- Artes (1/5): Non ci torno - Nulla • In camera, la maggior parte degli interruttori e delle prese elettriche non era funzionante, compromettendo l’utilizzo normale degli spazi. • L’ambiente presentava una generale sensazione di scarsa pulizia e manutenzione. • La camera assegnata, per fumatori, risultava priva di una reale finestra o adeguato ricambio d’aria, rendendola poco vivibile. • Il servizio in camera è stato estremamente inefficiente: tempi di attesa molto lunghi e cibo sistematicamente servito freddo. • La colazione si è rivelata limitata e non in linea con quanto ci si aspetta da una struttura della vostra categoria. • L’atteggiamento di gran parte dello staff è apparso poco professionale e poco orientato al cliente.

- HM (5/5): Normal. Not good Not very bad but littel-bit bad. I not accepted this. this is 4 star hotel was - 3 Man And 1 lady were coming for my meeting, one of them was a woman. They Receaption thought that the woman was my wife and gave her permission to stay in my room. Later, when my wife came, they told me that she cannot stay in this room and you will have to take a new room. Later, I had to take a new room. That night, there were 2 rooms booked in my name. I have stayed in many hotels in the world in my life but I have never seen such a law anywhere. This is a kind of forced sale of rooms. Was good but room is small and air-condition is not make cool give just air but not cool. Please you can controll this

- KATSUNORI (9/5): 快適であった - 朝食がおいしく、種類も豊富でお得感がある。メトロの駅に近い立地なので、メトロを軸にして動くことができる。渋滞の多いダッカではかなり助かる。スタッフの対応もフレンドリーで気持ちが良い。部屋の設備は十分なもので、冷房も温水も問題はなかった。冷蔵庫があり、ビールもルームサービスで頼むことができる。
