Laurent (8/5): Correct - Quartier calme proche du lac Bon ptit dej, un peu cher quand même. Bemol, très forte remonté d'odeur évier et lavabo sdb, trés désagreable.

Hayet (8/5): - Sejour en amoureux nous avions choisi la meilleure chambre tout confort vu sur le lac .. loin du bruit de la ville du stresss .. nous sommes venu du vendredi au lundi afin de bien profiter dommage il n’y avait pas de restaurant ouvert dans l’hôtel le soir .ce wk ils etai fermer … ont a etais obligé à chaque fois de prendre la voiture avec les bouchons aller chercher a manger Nous sommes tomber sur un wk ou il y avait un mariage dans la salle enba du coup bcp de bruit ont a dû changer chambre ont a dormi a 3 h du matin avec les invités du mariage qui parler fort musique … La journée j’étais fatigué avec la canicule jai passer ma journée a essayer de récupérer mon sommeil a dormir au lieu de profiter de la piscine …jai payer ce sejour pour me détendre devan la piscine si je voulais dormir je serais resté chez moi !! Je pense que je reviendrais plus … un peu decu la piscine dois etre plus protégé des personnes qui essaye de venir nager qui ne son pas de lhotel du coup sa causer des conflits une bagarre le gardien essaye ten bien de surveiller Il ny a pas de douche pr laver cest pied avan l’accee a la piscine cela es pas hygiénique Le personnel de l’accueil elles ont fait ce quil peut mes va falloir revoir des choses car les gens ce son plein…..

Ian (10/5): Great stay complete with otters! - Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again

Tara (10/5): Great hotel with lots of nearby conveniences. - I stayed at Appart Hôtel Mer & Golf City Bordeaux Bruges for 16 days while recovering from surgery, and I really enjoyed the stay. The pond/lake behind the hotel is really just lovely to walk around and I enjoyed the ducks, turtles and beavers there! There is also a grocery store in the same parking a lot, which was extremely convenient. There's also a tram station a 5-10 minute walk away, which was also very convenient. The kitchenette in the room was a little more spacious than other hotels and completely met my needs. My fridge whined at first but they quickly swapped it out for another one and I had no further issues. The room was clean and its condition was pretty good. Housekeeping came by daily to take out the garbage and change towels if needed, and changed sheets and did a more thorough cleaning when I asked (just once for my stay). The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Overall I became very fond of the place and was a little sad to leave.

The desk staff lady with red hair was really rude to me and my colleagues even though we spoke french. You have to rent basic things like irons even in the business rooms, the restaurant closed unusually early, fitness center is small/was full when I needed it, there is a kitchenette and coffee machine although no basics like oil/salt/pepper and no coffee or tea, they're constructing a third building and it's very loud construction early in the morning... I could go on but you get the picture

John (8/5): Comfortable and modern hotel - Away from the city centre in a very pleasant setting by the lake. There's not much within walking distance but great if you want a little peace and quiet. The room has very good facilities with a sofa bed so the room can accommodate four people. There is even a small kitchen with a good size fridge freezer. The staff were very helpful although check-in seemed to take an age. The restaurant had a limited menu, but the quality of the food was excellent and reasonably priced. All in all, it was a good experience.
Christine (6/5): Average French hotel - A bit hard to find, away from the palais, the lake, and the tram. Not impossible but... Market on the property and a spa next door.

MRS LORRAINE (8/5): Great staff, very nice stay. - Staff excellent, room very comfortable but needed to be a bit cleaner eg, marks on curtains and glass needed cleaning in the doors and balcony otherwise very good. Great breakfast with lots of choice.

Ashley (10/5): Wonderful Hotel far from Town - Nice spacious and clean room with a market nearby and a wonderful hotel breakfast. Kind of far from Bordeaux so you would definitely want to have a rental car. Would recommend.
Carole (8/5): Peaceful spacious accommodation - This was a very peaceful experience with excellent customer service and very spacious accommodation. A 15 minute walk for trams to Bordeaux. Convenient supermarket next door. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
James (4/5): Bad management hotel - We stayed in the hotel 3 days. The swimming pool closed for 3 days. The worst that front desk could not tell us whether it would open. They said they did not know either when we asked them. Poor management. There was a 2nd stage construction processing just beside the swimming pool and our living blcok. We will not book this hotel if we know the condition is so bad. It felt like we are cheated.

shelley (10/5): - Good location as quiet and lovely view of lake. on outskirts but close to tram (10min walk). Brilliant for families as 2 connecting rooms. Well equipped kitchenette. Staff were very helpful. Free parking. Balcony. free good wifi. And opposite small but well stocked supermarket.
Mark (10/5): Great crash pad - We were driving back from the Algarve to St Malo, this was our last but one stop and a real shame we couldn't stay longer. We arrived at dusk, and although there was a kitchen in the room, the Bistro was open and cooked us a fabulous meal. The reception staff were helpful and spoke good English. We also had the breakfast, my boys (4 & 9) really enjoyed boiling their own eggs in the special machine.
Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent hotel - This hotel is located slightly out of town but it has a grocery right beside it which makes it really convenient. We like the spacious apartment and the lake view. The staff are very good and accommodating.

Fortes - We chosen this hotel because it has a swimming pool, but when we arrived discovered the swimming pool doesn't not belong to hotel and it's charged at €22.00 per person per day. In additional the apartment they give us was facing so someones flat, so in the morning instead of having a lake view we had to see neighbors half naked in their balconies. As an airline employee, I think this hotel should state very clear swimming pool at extra cost + not all apartments are faced to the lake. I think it was deceiving publicity.
Frank (8/5): Very Nice Stay - Very good first time stay here, the apartment was very clean and spacious and had a great view over one of the small local lakes from the large balcony where we sat and in the sunshine. The staff, were all very friendly and pleasant, especially the head receptionist lady, who helped us move rooms to the lake view larger apartment. The location is quiet yet convenient, with free car parking area (quite safe) at the front of the hotel. There are two tram stops about a ten min`s walk from the hotel (Line C) that take you right into the city, so we just left our car and went into Bordeaux on the tram to see the tall ships and the fete de vin and fireworks. The only slight downside was the cost of the buffet breakfast, it was quite expensive for what was available.
Dragos (8/5): Hard mattress and wi-fi to be improved. - It is the second time that i'm staying at this apart-hotel and is a good choice, however the confort of the mattresses, at least for me is a little too hard. Clean, spacious nice balcony. Another small inconvenient is the Wi-fi that is not one of the best that I've seen.
Carlye (10/5): - Very nice room. Rather stark, but very clean. Nice to have refrigerator & AC! Still confused why the hotels have heavy comforters on the bed in late May & June. Too hot for anything more than a sheet, even with AC.
Carolyn (8/5): Clean hotel - Nice hotel but far out from places. Free parking, so good if you have a car. Lunch good.
