disgusted. All she did is change the label on the table to " meatballs with vegetables" and told me to not eat it tomorrow.
The room service.
The bedding and towels are changed every 3 days.. we only had ours changed once in 9 days.. we ran out of toilet paper and nicked some off the trolley outside the corridor. Room has been swept but not much cleaned.
Kids club is closed, we were told it'll be available during the busy season.
After day 3 hot water is gone in the bathroom, weather pressure is extremely low. Difficult to shower.
Drinks are alcoholic or watered down. We had a few days when we had over 15 "cocktails" each and didn't even get tipsy.
I don't normally drink, half a glass of wine gets me drunk at home...
The lift doesn't work half the time.
The beach is like a 5 minutes walk away and you have to pay for drinks when you're there.
The town is lovely and you can get really good deals on knock off cheap stuff.
Eating out is a bit pricey.
There is potential to have a good holiday here, I can tell the staff works really hard and try to please everybody but the management doesn't care at all.
- stevendJ4268RE (2/5): Give it a miss as you will be disappointed - Firstly the hotel is split on each side of the raod seems previously two hotels merged into one, we booked for 9 nights after 4 we fought for an hour to get clean towels, our room never seen housekeeping we purchased our own toilet paper from the hotels onsite supermarket
Onto the food, when I say basic I mean salad, salad, cake, chips and rubber burgers it truly is awful
The hotel is cheap in every way, its like Butlins, its over ran with ferule families and screaming teenagers well into the early hours, sometimes beyond 3am the surrounding areas are very busy and lous, the alcohol is ok with watered down beer and shorts being rough
The diluted orange juice in restaurant is coloured water, the staff are efficient, the canal that passes through the hotel is foul with all kinds of rubbish polluting it
If you want cheap go here but DONT expect anything other than very very basic and to be surrounded by screaming families who are attracted to the cost
We ate out every night as I dont do dried up recycled cook from frozen garbage with rice and salad or chips with everything
- patrycjakD7082BG (2/5): Poor hotel and food - The food was sometimes cold and not a lot of choice, not tasty . During my first breakfast, I saw a large dead cockroach outside near the stairs!!!! Very often the food bowls were empty and no one added food. Several times we had to ask for fresh food. The tablecloths were dirty. The room had old furniture. Once there was a water failure and for some time there was no water in the entire building. Drinks - small selection and only dry wine. There are no snacks, such as ice cream. The sunbathing beds on the beach are old, sometimes broken umbrellas. The beach is not cleaned. I don't recommend it and I know I will never go there again.
- Go47112407086 (2/5): Staff made sure they went and got their food everything had to be reheated some pancakes blue moulded - Back a week holiday with my sisters hotel no complaints bar shocking 3 bottles on it vodka whiskey brandy and draught beer coffee machines turned of at night press for juice get water. The restaurant was shocking half cooked freid eggs not much of a choice kitchen at the back was shocking see food poison wrote all over it the choice was terrible either half cooked or burnt staff eat in it more than guests asked for a change in deserts the female manager here approach was shocking one vodka a asked for the full week and was told none I do not recommend this hotel no ice cream or anything for kids the best part is the beach 2 seconds walk and the pool .reception the girl welcomes you with a big pink hoodie jeans and trainers all the other hotels are very smart at the desk to welcome you .the cleaners all sat under us and so loud no wonder no coffee the amount they took
- jesslee1988 (6/5): I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re prepared for a very basic experience. - Our experience at this hotel was far from ideal. However, given that it was a last-minute budget holiday for my partner and me, we understood that we were getting what we paid for.
While the hotel staff were polite, they barely acknowledged us as we passed by, which made the atmosphere feel impersonal.
The room we were given didn’t match the description from the hotel’s website or the online travel agent. It was very basic, though clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a broken door frame and a damaged toilet roll holder, which should have been repaired but was left in an “acceptable” state.
The food was decent but repetitive, with very little variation each day. The beer was a bit flat, and the spirits were extremely strong, likely due to the use of local alcohol.
There’s no internet access in the room, but we managed with our own data via an eSIM. Additionally, there was no mini bar, despite it being advertised. This also meant no kettle or tea and coffee facilities, which was quite disappointing.
