The attitude, the lying, I booked rooms with balcony then says next day, then breakfast not included, then he closes kitchen early, then longtime waiting for any requests, extra longtime , never got the balcony and payed breakfast with interets at checkout 😉

• Josh (5/5): Disappointing - The room, the bed and the window are big Terrible location, nothing to do or eat in the area. The staff were polite but not happy to help. The smell from the restaurant in the lobby was unpleasant at times. THERE WERE A TON OF MOSQUITOES EVERYWHERE. EVERYWHERE! NOT WORTH THE MONEY

• Crann (7/5): Good - They have food for sale downstairs,which is my favorite noodle shop, I don't like the entrance it's like s bunch of abandoned buildings.
• Robert (8/5): Very good - For the price the room was excellent. Exceptionally clean . The bed was comfortable. The aircon was good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is about a fifteen minute or so walk to the beach which is accessed through a park . To get down to the water is a big step so this could be a obstacle for some . There are no eateries or concessions at this area of the beach for food or drinks or anything. The guest house is in a area where there is not much available. The hotel has a noodle shop but other than that there is not much else. With the exception of a grocery store. There are all the usual options for getting around same as everywhere else. The location just feels isolated to me. But if you are on a budget and want a clean comfortable room at a great price this will fit the bill.
• Marije (7/5): Excellent value for money stay in Hua Hin! - Basic but clean room. It was everything we needed for a short stay in Hua Hin. Staff was also very friendly. Breakfast hours weren’t very clear. On arrival we were told that we could have breakfast until 10am. When we arrived at 9:17am we were told we were too late. That didn’t make sense.

• Tal (8/5): Nice quiet hotel - I enjoyed staying in the place . The hotel is well maintained , clean and secured . I liked the room size and decorations . The place has a restuarant with some specialities of Noddle Soup ...very tasty and Not expensive . About the location : it's 5 kilometers from the center, I used to take easy Bolt ride or simply walk up to the main street and get BathBus for 15Bath each way . 7 Eleven is 200m from the hotel and many restaurants options as well .

• Nina (9/5): Great stay - For the price, it is great! Staff is friendly ( a bit stressed when their restaurant is busy), the bed is very comfy and the room is spacious. Recommended for budget travelers! The hygiene, especially the bathroom, can be improved. It’s not bad but a little bit more effort would be great.

There is no elevator and the stairs are steep and difficult to climb--especially with suitcases. Also, the room smells a bit musty.
• Álvaro (7/5): Good - The staff let me do an early check-in since I arrived too early to Hua Hin, it showed they really cared about my stay and comfort. The food in the restaurant was good. The cost doesn't match with the expected room quality. The location is a bit bad.
• Artem (8/5): Very good - Good stuff, good location (you can swim, despite the fact that there is no official beach nearby, but there is a park and a small beach next to it), taxi to center of Huahin maybe 100 bat.
• Emilie (8/5): A cosy clean place to rest - Large cosy room and clean private bathroom. Friendly and smiling staff. Excellent internet connection. Quiet neighborhood, which makes it a perfect place to have a good rest. You can catch a bus to reach Hua-Hin Beach and the center city. The nearest beach isn't at a walking distance, 500m from the hotel; as mentioned on the description, but few kilometers away. Besides, contrary to my room description: "with beach view", there was nothing to see but the opposite building. That was quite deceiving. One small practical detail: the fridge in the room didn't work.

• Verified traveler (8/5): โรงแรมโล่ง อากาศดี สงบ - เดินทางสะดวก โรงแรมหาง่าย โรงแรมดูสะอาด ไม่มีเสียงรบกวน พนักงานบริการดี สามารถเดินทางต่อไปทำธุระได้สะดวกไม่ไกลจากที่พักมานัก มาจากรุงเทพ ตอนเที่ยง มาเช็คอินที่โรงแรมประมาณ 6 โมงแล้ว ห้องก็ยังอยู่ พนักงานต้อนรับด้วยความอบอุ่น ช่วยยกกระเป๋า บริการถึงห้องพร้อม แนะนำ ร้านอาหารเย็น และ ทางออก ที่จะไปทำธุระตอนเช้า เข้ามาเช็คอิน และ ออกไปทานอาหารข้างนอก ข้างๆ โรงแรมมีร้าน จิ้มจุ่ม ชื่อ ว่า จิ้มจุ่มแจ้งเกิด รสชาดิ อร่อย บรรยากาศดี ทานอาหารกัน 3 คน พ่อ แม่ ลูก อิ่ม อร่อย ราคาไม่แพง หลังจากนั้น ก็ ขับรถไปอีกประมาณ 1 กิโล เจอเขากำลังจัดงานเกษตร แฟร์ หัวหิน ขับรถเข้าไป มีร้านขายของ มากมาย ต้นไม้ ตุกตา ร้านของกินมากมาย มีทั้งลูกชิ้น ย่าง ทอด ไก่ น้ำปั่น กาแฟ ขนม ของดีเมืองหัวหิน หลังจากนั้น เดินทางกลับที่พัก เพื่อ พักผ่อน เพื่อไปทำภาระกิจวันรุ่งขึ้น ตอนเช้า 7.30 เช็คเฮาส์ ตอนเช้า มีกาแฟ โอวัลติน อาหารเช้า เป็น ABF จากทาง โรงแรม รสชาดิอร่อยค่ะ นั่งทานชิวๆ ได้เวลา อำลาหัวหิน ด้วยความประทับใจ ค่ะ ...... รักเมืองไทย เที่ยว หัวหินค่ะ
• Ni (6/5): โรงแรมสงบ เรียบง่าย - เคยมาพักแล้วครั้งหนึ่ง รู้สึกประทับใจ เลยกลับมาพักอีก เป็นโรงแรมธรรมดา เรียบง่าย แต่สะอาด เหมาะแก่การมานอนพักหลังท่องเที่ยวเสร็จ ห้องพักไม่ได้หรูหรา แต่เตียงนุ่ม หลับสบาย
