Stephanie (8/5): Très bon hôtel, idéal pour voyager avec un chien - Séjour d'une nuit, avec mon chien. Tout était parfait pour un séjour avec mon compagnon à quatre pattes : nous avons eu une chambre accessible aux handicapés ce qui fait qu'elle était plus spacieuse donc plus de place pour le toutou, en rez-de-chaussée donc nous étions rapidement dehors, il a même eu un sachet de friandises au petit-déjeuner. Cadre extérieur pratique pour promener le chien et pour trouver à dîner le soir. La literie est toujours super agréable. Personnel fort sympathique. Petit bémol pour le rideau de douche pas du tout pratique, mais c'était spécifique à cette chambre-là je pense car je n'avais jamais eu ce problème avant.

467sandyd (8/5): Clean and functional, not deluxe. - This hotel was convenient when traveling on the auto route. It has an easy off and on entrance and is located amid several other hotels and franchised restaurants. The hotel is clean, functional but just basic. The same can be said for the breakfast. The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious but there was no yogurt offered. There are NO elevators for the second floor, so if stairs are a problem request the ground level. There is a bar with snacks available. Several restaurants are within walking distance, but with the amount of traffic and cars parked on both sides of the road it could be dangerous. There was little noise at night, so sleeping was fine.

Ondanks kamer aan straatkant geen last gehad van geluid. De ingang van de parkeergarage onder het hotel is erg nauw en best spannend om in en uit te gaan. Met grote auto is dit niet mogelijk.

Okej frukost, men även där ingen superupplevelse; äggkokaren trasig utan hjälp från personalen t.ex. Sängarna i rummet sköna, AC fungerade bra. Men, mest negativt: hotellet har ingen hiss. Väldigt jobbigt att bära tunga väskor 4 våningar upp.

929nigelv (4/5): no wine in French hotel - Just stopped at the Ibis Styles Chartres for a drink prior to our evening meal after a long drive from Coquelle, as French wine is well known or supposed to be the best in the world. I was surprised to hear from the barman, we do not have any wine for sale only beer, I believe this is the first time in France I have come across a bar, especially in a Hotel that does not sell beer.

Bonne isolation phonique, et couchage satisfaisant. Petit déjeuner correct.

This time we were given f Room 12 in spite of asking for a room at the back , which it wasn’t!. However not worth a complaint - but- no hot water & at the very perimeter of WiFi - like - useless even for FB. We let the hot water run for 15mins it eventually was warm enough. This is not good enough Ibis !!!

467sandyd (8/5): Excellent location and convenient stay when traveling. - We spent one night here on our way back to St. Malo. This hotel was perfectly acceptable for what we needed. They are refurbishing rooms and our room had new carpeting, newly painted walls, new counter top in the bathroom, excellent beds and lovely linens. We appreciated the shower cabin/stall as it's much easier to get in and out of than a high bathtub. There was plenty of room for our luggage, plenty of outlets for phones, etc. and room for our cat's litter box, food and water dish. Our room faced the back of the property and looked our over a green space containing children's playground items and outdoor furniture. It was very quiet. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast, parking and wifi. All of the staff were very welcoming and polite. There's no elevator here, but the staff offered to carry our luggage, which wasn't needed.

Breakfast was very good and well presented. We were able to visit the Cathedral on our way to the Hotel.
NICOLA (8/5): simple but clean and comfy - comfy beds
Emmanuel (10/5): Très bien. - Très bon accueil, chambre familiale agréable (donnant sur une voie ferrée mais peu de nuisance de ce côté là). La climatisation bien qu'éteinte faisait régulièrement du bruit durant la nuit (sûrement des bulles d'air dans le circuit). Bon petit déjeuner inclus. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
Stephen (8/5): Great service - Booked two adjoining rooms so my wife and I could have an evening while our 1-year-old was sleeping. The initial rooms were opposite and not adjoining. I returned to the front desk in my very broken French. Chap at the desk was very helpful and swapped the rooms, even bringing the new key up with me to take the old key back. He later also brought a couple of drinks up for us as I had full hands already. Essentially, it's not an expensive hotel, but the service was more than expected. Beds were comfortable and everything worked well.
shandyman64 (6/5): Stopover on route - When compared with other Ibis Styles hotels this one falls short. Breakfast selection was ok, Covid 19 measures were average, air-conditioning excellent but the rooms are a let down. Basic motel decor pimped up with paint and bright colour panels. A light in the bathroom did not work, the shower head bracket was broken so you had to hold the head with one hand and shower with the other and the room overall had a stale smell. We had a good night's sleep but compared with other Ibis Styles hotels this needs to look at maintenances and standards.

Tracey (10/5): - The Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. There are a number of restaurants adjacent to the hotel which is a bonus.

Alexander (8/5): Pleasant.Stopover - This was an overnight stop on the way to visiting friends in France. The arrangements went through without a hitch and we were very well treated.

Keith (8/5): One stop over to return to - The Ibis Styles at Chartres is an excellent stop over hotel the room was clean and comfortable for a good nights rest.The buffet brakfast was acceptable. The on the doorstep eateries included an excellent steak house a "red pepper" restraunt ,Mcdonalds and KFC. The averall stay was excellent value for money

James (10/5): Charming Chartres - Ideal location to nearby restaurants/shopping, and proximity to Chartres Cathedral. We would stay here again, if we ever return to this tranquil village so close to Paris.