One of the biggest issues we faced was the hotel’s partnership with Adamar Travel. We arrived past midnight and were informed about a “welcome meeting” at 9 am. After a quick bite at a nearby restaurant, we didn’t get to bed until around 2:30 am, only to be rudely woken up by Esel from Adamar Travel, chastising us for being late. I don’t think a scheduled meeting like this is necessary. It would have been better if the travel agents simply approached guests at reception or in communal areas rather than disturbing our rest.
Another inconvenience was that after checking out, we had a late flight and found out there was no storage room for our luggage. Luckily, we had enough locks for our bags. On our final day, we planned to relax at the beach but were told we’d need to shower there as well. After some insistence, we were allowed to use the poolside showers, which made things a bit easier.
Overall, our stay was just okay. However, this hotel does not live up to its claimed 4-star rating. After speaking with other guests, it seems there are better options in a similar price range. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re prepared for a very basic experience.
- M8085XIdavidg (2/5): Hotel crap avoid avoid - Worst hotel I stayed in food was cold every day and u had only vodka beer gin to choose from when it clearly says in your welcome pack shots cocktails are available. Tjere was no snacks in afternoon and no icecream for kids . the rooms had mouses in them and when we complained to move rooms there said we had to pay extra to move. The entertainment was crap unless u was Russian 🇷🇺 DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK TO THIS HOTEL
- Seaside48905162192 (6/5): Rooms basic like the food and drinks. - Just got back, wouldn't stay here again not this hotel anyway.
Drinks very limited choice, no cocktails or shots.
No snacks in afternoon or anything like ice creams or cakes for kids, families had to go to shop across the road for things like that.
Food repetitive and cold, ok if you like chicken or fish but not great breakfast was the worst, most people went out for breakfast and evening meal.
Cleaner left room unlocked twice and balcony so had to speak to reception.
Pillows lumpy and noisy rooms unless you have a skin full.
Booked a buggy trip with Jo in hotel first day and nobody turned up and was told time has changed after chasing Jo, asked for a refund but got told no.
So we had to rebook it for another day.
On a plus note, go to cheers bar if you want a fantastic night or black bull for a lovely steak.
- Robert (8/5): Great hotel - Food was repetitive. Same dishes breakfast lunch and dinner. Dont think I would go all inclusive again. We had to eat out a few times. Food was so cheap & had many great restaurants local.Staff were very friendly. The hotel was full of Russians we were the only English couple in the resort. We found them to be very rude with no manners. All in all we had a nice time. Great location.
- Espen (8/5): Why not give it a try? - It was with mixed feelings that i booked this hotel, after looking at some of the previous comments.... But i am a travelar and have been working in hotels around the world and knew that every comments is personal oppinions..... And so it was... the food was really good with lots of different dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if something is to be said.....was that we had to go from our hotel were we had our room to another hotel across the street to have our meals, but no problem.... The hotel room was ok, meaning that we usually just spend our sleeping there not uses it for more...... hotel area was nice, pool was good... but as i had heard.... many russians, and when staff asked me were we were from (Norway) they started to give us much better service..... overall for our 6 nights stay we were very satisfied with our stay here, and maby we will be back.... keep it up!!
- Ralph (4/5): Advertised as 4 star but more like a 3 star hotel - Although it is advertised as a 4 star hotel, it is far from it. The rooms and beds are not comfortable. The food is average.
We were treated nicely by the staff however apart from that including the private beach area is subpar.
There are much nicer hotels to stay in Icemeler area that are more reasonable and better quality.
- AElouche (2/5): Avoid Staying Here - While on a 10 day vacation with a friend we stopped in Marmaris for 3 days. This hotel looked appealing to me based on the location and it is an All-Inclusive hotel. I made my reservations well in advance for 2 people, 2 single beds.
When we showed up to check in, the front desk person told us he only had rooms with full beds and my buddy and I had to sleep in the same rock hard bed for 3 days - not comfortable to say the least. The front desk person said he would change our room the next day and never followed back up with us.
The All-Inclusive aspect included alcohol as well. The food was mediocre at best, and the bartenders didn't pour more than 1/4th of a shot at any given time, and only had cheap wine and one type of beer.
The hotel also had shows every night which were very strange and most of the time not good for the children who were watching.
Rooms were clean, but very old and the mattresses were like rocks.
All in all, I would avoid this hotel like a plague unless you like bad service, uncomfortable beds and cheap food/drinks.
