- Jody (8/5): Great location and lovely room. - Excellent location, lovely apartment, quiet, no noise from trains Arrival with a car was tricky. You have to find parking somewhere else in busy local area, then find the entrance. Car park was super confusing. Don’t forget the map they give you. Bays and levels of parking were out of sequence. Okay once you figure it out.

- MARIA (6/5): After finding the location the stay was okay. - Clean and good for short time It was too difficult to find the parking. We struggled a lot and the staff had to share the live location. The rooms were too bright at night to sleep from the street lights and the lights were straight to our eyes. It would have been better if we had two sets of keys as we were 4 adults . We needed the key to access parking, lifts and to open and lock the doors.

- Junko (10/5): Met all our requirements, Great stay. - Clean and comfortable accommodation with a very cozy bed. The shower had great water pressure, and the location was excellent. Secure parking was a big plus. It had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out instructions were not very clear, particularly around how to access the car park and collect the key. In the end, we didn’t have any issues, but it would have been reassuring to know how to get help if something had gone wrong.
- Geoff (7/5): Excellent location and friendly staff. - I thought the rooms were comfortable and well set out. Having blinds allowed for a good night sleep. It was a little noisy early in the morning due to traffic such as garbage trucks and street sweepers but that is to be expected when you stay in the shopping area. All the staff I interacted with were great and very willing to be of assistance. It is in a fantastic location and suited our purposes very well. I think that the email regarding instructions on how to access the building and collect the keys should be sent 24 hours before expected arrival. It woul give you a chance to read and understand what you are required to do. I was driving to Melbourne when the instructions were received. If I had not email access on my phone, I would have been really struggled to get into my room and likely would not have been able to do so.
The car parking arrangements did not work well for us. We paid up front to have a reserved car park so that access to the lift would be easy. I had asked a staff member the number of the car parking space that had been allocated to us. I found, when I arrived, that another car was parked in the space. So, I contacted Park Avenue staff and let them know. The staff member allocated another space for me to use. So, I parked in this space. The next day I took the car out for half a day and returned to the car park to find yet another car parked in the car space I had originally been allocated so I parked in the alternative car park given to me on the previous day. The next day, again I went out in the morning and returned to Park Avenue and drove to the car park. Again, both the original car parking space I had been allocated was occupied by another vehicle and so was the alternative car parking space I had been allocated two days before. The next day on our departure I found a note under my windscreen wiper threatening to have my car towed. Either, people don't know that car spaces are specifically allocated to guests or, just park wherever they wish to regardless, or possibly even both. I don't want to have to call a staff member to advise that someone has parked in my allocated car space every time I park the car in the car park. And I am sure staff don't want to be fielding calls all day about cars parked in the incorrect car spaces. The current car park system does not work well.
- PUNYA (8/5): Comfortable Stay! - The property location is the best of all. Train station is literally as you come out of the apartment complex. The mall is 3 mins walk. All kinds of restaurants are 3 mins walk. The property it self was very well equipped. I liked how the kitchen utensils were carefully thought of and purposefully placed. I wish the bed and pillows were more comfortable, most importantly pillows. Definitely need an upgrade here.

We have three people staying for two nights. Unfortunately, we only have four small milk pods for the two days, which isn't enough for tea and coffee.

- Patrick (9/5): - Great location next to Glen Waverley Station. Dan Murphys opposite. The Glen shopping Centre walkable with Woolies and Coles etc. Happy with the stay and would do so again. It does not purport to be 5 star accommodation but is comfortable. I used the sofa bed which could do with a clean but otherwise the accomodation was clean. No aircon in the bedrooms but that is not unusual. There are ceiling fans

For the price we paid for this apartment the whole apartment should have air-conditioning.

Going up to the apartment through filthy stairwells and doors was not ideal with my granddaughter. The room was fantastic and room was lovely and clean. Not a big thing but no face to face check in.
The staff on the phone though was a great help didn't spoil our stay at all.
- Saminda (9/5): Prime location and value for money. - The location was great. We had an event at Glen Waverly High School. It was 3-4 min short walk. Also, this is located at the train station. So the location is a prime location. Also, near lot of shops and a big shopping mall. I believe we can use the dryer just once a day. It seems once used, until it cools down can't start again. Pretty bad experience for me as no one informed about that before. Also, where the table is there is no plug point. So, I highly recommend to carry an extension cord if you need to use a laptop etc. Can hear honking from trains. If you have trouble in sleeping with occasional sounds then plan ahead.

View however not so great, woke up to loud noise like drilling and could hear the train. Didn’t have a tv with Netflix or streaming platforms so definitely being a laptop with hdmi outlet, they have a hdmi cable you can use.

Very clean and well looked after. Handy assortment of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Nice and comfortable bed with medium/high pillows available. Carpet bit worn and used but that's to be expected in a service apartment. The tap handle on the bathroom sink was rather loose. The handle on the shower mixer completely came off. Pls tighten them. A shelf to hold soap/shampoo bottles will be most useful. Could do with a foam pad for washing dishes.

Two bathrooms was great. Only one set of keys/swipe card for entry to apartment. Made things difficult when members of the group were coming and going at different times.
