- Bill (9/5): Nice place to stay when visiting Pisa - 1. Great location! 2. Staff were very friendly! 3. The terrace was a nice place to relax 4. Good water pressure and hot water 5. I enjoyed the wall art and vibe of the place 6. The room has an air conditioner that works well. I recommend using this rather than opening the window (depending on time of year) due to mosquitos. Overall, this is a pleasant place to stay This is very minor... It would have been pleasant to have coffee/tea (instant/generic) in the common room kitchen.

- C P Pawley (8/5): - The location was great, and having the whole apartment to ourselves was a welcome change to the overpriced rooms we have experienced in other tourist spots in Italy. The owner was responsive and helpful and even allowed its store store our luggage after we had checked our while we visited the Tower. There was plenty of kitchen equipment to cook with, and even a dishwasher - not that we needed it. The bed was comfy and the bathroom adequate. It was easily the best accommodation we have encountered on this trip. There was very little we would crtiercise. There was no TV - not that it mattered to us as we don't speak Italian.The full size fridge / freezer was great, although the freezer did need defrosting. Maybe a clothesline and some instructions for the washing machine might help, but minor matters.
- Radka (6/5): - Dobře položený apartmán, cca 700m od piazza Miracoli. Kuchyňský kout měl i elektrickou troubu. Pronajímatel milý člověk, při obtížích se zámkem přijel do několika minut, na závěr se ještě omlouval. Budova velmi stará, v apartmánu staré vybavení. Kuchyň funkční, ale se starším vybavením, některé kusy nedostatečně umyté. Největší problém byla koupelna - velmi stará, velmi studená, sprchování za paravanem, potřeba dlouhého odtoku teplé vody, bohužel v té zimě. Zima v celém apartmánu, bylo potřeba topit klimatizací.

Totul de cârpeală....totul parca luat de la cei care le aruncă ..vor sa scape de ele ...cabina de dus ..absolut tot mobilierul din camera de care ne am ferit să ne atingem ? Părinții mei ar fi avut acum peste 90 de ani ...nici la ei când erau ei tineri și săraci nu am văzut așa ceva ! Până și lenjeriile de pat și prosoapele erau extrem de obosite !!! Respectivii merg pe ideea că atata merita turistul ! N as mai trece nici măcar prin fața casei !

- Pavel Grebnev (9/5): - The location is close to some nice places to walk around and good restaraunts. The host was helpful, the access to the place was nice. It was quiet when we stayed there. Nothing really bothered us much. Very minor, but there is some kind of lamp on the wall in the room (not sure what it was) that had a bright green lamp, that we had to cover to be able to sleep. Also the socket extension things near the beds were giving high pitch noise that you could hear at night, but those could be disconnected.

It was faff getting to enter the property, pin code that didn't work, had to contact the owner, not easy to find, not obvious from the outside. You'll need earplugs as well, my room was directly onto the street, only a narrow side road, but the noise reverberated around, also a tiny tiny single bed

- giovanna (10/5): Grazie ancora per tutto :) - Ho soggiornato tre notti nella camera singola della struttura. È andato tutto benissimo: l'ambiente era confortevole, il letto comodissimo e la temperatura della camera perfetta grazie al sistema di riscaldamento attivo a fasce orarie. In aggiunta c'è anche la pompa di calore qualora si volesse riscaldare l'ambiente automaticamente. L'acqua calda scorreva subito veloce e in dotazione c'era tutto il necessario per usufruire dei servizi da bagno. La camera, sebbene disposta al piano terra e sulla strada, era silenziosissima. La struttura dista letteralmente tre minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e dal centro. Ottima la distanza anche a piedi dalla stazione, circa 20 Min a piedi. Per l'ottimo prezzo pagato il risultato è andato oltre l'aspettativa, considerato che non c'era nulla in meno di quanto non fosse segnalato già sull'annuncio. Basta saper leggere bene ciò che una stanza offre o meno, senza incorrere in brutte sorprese e, nel mio caso, è andata benissimo. Ero sempre ben contenta di tornare in camera, a fine giornata, perché il riposo era garantito. Nota a margine per Michele, il responsabile, gentile, sempre pronto ad intervenire per qualsiasi necessità e molto simpatico. Consiglierò sicuramente la struttura. Grazie Nulla, tutto perfetto

The hospitality, staff support and services provided, location and the entire place. - Estando en la Maison dei Miracoli a Pisa, me lleno de alegría, en esos por la hospitalidad, amabilidad y amistad del Sr Michelle. Y en cuanto al lugar, esta ubicado en una zona histórica; y dentro, la mansión es cómoda, con una bella terraza para sentarse a disfrutar de la naturaleza y la calma, mientras tomas rl te o cafe, lees o revisas la agenda. Me agrado mucho estar en la Maison dei Miracoli a Pisa. Grazie Michelle!

Il muro dietro al letto è ricoperto di muffa. Le condizioni igieniche precarie: lenzuola sporche e asciugamani idem. L'ambiente risulta insalubre. Si consiglia di pubblicare foto che corrispondano al reale stato delle cose.

Difficult location to find without precise travel instructions! The whole place needs renovation as it smells musty plus the kitchenette has no tea or paper towels to dry crockery or utensils. It was shared with other guests and not sure how safe leaving food in the fridge! The room we were in was a good size but the bathroom was not clean !

Parcheggio a pagamento in strada o garage vicini . Camera ampia e pulita , bagno spartano ma con tutto il necessario ( non c'è il bidet almeno nella camera matrimoniale ) Cucina in comune con frigo grande , bollitori , micronde e lavastoviglie . I cuscini sono datati ... da rinnovare . Cucina : mancava scootex/ tovaglioli e le tovagliette x apparecchiare rovinate e non ben pulite purtroppo non tutti gli ospiti le puliscono , meglio se controllate !

Il sistema dell’entrata e uscita della struttura e camera molto innovativo. Tutto il resto ci ha deluso. Le foto della struttura ingannano molto, sembrava più carina e comoda invece é stato il contrario. Eravamo a piano terra e non ci é piaciuto per niente, non ce lo aspettavamo cosi. Non so il primo piano, dato che la struttura é su due piani. Il condizionatore non funziona benissimo, solo i riscaldamenti funzionano correttamente.
